I signed a form and thought I was good to go. I then checked my account to see that I was still going to be billed on the first of the next month. I called to see why my account wasn't cancelled and they said it was frozen, meaning I was still going to be billed every month (a smaller fee). They told me I would have to go back in store to cancel my account which is absurd since I already went in store to cancel it. Why I can't cancel my account online or over the phone is beyond me.
