    Leonard Truck Outfitters Given a price of $420.00 to put…read moretint on my windows...SUV. Back seat to the back window, dark, where you can't see in. Both front sides and windshield where you can only see a silhouette. That was what I was told I would get. When I got my vehicle back, not what I was told. Can see inside the rear seat to the back from outside. Front, see the driver. Called and wants to charge me $430.00 more to get what I wanted in the first place. Called the Manager this afternoon at 1:25pm and again at 3:20pm. Left on hold for 5 minutes. Finally spoke with her, asked for the District Managers name and number. Gave me his name but wouldn't give me his number. Called Customer Service, spoke with Sharon. Said she would get back with me, that was at 3:32pm. Now 5:53pm. Quality was great for me. Tint isn't my profession. Rely on the professionals. 5 days later... No call from the Store Manager, District Manager or Head Office. Super disappointed. Was recommended by a "friend". Anderson Road, Rock Hill, SC.

Now on the third time and I've been calling for a month and keep getting the run around "call this number, we will transfer you here, email proof here" blah blah. After nearly a month of no call backs or any communication, I finally called Mount Airy instead of the local rock hill and told them either fix the roof or come get the building because I'm not making another payment until one is done your choice, their answer was the maintenance department was 4-5 weeks backlogged.

    store manager at store 1002 in rock hill sc lied to me twice, he told us on 4-19-20 that he would…read morehave part number SKU #972366 at his store by 5 pm from store 1017. At 6pm we drove 15 miles to town only to find out part was not there. he said he don't know why it was not there and he was the one we talked to on the phone and then apologized. I told him that I should have a discount on the part for having to waste my diesel and time to come to town because its not cheep. He did even better, he said part would be at the store on 4-20-21 by 8:30 am and he will actually give me the part for my inconvenience. I thought to myself and told him that that is why i go to autozone because of the way they treat their customers. so I go back at 11;30 am on 4-20-21 and he tells me the part is not in and they will not be getting it in because the people who are making them are not delivering them no more to autozone and he has no idea when some might get to his store. I left his store 1002 very upset and called 1017 and they said they had the part and put a hold on it with my number until i get there after work.. Why couldn't the store manager at 1002 just tell me he screwed up again. I am still pondering weather or not to change my shopping to O'Reilly's from now on... I don't like nor appreciate liars..

    Just stopped in to pick up an online order and received the worst customer service I've ever…read morereceived anywhere in my life, and I lived in Chicago once! The employee (shirt said Joy but receipt said Kimberly) never acknowledged that I was there until after I stood there for about 5 minutes while she stood on a ladder and then took a call...and then I had to ask if anyone was working the front. She says "yeah me"...so then I tell her I'm there to pick up an online order. She says "Well I'm busy right now"...nevet once saying she was helping another customer. Then she continued being rude while she checked me out. If she had greeted me from the beginning and said that she would be right with me I would be perfectly fine but she never did...she acted like I was an inconvenience. This is why I NEVER use this location but I accidentally placed my online order there instead of at the Heckle blvd location, it's the BEST! Note to Manager , hire people that actually want to work and not want just a paycheck. Joy was the worst employee I've dealt with at any established, auto, fast food, sporting goods, clothing, you name it she is the worst!
