Since our RV is a recent purchase from a private party, we did not know the batteries were the original in this 2013 Newmar Bay Star. Found the dealership's id stuck to the batteries. Called Buzzy around 9 am and by 9:12 we were talking to Shawn, who came out, tested our batteries, drove to Charlotte to get new ones and replaced them by 1:30 pm. I recently took my car in to get some air conditioning diagnostics run. I brought my car in and within a couple of hours had a call back. Now, I repeat, I brought my car in for A/C diagnostics. The call and following break down I received was for: A/C compressor, dryer, serpentine belt, thermostat, thermostat sensor, and rear brakes and rotors. Bringing me to a whopping $1800.00 quote. I then found a company to do the same A/C job (the only thing I asked about) for $500 less. When I asked to verify the amount for the diagnostics and to pick my car up I learned that they had evacuated my freon with out saying a word, jumping me up to almost $100.00. Between school and planning a wedding I'm now in a financial bind. A courtesy call would have been very much appreciated. I will not be returning to premier automotive.

But…read morejust a special shout out to them for finding my husband's wallet and calling us to let us know, along with returning it with a coupon for a free pizza stuck inside that we didn't see until later :). We also tried their new pan pizza last night and it was delicious!! The Pizza is always hot and fresh, I feel like the photos in the reviews don't do it justice so I'll have to have a photo next time we order!
