If I could give Jeff 10 stars, I would! After waiting a month for another local company to maybe…read morefix my water valve (and aggressively upsell me their $1,000 "Preferred Customer Plan" ), Jeff showed up, smiled, and had it fixed in 5 minutes flat. No drama. No pressure. Just results. He's friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell he actually cares about solving the problem--not just padding a sales quota. The company as a whole is a breath of fresh air: honest, reliable, and actually shows up when they say they will. Imagine that! If you're tired of endless waiting, sky-high estimates, and feeling like just another number--call Jeff. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Highly recommend.

Quinn, a highly-trained and very competent Certified Master RV electical technician was phenomenal. He came out and did a professional and courteous job. Plus, he's just a helluva nice guy. Quinn got the old Transfer Switch out and the new one installed quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about Quinn. I strongly recommend Quinn and Temple RV to anyone who needs an honest, highly-qualified electrician working on their rig. When I return to Charlotte in future winters, if I need any help with my RV, my first and only call will be to Temple RV... no one else.

My Wife and I kept our camper at TJ's for almost two years. One of the reasons we chose this…read morefacility was because of the "perceived" security. TJ's website says you don't have to worry about people messing around with your camper, but should anything happen, TJ's master insurance policy "will make sure everything is taken care of". The website also states that they include a tire boot for all units stored outdoors. Our camper was stolen from TJ's almost two months ago in the middle of the night. The thrives breached the padlock gate, hooked up to our travel trailer, and drove away in less than 5 minutes. You might ask why the tire boot didn't stop them. Because their was no boot on the camper and their never had been the entire time we stored it there, to my knowledge. So much for security. We found out about the theft late the next day, after the police called us. Thomas, the owner, didn't give us that courtesy. When we asked what he thought had happened. He stated that although he didn't know for sure, it looked like the thieves could have used a key on the padlocked gate, which would indicate an inside job. Over the next two months, we called Thomas every few weeks to get an update on the insurance investigation, as he never proactively reached out to us. He initially told us that he had well over $100K worth of insurance and everything would be taken care of. After that, he never had any information for us except "They're working on it." He actually had the audacity to be rude a couple of times my Wife called him, almost as if he couldn't be bothered with speaking to customers of his who had their property stolen while it was in his care. Yesterday, we finally spoke to his insurance company and were notified that they would not be covering the loss. I still haven't gotten a good reason why. I immediately called Thomas to see if he planned to honor his word. He stated that he never told me everything would be taken care of. Basically, he has washed his hands of the whole ordeal and is accepting no responsibility. To make matters worse, he didn't even give us the courtesy of telling us directly, instead he called my Wife and gave her the phone number to his insurance company and said "She should call them." I won't make a recommendation as to whether or not you should do business with TJ's, but you should know that the security and insurance policy that they tout aren't as advertised and in our case, if you have a problem you'll be left to handle it on your own. We are very disappointed with how we were treated and by the ethics Thomas demonstrated.

Nobody likes to admit they've been played for a fool and they've given their trust and respect to…read morepeople who don't deserve it. It should come as no surprise to anyone that you're on video everywhere, all the time. I reviewed the complete video from my dash cam, complete with audio of course, and learned I've been being lied to all along and played for a stooge. Ever since day one the car has thrown random misfire codes. There's been a supposed search for the remedy. Mystery sensors have been on order that take weeks to arrive. There's never any update unless I push the issue, why? Because nothing has ever been on order! This appointment came along because I had some COD work I wanted done. That appointment was booked in record time! Then I was told the magical, elusive sensor was in! Everything could be done at the same time! Then I'm watching the video, and when they're done with the work I was paying for, Bayard, the supposed "Service Manager", comes out and says to the tech, "Oh yeah, I thought I put it on the ticket but I forgot. He's been having some random misfire codes. Can you look in Oasis and see if there's anything?" There was never any damn sensor on order. He's been lying to me all along. The tech leaves the car idling for an hour and then when Bayard comes back out says, "Everytime we deal with an intake we have this issue." Bayard says, "Ok, that's all I needed." Then comes out and proceeds to continue lying to me. They had mentioned my aftermarket intake but it's nothing near as radical as the Rousch intakes and doesn't even require a tune. The problem existed before that but, I'll take it off if they think that's worth a try. I asked him about it. "Oh no, no. I'm not worried about that anymore!" he says. Continues to lie by telling me they'll have to trace the wiring harness and, "it'll take time. I mean time time." Hoping either I or the problem dry up and blow away. "I'll look at the schedule and get back to you with a time." That was last Thursday. I haven't heard anything and I won't. The thing that really irritates me is, there was no reason to lie to me. I like to think I'm very reasonable to deal with. I've been on that side of the fence. In another industry but still dealing with consumers and mechanical systems. I trusted Bayard and respected him. I drove an hour each way to keep dealing with him and Crossroads Ford of Indian trail. Too bad he and the dealership management didn't respect that in return. NOTHING I have ever requested repaired under warranty has ever been corrected! Always excuses why it couldn't be fixed that day and would have to come back. Obviously hoping I never would. My recall constantly shows open on my Explorer ST. The second $50K+ vehicle I purchased from Crossroads in 6 months. He says they fixed it and it's because he left the ticket open and he'll fix it. More BS, nothings changed. You could have gained service on 2 vehicles for life. Instead, you've made an adversary by lying for no reason. They say "Treat a customer right and they may tell 5 or 10 people. Treat a customer wrong.....and they'll tell everyone they meet!!"

First we were advised that the model listed on their website as being on the lot is not actually on the lot. We then found one we were interested in testing and we were told we can't test it until we run numbers. Why would we run numbers and try to purchase something we have never driven? The salesman went to the manager to ask if we could drive it, the manager stood up from his chair looked at us and said no. This indicates profiling, maybe if we looked different or were a different age he would have said yes. We felt judged and not accepted. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
