He impressed me so much that I went to the front counter where Melodie scheduled my eye appointment. At my eye exam appointment Christine (been there for 15 yrs-another good sign) completed the intake process with outstanding service. Then, right on site, they also have a wonderful optical center where folks help you with glasses - they're also really nice and helpful. Highly recommend this team. The optometrist insists the glasses are correct for my vision and that there's something wrong with my physical or mental health. The owner says she's never given a refund in 34 years and isn't going to now. It isn't true that they make the glasses on site. They contract the work from a lab that they say gives them one chance to make corrections.

Wow, I guess I'll research closer to home. The only reason I visited this mill of an office was that a friend used them once and had a good experience. Perhaps with the doctor who has excellent credentials, but he should think about changing some of his staff. I've been in the medical field for 35 years and never experienced such arrogance.
