I highly recommend bringing toiletries as they do not have hair conditioner or blow dryers also bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.

They set the temp at 220+ degrees F, which is absurd. I walked in without shoes and burned my feet so bad I had blisters. It's impossible to walk in there barefoot. Google hot saunas and you will see that 220 is not normal or recommended. You can't last in there for more than a few minutes and you shouldn't. My metal necklace instantly started scorching my neck and my husband said his sandals got so hot they burned his feet. We were in there for 4 minutes max. I HIGHLY suggest the owners turn the sauna to a more appropriate 180-200. I would return only if the sauna was a usable option. I think at that temperature it's not even an option or fun. Other notes: the staff is so nice and friendly!! I'm super bummed about the sauna temp otherwise I would totally be here on weekdays!

There are a lot of signs saying there shouldnt be any sexual contact, but they don't seem to do anything. The only safe place for the men who want to relax is the coed saunas because you have to wear clothes and women share the area with men. As a Korean, I am just so disappointed that I can't use this Korean Spa for it's intended purposes. There are bathhouses in Seattle for these things, why can't these guys go there?

Unfortunately, today will be the last day that my boyfriend and I will be there. I'm unsure if who I had was new but the receptionist seemed to be my masseuse. She left the room 8 times during my 60 min. massage and when she got back to the room the second time, she had pressure on my calves and held it there and while doing that, I felt her other hand texting!!! Not only that, she asked me if I wanted medium or hard at the beginning of the massage and I asked medium. When I tell you that was no where close to what I wanted and was waiting to speak up to request her to go softer, she ups and leaves the room again to check people in or whatever she was doing. The massage felt rushed, rough and borderline disrespectful. I felt like a dirty laundry pile every time she moved my body to a certain area or threw the sheet back on to cover a part of my body. She didn't even ask if the hot stone was ok and she actually rubbed it on my back for less than 20 seconds rushing it through. THEN, when I laid on my back- she was so rough that the sheet kept on moving further and further down that my left nipple was almost exposed and she didn't even fix it!! All she said was, "all done. Thank you" and I fixed myself before she opened the door. She was like a person who is too good or have done this for too long that she got complacent and didn't care what was happening to the client. The best part? She kept asking for cash for discount which is fine and I told her I'm waiting for my boyfriend since he'll be paying. I didn't know my boyfriend went to the car to get cash but he told me he told her and she didn't explain anything and kept telling me to sit down to wait and the way she gestured it was like there was no trust. I told my boyfriend to tip $10 each (we usually tip $20 each) and when he handed her the $20 cash for 2 masseuse, she said "that's it? For 2 people?" Yes lol. What do you expect? Oh, and my boyfriend didn't even get hot stone. @Lomi Lomi- Every time we went here, we didn't mind the noises from people coming in or by neighboring stores. I'm unsure who this person is, but this needs to be fixed. The treatment, lack of etiquette, atmosphere and everything else was by far the worst experience we've ever had. What should be a peaceful and relaxing massage, was actually the most stressful and painful massage I've ever endured. Please train your staff better.

She asks a lot of questions to ensure you get the best experience. She is also gentle and very professional. Her suite is located inside Sola Salons suites. It is small, but cozy and clean. She has a bench that opens up to store your belongings and the massage table is heated and very comfortable. While getting your massage, the atmosphere is very relaxing and you enjoy gentle spa music. The only thing I would warn about is that from time to time you can hear the conversations of the other suite tenants/businesses and customers. Tegan, the receptionist, if very friendly and helpful. And Tracy, the stylist, is just plain wonderful. He's very nice and personable, and gave me probably the best scissor cut I've ever had. I didn't notice till I got home (she didn't turn me around or anything just gave me the handheld mirror ) but the right side is a completely different shape and goes much higher. it is noticeable with my hair down when tucker behind my ears as she shaved into my baby hairs. I honestly don't know how to fix this there's no putting the hair back on my head and I would have to shave more from both to make it even. I don't drive so it wasn't easy to get to this appointment. It was my one day off not to mention it was 65 without tip. I usually do my own hair but I went to a professional because I wanted it even and down well. it doesn't take a stylist to see those sections don't look the same I'm just disappointed in a place I've gone for 10+ years
