I was very scared and uncomfortable, but I was told that the burning was simply from the peel they were doing. I have had professional chemical peels before, and I have never experienced burning like this during a treatment. Afterward, I contacted the clinic about my concerns. They offered me complimentary services, but after having such a frightening and traumatic experience, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to perform another treatment on my skin. I declined the complimentary services and requested a refund for the $300 facial, but they refused. I went in expecting an anti-aging treatment that would improve my skin, and instead I left with damaged skin and significantly worse texture. For $300, this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I would not return to this clinic and would strongly encourage others to do their research before booking a treatment here.
