Our technician, Michael Tanny, was prompt, impeccably well-dressed, and had a wonderful, friendly demeanor from the moment he arrived--he truly makes you feel like you've known him forever. Michael went above and beyond during his visit. Not only did he thoroughly check our tankless (instant-on) water heater, but he also came inside to test all the faucets and control valves.
