The…read moredoors were closed until 2:40 so it was a inconvenience to me since I'm in the middle of the move and had to return the truck at a specific time. Next problem is when I got into the truck the trucks gas meter was nearly on E! I finished moving furniture and returned the truck 1hr earlier than the return time. The worker was out front and when I parked I asked him do you want me to drive it in or will you do it? He said "I got you brother" and he drove it in and I drove away to continue my move. Guess what? "They lost the key" for three days. I was called by uhaul themselves asking where the key was! I'm like what? The worker drove the truck in himself, check the cameras. It was confirmed that he did. I did not receive my final bill until the 4th day which was another inconvenience because they took $100 as a deposit. It was all unprofessional, absolutely an inconvenience and I only got half my money back. The manager was great and that's why I'm giving 1 star but past that terrible experience. Use uhaul elsewhere.

They offer absolutely no security, cameras don't work. They have rats and no pest control and they are hard to get ahold of when you want to speak with someone directly. Dont expect customer service or your items to be protected there is none. But they will charge you an arm and a leg in rent raises which are often, like every couple of months. If you pay a day late you will get an additional 60.00 late fee added and they lock you out of your unit until the balance is paid. I do not recommend them in any way shape or form and I am leaving and not using their business in the future. DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE FOR ANY REASON THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND CHARGE A FORTUNE FOR ZERO SERVICE.
