We have been storing our Travel Trailer at Viking Storage since March 2024. We have used the two wash stations numerous times, the tire compressor and dumping station come in handy and the ice machine to fill up out ice chest is an added bonus! Looked all over Sacramento for somewhere to store our Travel Trailer. Viking RV hands down has the best price and Facility. Everyone we spoke to was very professional. Came in to pick a spot and where drove around until we found one we felt comfortable with. They have a air compressor, wash station and even a Dump Station! Thats a definitely Plus! Storage area is very well maintained and seems very secure. Came in to pick up my tailer at 3am once and saw a Security Truck driving around. The Guard even offered help hooking my trailer up. I called the number on Yelp and Ron answered the phone professionally by introducing himself. First indicator that this place has a decent service standard. After a few minutes conversation back and forth, Ron invited me to come see the property to check out possible spots. Notes I took in favor of this location over others: - Price! The deal of the day is $59 mo. w/ 1 yr agreement & first mo. free - Dump Station on-site $4.00 mo or included w/ 1 yr agree. - Wash Station on-site - Nice guy (Ron) handling business. They do not send out paper invoices when your credit card on file expires. There is no way to pay as the accountant never answers her cell phone and the main number is never answered. I was charged a $20 late fee despite every attempt to call and pay. Don't recommend. There are many more responsive options. read more

This place is top notch. I stored my old pop up tent trailer in a few different places from Rancho Cordova to Folsom and was never impressed with either the facility or service. When I got my new travel trailer a few weeks ago, I wanted a secure, rv specific, well maintained, service oriented place to store it. Viking checks all the boxes. Security? You'll see secure gates and fencing, multiple cameras (that actually work) and lights all powered by Viking's own solar panels. So if area power goes out, the facility is still up and running. The security kicker...the manager lives onsite! This is the best maintained, outdoor rv storage facility I've seen. The surface material they've used is apparently "low dust". By the looks of the other rv's stored there, I believe the low dust claim. And the service so far has been great. Ron and Mike have been very helpful and accommodating. Viking does cost more than other outdoor facilities. And I did have to stretch my budget to be able to store my trailer there. But I do think it's worth the cost and drive out there. read more

When we first bought our RV, we rented from another place down the road because it was $10 cheaper a month. A couple months later our RV was broken into and trashed. Cost us hundreds of dollars.
