Wow what a deal! How many places do you know where you can get a fried fish entree with THREE sides for under $14? Not many. In addition to being a great value, the food was flavorful and the portions were generous. I offered one fried fish combo meal and two sides of chicken (jerk chicken and fried chicken - protein only). They have three combos on UberEats; Chicken for $10, Beef for $10, and Fish Combo for $12; mind you, they don't have a beef option. Weird! I am so glad that Carmen's kitchen opened up! The humble location has amazing food. They get a super long line for lunch time so plan accordingly or order ahead with meal pal. I have come here several times for MealPal for the chicken and potato salad and collard greens with rice and it is literally one of the best lunches I have had in the city.
