When I pointed out the discrepancy and asked about it, he refused to look into it and simply said, "That's what the numbers say." There was no effort to verify the information or explain why the amounts were different. I also asked for my keys to my car multiple times and she would not hand them over until I had to snatch them off of the table and then she acted as if we were out of control and became very rude very fast. Overall, the experience left me with serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of this dealership (that have now been reported), and I would not feel comfortable doing business here.

Once I got there, I met Scott Riley (he was the most honest and friendly auto salesperson that I have ever met). He informed me that the Jeep did not have AC, and while I thought no big deal, he highly encouraged me to reconsider. We drove it anyways since it had mud tires, which he said would be very loud. He was totally right, it was super loud, and hot - even with the breeze. He had another Jeep with all-terrain tires and AC, in the same color, but I didn't like the wheels on it. I asked him if he could get the other wheels, fix a brake light, inspect and do emissions - his answer was no problem... Scott, did everything that I asked, and kept me informed through the entire process (great communication).
