Sold our older Honda Pilot here. Quick, easy, and fully in line with their online offer. Payton was personable and easy to deal with.

Trying to nickel and dime me to death. And I came prepared to be the difficult customer. Then Glenn came out , who looked me in the eye, and came straight out and wanted to know what I was looking for. I explained I was looking for an 05 Tahoe I found on Cars.com. Which at the time I showed up, he was dealing with auto wholesalers and other business issues. Cliff didn't give me a line of being busy or passing me to an associate....Happily he went and got the keys and started it for me. ( I got to watch the exhaust for smoke and listen for problems) sounded good, "let's go for a ride" was the next thing said. And down the road we went, pretty decent 10mile run, which we discussed what I was trying to do and how I was planning to pay. All good- seemed to be the order of the day with Glenn. Returning back to the lot, he explained there was a Gig list from the mechanics and would be back, leaving me alone for 20-30 mins while I could check out underneath, inside and the engine bay. Satisfied Glenn meets me and shows me the list, and shows me a price which allowed me to make a good and quick decision on the purchase. We filled out paperwork and put a plate on in the Tahoe, total time about 3 hours, most of the waiting was the document people at the "real" dealership. Bottom line The Clearance center is not going to have a 1 owner 20 mile cherry ride, it's cars that need a little love but still have a lot of life. Glenn set me at ease, gave me trust and earned mine, didn't push the hard sale, and made me feel like and in the end everyone was happy.

It was quick, they explained everything, they gave me ample time to test drive, and the paper work process was very transparent. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. Two days after driving the car off the lot, the car wouldn't start. I got it towed and found out it had a blown head gasket! I was shocked and very concerned this would end up as one of those nightmare stories about used car dealers. I had bought the car as is, so while I couldn't expect them to do anything I felt like I had been wronged. After explaining the situation to Khaled at Bingo Motors, he assured me that this was not who they are as a company. He then took the car back and dumped $3000 worth of repair into the vehicle to remedy the engine. He didn't charge me an additional dime. I was blown away by their professionalism and integrity! I've had the car now for several weeks and it drives perfect. I would definitely do business with them again.

Very friendly, very nice, and very helpful. Now the bad. I took my avalanche in because of an airbag recall, however, I was having issues with the stabiltrac, the #1 cylinder was miss firing. So I replaced all the coils, wires, and spark plugs yet the issue remained. To give context as to why I went to the dealership, years ago I bought a Nissan pathfinder that was over heating. I changed out everything possible and still the same issue even after taking it to two mechanics. No idea what the issue was. Took it to Nissan in Winchester and Nissans have a heater switch that is more or less specific to Nissans. Only a Nissan mechanic would know about this issue. So it was finally fixed. So I took my avalanche to Malloy because I thought maybe they had a better way of determining the issue. The way I had to park my truck there was at an odd angle due to the parking lot being full, this matters later. I asked them to do a diagnostic on the truck for 180 bucks. What I was told a day later was that the #1 cylinder was bad, they would have to break it down to see what the issue was which would be expensive and they took an oil sample and found metal shards in the oil. When I came back to pick up the truck I noticed it was on the exact same position, the dirt on the hood was the same as when I left it, and there was no way someone got an oil sample, I crawled under the truck to look and there was zero fresh oil and the plug had not been touched. So I paid 180 bucks for what AutoZone does for free. Their solution was a 12k engine replacement. I cannot prove they did nothing, but I could see that they only hooked up the diagnostics device to the interior port and that's all. I would never take a vehicle to this place for work nor would I buy anything from them. Finally, all cylinders began to fire properly, the issue is with the computer. And they never even mention that.

I don't know if it was because we are old, or that our car had PA plates, or both... but we got taken big time. We were told by the technician that our brakes were shot, totally rusted out with no pads, when a month ago the service department at Toyota of Scranton (who we have been going to for decades and who have earned our complete trust) told me our brakes were like new. We passed on the brake job. Then he showed us a picture of a furniture tack that appeared to be the size of a quarter that was impaled in our tire at the edge where the tread meets the sidewall. He said it was actually in the sidewall and could not be repaired. We stupidly accepted his explanation and the angle of his picture instead of asking to actually see the tire. We purchased a new tire at the tune of $312 because we were embarking on a six hour trip the following day. We asked the technician to put the damaged tire in the hatchback. When we paid and retrieved our car, we flipped the hatchback and saw that the tack, which looked enormous in his picture, was actually less than the size of a dime and was actually in the side of the substantial tread (being a new and high-end tire to begin with) and was in maybe an eighth of an inch at best! This was not even something that needed to be repaired. It was not worth it to us to go in and argue about this, but you can be sure that we will never set foot in this rip-off dealership again. The kicker is, that while the tire was being replaced, we were on the lot with one of their salesmen looking to buy a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum for approximately $58k. Yeah... we'll go to WV to buy that.

Both had extensive problems and we took them back repeatedly to be fixed, these problems were identified at the time of purchase but the work was either not done correctly or we were unable to leave our vehicles for the amount of time they were asking. I wrote a review on Google complaining about these vehicles, granted, this was 3 years after purchase, we had simply given up trying to get them fixed. In my review I blasted them on their commitment to customer satisfaction, something I stand by, however, we were contacted by Jacob the service manager shortly after my post. He asked us if they could try and make up for my complaints which I agreed to. We took the Patriot in and they fixed most of the issues (it's a Jeep, it can't be fixed 100% but will not pass inspection), the amount of work to include parts was about 700.00 and they charged us 100.00. I believe this is fair so I edited my initial rating. They stepped up, did the right thing, and we are satisfied so I feel I can in good faith recommend this company.

However, when Jacob and his crew went into the dash of the car to take out the GPS tracker, they left behind a mess, a loose steering column, and the next morning when I went to use my remote start, it did not work. It had always faithfully worked before. I called and took the car in for the guys to look at it, but they said that there must've been a loose wire, or something to prevent them from fixing it. I find it hard to believe that they can't fix it and I'm extremely disappointed because I really depend on that remote start on cold mornings. I live on the third floor of an apartment building and I have bad arthritis in my knees, so it's extremely helpful for me to start my car from my balcony and let it warm up for a few minutes. Makes all the difference, especially now when there's frost in the morning. I really miss it. And I purposely bought my car at Car Credit Nation because the sign says, as I believe, that Jesus Christ is Lord. I think Car Credit Nation has lost sight of who they were supposed to answer to, and I hope and pray that they can. 12/5/23 - I was recently called by Jacob from the repair shop at Car Credit Nation, and he had done some research on the viper remote start model that I have, and thought that he had some very helpful information that they could use to troubleshoot the problem in the wiring under the dash. Thankfully, he figured out the problem and was able to make it work. I am sooo very grateful!! It's been working GREAT the past couple of days, and just in time with the colder, frosty mornings we've had lately! A great big thank you to Jacob and his team for their awesome help! God bless you!

My lease was just about up (1 month left) on my Range Rover Evoque and rather than turn it in and break even I figured why not see if I had a little equity in it since I was so far under the allotted mileage. So my first stop was CarMax in Frederick, MD - top notch place and very professional but they offered me right at what the lease payoff was. I was pretty bummed. On my way back to the interstate for a defeated drive back to my home in WV I passed guy holding a Cash Money Cars sign. I said what the heck and stopped and asked for directions there, conveniently a few minutes from CarMax. There I met Tony, a very easy going guy and senior buyer who explained the process start to finish with no pressure and no BS. He gave me an offer within 20 minutes for more than $2000 over the CarMax offer. I told him I'd consider it and sat on the offer for about a week. I was just about to go ahead and trade my Evoque towards my new car but then Tony called and followed up and went through the process one more time - he said we could have it done in under 40 minutes. So I went there the past Friday, sat down and did the paperwork, and walked away with a nice check for my leased vehicle - all in under 40 minutes. And just an FYI, it's very rare to walk away TO THE GOOD on any leased vehicle, you are usually lucky if you just break even.
