    I CALLED CARMAX 150 TIMES ABOUT MY SEIZED ENGINE AND NEVER SPOKE WITH THE SAME PERSON!

    terrible! i had never been late with a payment in 60 months when my 2012 honda accord exl's engine seized! i called carmax 150 times and never spoke with the same person twice! i replaced the $8,500 engine, and carmax reposed it six months later.

    This place is a jewel if given the right sales associate. We arrived with an appointment and assigned to an associate by the nickname of Mika. She was very unprofessional, stated she had been here for 11 years and we were truly confused of HOW. She mumbled the entire time, appeared frustrated to deal with someone of "challenged" credit , poor professional body language, and lack of concern... she did not listen to our concerns. Overall horrible first impression but we went home to work on our down payment and was hoping to return but to a different sales associate. We ended up being assigned to the same associate but not for long. Hear this out, we spent about an hour and a half with the same associate, after telling her we reserved a vehicle that she completely ignored... well after she realized our reservation. She states (if I'd have known you reserved a vehicle, I could have saved an hour of work). She received a voicemail on her cellphone, jumps up and says I'm sorry I have a prior engagement, I've got to go but will put you on the waiting list for another available associate. Omg! We were ready to go. However, she scrambled to get another associate and when we began working with Terri, our entire experience changed!!! She was amazing and should be spotlighted for her customer service. She squeezed us in while she already had another customer but you couldn't tell. Terri is the reason this business received 4 because it was headed for -5. Thanks Terri!! Your amazing & completed our sale, gave thorough explanation!

    Drove two hours with trade in, cash and appointment for him to tell me the cars are locked up now!!! Why would you make appointment for 8:30 of you can't sell the car? Manager said he didn't make the appointment the call center did!!! WHAT

    Just as shade as any other used lot. Don't trust them, shop around if you can.

    Don't trust them, just as shady as any other used car lot. Incompetent about their own process. I recommend recording all commitments they make. shop around if you can.

If the pre-purchase inspection had checked out, the vehicle would have been purchased. No one spends $225 on an inspection without serious intent to buy. I also never attempted to haggle or submit a lowball offer. This business mentions I never put down a deposit but Aina clearly stated they do not accept deposits when I requested to place one. They are correct that I did not visit the location, because the interaction with their sales associate, Aina, made it VERY clear I would NEVER want to do business there. Being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner, including statements like "if you want the car, come and get it" and "we have many customers," is unacceptable and conveyed that my business did not matter. Considering the vehicle has been listed since November 2025, one would expect a more professional and motivated approach to selling it. The vehicle also has condensation inside the headlights and they claim the car had no warning lights or issues but there is adaptive headlight malfunction error on the dashboard shown in the video they sent me. They are not honest. Professionalism matters at every stage of a transaction, whether through social media (where they advertise), in person, or over the phone. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to proceed, and I stand by that decision. They don't care about their customers end of story.
