Rust to frame / under car

Was duped into making a promo video and false review (original review removed). Never told the car had rust damage. So much so Firestone couldn't work on it when i took it for a tune up and alignment because the frame was broken. Also they broke lemon law by selling me a car with a broken frame that poses a safety hazard. I have no idea how it passed emissions with the exhaust leak on it. They have a poster in the united auto acceptance office to do an early trade by paying up $2-3K for the duration I had the car and the manager Dean said I could not meanwhile i had the money and was ready. When i told them to pick up the car at Firestone because of the condition it is they (Dean with United Auto Aceptance really) became highly unprofessional and told me i had to contact Pars. Meanwhile Pars is a buy here pay here. United Auto Acceptance had a lien on the car and in house with Pars Cars as its family owned. I did however call Pars at his recommendedtiom and was sent to a voicemail which 3 weeks later I still have not been contacted back. Their tow truck driver Michael Smith gave me a run around about my watch I forgot in the car. He refused to give me the address so I can retrieve it myself and told me there was no watch in the car. It was a metal G-Shock watch for $200. My wife thinks he stole it after hearing a conversation between he and I, and frankly her intuition is usually right. All this could of been avoided if Pars was honest with me from

    I put rims and headlights

Mane I got a lil fender bender paying full coverage they looked at it and ain't come fix shit then I tried trade my car they say I'm paying $12,000 but my car only worth $2,500 They don't report to the credit bureau so all the high payments don't even count even I paid a month AHEAD!!!

They are a rip off, never buy a car nor get repairs done here. The service is awful, they have no customer service skills and they are rude.

I went to this location on Friday, first off they barely spoke when I walked in.I ask the (fat lazy…read more)gentleman ,could he let me know when I purchase my battery,he said no because they don't have that type of system. The guy then ask me do I know the size of battery,I said no,then he ask me do I have the receipt ,I said no.Then he said we can put battery on cars no more. I didn't ask him to put no battery in my car.i walked to check my information on battery ,then noticed on the window that they check batteries I walked back in and ask could he check my battery he looked at me like you see it's almost to for me go.After that he walked out so slow, and told me I need to pull my car up and wasn't a little bit from the curb,he say can I pull up .I ask him are you serious ..And the 2 ladies walked out like they about to do something .What I am saying hiring some people who want to help your customer ,the 3 people you have suck.I went to forest park,I had no problem .

I love these people. I've been doing business here for years. Small stuff, mostly. Filters and…read morelights and minor parts for whatever is in my garage. But I've always found staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. No nonsense. For instance, I recently found an older, Napa Gold oil filter in my garage that fit a car I recently sold. I called the store and Sandra quickly confirmed the filter was for the old car, and that they could exchange it for a new filter for me plus or minus whatever the nominal price difference was. Turns out they owed me 50¢. This store lacks the hype and the glitz you'll find at other major auto parts stores. But their people will make sure you get what you need.

I just wanted to say Todd is pretty awesome at this location . He is incredibly knowledgeable…read moreabout cars and their parts . Prior to my visit today I had actually went to this location and received the wrong bumper cover. Although a bit frustrated having to return , Todd showed great concern , expertise , and efficiency. I literally didn't have to say much and was out of there before I knew it . I forgot I even had an issue lol . Made it a quick and easy fix . Definitely recommend this location to shop with. All of the staff is super helpful . It's always clean and well kept .

First - let me say - I'm not sure why Yelp has this listed as Certi-Fit. The company name doesn't…read morehave a hyphen in it and the Yelp search algorithm didn't yield 'Certifit' in results, so I wasted time creating a new business entry thinking it didn't exist at first. Lol. Interior / Exterior I'm not sure about this because I didn't visit because I sent my nephew to pick up the parts for me. Customer Service The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (twice) was very pleasant. They are only open weekdays and they close at 5:30pm. Add to that, they don't offer online shopping (that catalog URL is a dead link) AND they don't offer phone orders / shipping. Please be advised the inventory is limited. For instance, I had some passenger side bumper damage, so I needed a new bumper, but I also needed the right (passenger) side trim for my fog light. The associate warned me that they ONLY had the trim for the right side, not the left, so I was lucky. Since they don't take phone orders and they're about an hour's drive from me, I cash apped my nephew (who lives near the store) and did a parts 'reservation' over the phone. My nephew paid and picked up the parts and we met at the halfway point. Lol. Price / Value Most people know this - but just to be clear, there are 3 different 'types' of auto parts: genuine, OEM and after-market. Certifit does not carry genuine or OEM parts. They are upfront and tell you that this in after-market part. Some people have had problems with after-market parts not fitting. Certifit 'stands behind' their parts by allowing returns as long as the part is not altered, painted or damaged in any way when being presented for return. My new, after-market bumper for my Camry was $90. Comparatively, Toyota's genuine part was $329. And the OEM part (priced at 2 other places) was $279. The bumper doctor had used but damaged (genuine and OEM) bumpers for $80. Overall After my parts were painted and installed, I realized that there is another piece of trim that goes around the light that is missing from the fog light cover. Since I'm not sure if this was an error on their part - or if this is how they sell the part - and I'm not driving an hour to find out, at some point, I'll have to order the part from Toyota or an online vendor and pay my installer to take the bumper off to snap this minor piece on. But it will NOT be anytime soon. I mention it to say, having a catalog or online repository of inventory would make stuff like this avoidable. And I totally realize that I (or the installer) should have caught the issue before putting the whole bumper back on the car. I am happy with my purchase. But I do wish they had a way to view parts / inventory online and I wish there was way to pay over the phone and ship, but I didn't deduct a star because realistically, I realize if they did this - their prices would probably go up. Oh well - you can't have it all!
