DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. This is one of the most unprofessional and shady experiences I've ever had. The vehicles are janky, poorly maintained, and feel like straight lemons. You're paying for headaches, not reliable transportation. Once they take your money, good luck getting any response. I paid a refundable deposit clearly outlined in a written contract and it has still not been returned. Calls, messages, and follow-ups are ignored. This is not a mistake -- it's a pattern. These foreigners are crooks who rip off hardworking American citizens. They market cars for rent through Hyrecar and Turo apps, but do not actually have the cars that they market. When a customer arrives to pickup the vehicle that they've paid to rent, these hustlers try to extort additional monies from the customer. I called the police to file a civil report for fraud. The police confirmed that Michael Biggs (one of the names they use to market ficticioys vehicles with) is an alias, and the officers also said that customers call them out to this location regularly to report their fraudulent practices. Tire wasn't in good condition and I had to use the spare tire unfortunately the car didn't have the tools to switch them out and I had to come out of pocket!!!!! Also the car had no license plate and the ceiling was falling off!! car was clearly not cleaned and engine light kept coming on..the key also kept getting stuck in ignition! This business is a sham, the owner Sunday Clinton Omene is a narcissistic, manipulative,a crook, liar, a fraud, a scammer, a big time all around thief who sells unsafe vehicles with junkyard parts, who also sold me a black Tahoe with transmission issues, check engine light issue that were supposed to be repairs and wasn't, I had to for two weeks after he had it and my deposit for over two weeks, and more after it broke down. He told BBB that he was refunding my $2000 and he never did also messing up my vacation days later because him and Nicole Stewart kept saying I would be zelled my money so I wasn't able to do anything for my granddaughter and if it wasn't for the continental breakfast, her and my mom wouldn't of had anything to eat in the Bahamas. I'm still waiting on my money so I'm taking him to court for my refund, punitive damages, mental stress, etc. I have audio and video of conversation with Sunday and Nicole about my money and they filed a false police complaint on me, by lying to the police and I have it all recorded. He also rents out customers paid vehicles on rent a car websites under assumed business names especially customers who have paid for vehicles before they pick them up. Finance Manager Chris said "You don't deserve that interest rate" to my daughter when she obtained outside financing. Why would you say that Chris Finance Manager? Her age, gender or Black race? Any of the above is abhorrent!!! Do not trust any of their affiliates to be honest in financing. I was told we would receive a phone call regarding his statement and other misleading behavior. I brought a car from them last March 18, 2023 of last year came down from Alpharetta, Georgia. Sunday(owner's name) told me & my husband that this is a good car he have been working on it his self that day we decided to get the car drove it back to Alpharetta, Georgia the next day the check engine light came on etc. & everything else. We took the car to AutoZone to see what was wrong with the car? Everything was wrong with the car it was a straight lemon. We call Sunday that same day told him what was going on with the car & I immediately asked for my money back he kept on saying they don't know what they are talking about & that day Sunday stopped talking my calls, it took Sunday 3 1/2 months to come & get the car now he have the car still asking for my money all this time. Sunday call me to tell me oh it just need this part we can order it, I tell him no can you just gave me my money back. I don't hear nothing else from him for months.I then go to Clayton County courthouse &filed a lawsuit against him in November. In the same month of November right before Thanksgiving he sent me a text message telling me the car is ready to be picked up after he was already served & me asking for my money back in March of 2023. In February of this year, We had a court date which the judge went in my favor of a judgment of the amount that I spent on the car. I called him and told him what the paperwork said, & he refuses to pay said that he was going to file an appeal. All of f this in happened in February of this year 2024. In March of this year 2024 I call now he tell me he will pay us. We came up with a payment plan for Sunday to pay us in installments for the 30th of each month $$$ amount will be in my account . Well last month he put two payment in my account for the month he owed and the current month we were in, which was March, and even though he said he would pay the amount on each 30th of the following month. I had to keep calling him so I can get my money. Well Here it's April the 30th & he don't want to put the money in my account like what we agreed on and the payment contract states. Talking about he paid me two installments last month? No sir, you were behind a month. That's why you paid two installments you owe me for this month which is April 30. read more
