When I arrived my salesman looked at me wondering why I was there and I told him the check had already been delivered. For hours the check had been misplaced and when it appeared I was told it magically appeared on someone's desk. There was no urgency, no empathy, no apologies. I was now stranded and at risk of getting trouble at work. Before I could get a mile away I realized the tire was flat, though the day before there was no issue. I turned around and the service team pumped the tire for me. A day later it started to leak again so I returned and the guy in the back was amazing and quickly plugged my tire at no charge. Weeks later and the key fob has been deemed defective by a locksmith and I'm stranded again. The sales department refused to help because I did not purchase a service package for a defective fob they gave me and did not provide an extra key. I will now have to pay $500 and be without my car for 2 weeks. The 1 star is for the amazing customer service in the service department.

If the pre-purchase inspection had checked out, the vehicle would have been purchased. No one spends $225 on an inspection without serious intent to buy. I also never attempted to haggle or submit a lowball offer. This business mentions I never put down a deposit but Aina clearly stated they do not accept deposits when I requested to place one. They are correct that I did not visit the location, because the interaction with their sales associate, Aina, made it VERY clear I would NEVER want to do business there. Being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner, including statements like "if you want the car, come and get it" and "we have many customers," is unacceptable and conveyed that my business did not matter. Considering the vehicle has been listed since November 2025, one would expect a more professional and motivated approach to selling it. The vehicle also has condensation inside the headlights and they claim the car had no warning lights or issues but there is adaptive headlight malfunction error on the dashboard shown in the video they sent me. They are not honest. Professionalism matters at every stage of a transaction, whether through social media (where they advertise), in person, or over the phone. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to proceed, and I stand by that decision. They don't care about their customers end of story.
