I also never attempted to haggle or submit a lowball offer. This business mentions I never put down a deposit but Aina clearly stated they do not accept deposits when I requested to place one. They are correct that I did not visit the location, because the interaction with their sales associate, Aina, made it VERY clear I would NEVER want to do business there. Being spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner, including statements like "if you want the car, come and get it" and "we have many customers," is unacceptable and conveyed that my business did not matter. Considering the vehicle has been listed since November 2025, one would expect a more professional and motivated approach to selling it. The vehicle also has condensation inside the headlights and they claim the car had no warning lights or issues but there is adaptive headlight malfunction error on the dashboard shown in the video they sent me. They are not honest. Professionalism matters at every stage of a transaction, whether through social media (where they advertise), in person, or over the phone. Based on that interaction alone, I chose not to proceed, and I stand by that decision. They don't care about their customers end of story.

I drove all the way from the Nashville TN area to get this car and I am far from disappointed with what I got for my long drive. I am still completely happy with my purchase a month later. I replaced the brake pads and rotors, flushed the engine and radiator antifreeze, replaced it with the correct antifreeze. Changed the oil with the correct oil and replaced 2 oil lines that were slightly leaking. Replaced the heating element in the drivers seat and put 2 new tires on the rear. Other than these few minor issues that are the most basic of troubles I am very thankful for the great deal on a now totally dependable car. I asked the owner to make the title delivered to include signature required and that is how it came. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle and get a great deal. I am a former heavy diesel mechanic and I know what I am seeing and feeling when driving a car. The deal I got was awesome and I'm sure you will get one too when dealing with this dealer. The car looked pretty good and drove nice and yes I know used cars are going to have a few nicks and scratch or two, this car was no exception it did but it Wasn't until the car came home and we really got it under a microscope we could see that the car was filthy, I mean carmax didn't even attempt to give it a good detailing before we got it, they just rinsed it off threw armor all on the tires a yellow bow on the hood and that was it, even the guys at the detail shop said they let you have it dirty like this? Sad thing also was for all the money spent they had the Gaul to give up one electronic key for the car, and we found a couple of nasty dings on it. The only upside was that they took care of the dings and the10 day grace period is not up. If I find anymore foolishness I might just suggest taking the car back, does not seem to me that carmax is the same quality company they once were. I'm glad she got the max care who knows what to expect next.. I can't say I would recommend them to the next person...
