I had a forgettable experience with a different salesperson a couple weeks earlier at Wells and bought a clunker. Just another one star review and reminder for you to shop elsewhere. If you do decide to purchase a…read morecar from here, be sure you pay for a third party "pre purchase inspection". The CarFax they provided showed a clean history however it was obvious the car was in a wreck due to the shit body work. My car salesman Steve Han over shared the movement I met him and told me he takes care of his elderly mom. Thought it's as odd but now realize he was trying to look like a stellar guy. Even said that he would "fix my issue and be sure it's handled and that he would be there even after the sale". Steve if you're reading this, I hope you can sleep at night. The following week after my purchase, I followed up to see the status of the "simple repair" and he pawned me off to someone else. Every time I texted him, he half ass texted me, misspelling words and just rambling on - always had to get the last word in. Anyways he pawned me off to someone else which I felt bad because Abed basically had to do damage control. I have saved my entire text thread just in case I need to push further on this issue. Sales manager, Shaun is well aware of the situation and I am no longer getting a call from him either. When I finally dropped off my car (which was going to take a week to "figure out what's wrong") that same day, the service manager QUIT. You could tell he was tired of having to be the bearer of bad news since the sales people always over promise and never deliver. They have a third party mechanic shop (buddy of the Wells Auto Group owner) that "repairs" the cars and it is offset. Anyways, we're almost a month out of my car purchase and I am no longer getting a response from anyone. Just hoping and praying that my 30K+ car doesn't crap out on me now. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. Oh did I mention that they obviously play google lots of money to hide their true google rating? HA.

The sales representative told me the vehicle was coated, however we confirmed at the shop that it was not. After pouring water on the surface, it did not bead as a properly coated vehicle should. After the paint correction, I paid to have it ceramic coated to ensure proper protection and finish quality. The tire shop fixed my tires easily, and I did have to come out of pocket to add the assist step. It's been over a year now, and I absolutely love my Cadillac Escalade. It's honestly the most badass Escalade I've ever seen, and I get compliments on it all the time. My recommendation: if you want your car delivered with extra TLC, pay the extra cost to have it shipped in an enclosed trailer.

I did tell while doing this, I wanted to have a PPI (Pre-Purchase inspection) done and had it scheduled for the following Tuesday. That Friday morning I was told the Sales Manager said I had 2 options: Sign the documents and take possession that Friday or get my $1,000 deposit back. I opted for the refund that Friday and walked away from the deal. Here it is Tuesday and they are about to close at 7:00pm. No refund so far and crickets when I inquired yesterday and today about the status of the refund. Everything was done via text messaging so as they say "I have the receipts." Disappointed with Lifted Trucks as a business. Sales guy (Kyle) was easy to work with as well as Steven in Finance. Do what you will with this information if you are interested in working with Lifted Trucks of McKinney.

We honestly weren't looking to buy til September, but we definitely needed something sooner. Joe was great at communicating, listening to our wants/needs, recommendations, & knows his cars. Just a great dude all over, seriously.... We REALLY liked Joe! We will come back to Joe when we're ready to buy our next car. Thanks Joe!!

He arranged the replacement & date of service thru their service dep't. As a courtesy he also arranged drop off to my residence & pick up thru the dealership by Uber. With which I signed a fee & he would call me back if we would authorize the once his tech had checked it. I dropped the vehicle off @10 AM & as promised I was back home by 10:50. Mike called back & provided me with a complete estimate that was way too much for the our current actual value of the vehicle. I showed to the prepared estimate by Mike & it was not reasonable bc our Tahoe had @ 140K miles. We had already a @$3K invested in it & now was it was time to utilize our Tahoe as a trade in for a newer model. Granted our Tahoe endured much use from Colorado to TX & was a backup vehicle for our family when needed. Thank Mike to help us & he even my estimate fee! The part was also discontinued & a used part was highly unlikely to be found... Mike & answered & accommodated us thru it all. The Huffines Chevrolet Dealership's whole staff with all departments working in unity, still gave us great customer service. My wife & I were very satisfied with Mike our Service Advisor & his professional courtesy to accommodate our request & is greatest level of integrity to restore our loyalty with the Chevrolet brand & what a great General Motors Company represent! Thank Mike & the your fine dealership displayed & thru customer care! Refer to Reliable Chevrolet for our Tahoe upgrade...

1/5 I absolutely do…read morenot recommend Fair Lease based on my experience. The entire process was frustrating, unclear, and incredibly unprofessional. The leasing agent I worked with was honestly one of the least communicative people I have ever dealt with. I would respond to her emails or messages and then wait DAYS to receive a response. When I finally did hear back, I still couldn't get clear answers about the actual terms of the approval. I was told that my application had been approved, then asked for a down payment. After that, I was repeatedly told that I needed "more" of a down payment, but no one would clearly explain exactly how much was required or what the actual terms of the approval were. How are you supposed to make an informed financial decision when you can't even get basic information about the deal? What made it even worse was that getting an answer to any of these questions could take days. I work in customer service, so I understand that people get busy and responses aren't always immediate. But communication is one of the most basic parts of doing business, especially when you are dealing with something as significant as financing a vehicle. There is a major difference between being busy and simply failing to communicate with a customer. The entire process felt like a waste of my time. It was poorly communicated, unnecessarily confusing, and left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Fair Lease as a company. I genuinely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Fair Lease.

When I brought up the text confirmation from an hour prior, they claimed they tried phoning me to let me know it was gone. I checked my phone right then--there were absolutely no missed calls, voicemails, or follow-up texts. It is completely unprofessional to have a customer show up under false pretenses right after a direct confirmation, and then lie about trying to reach them. If you value your time, I highly recommend taking your business to a dealership that practices basic honesty.
