They then came to the Rochester area to do the replacement. Couldn't have asked for a better job. They were very thorough, clean and efficient. They take pride in their work and the end result shows. I stopped into West Herr Auto Glass in Williamsville and I was absolutely blown away by my experience. I was greeted by Julia who ran point as my service advisor. She explained every step of the process to me so that I understood what was going on. She even recommended a decent place to get breakfast while I waited. Becky handled getting the fix transferred to West Herr Auto Glass from the national chain and managed that whole process with my auto insurer herself. Brian explained the issue with the windshield wiper that was encountered. And I have to mention that Julia, Becky, and Brian were understanding, excellent communicators, very friendly and personable, and frankly blew me away with their professionalism, understanding and execution of the business and how they handled me as a customer. They came several days later than first stated. Also got black adhesive all over the interior of our truck as well as ruined the dash board by dropping some sort of primer or cleaner. The trim on the exterior was not installed correctly and I fear will blow off at any moment. When we asked Brian what we can do to fix these problems he first stated he didn't get stuff or grease all over interior, in a very rude way. Then he wouldn't reply at all. I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple.
