So I tried to speak loudly and clearly so the AI doesn't mis-hear me again. Then a human finally gets on the speaker ans asks "Whats your problem? Why are you yelling?" I thought I was talking to an AI bot. If I was talking to a human (like I asked three times) I would speak much more personably if you actually answered. Stop being rude! read more

I mean, it is what it is, right? It's a fast food restaurant so don't expect too much. We had the four star kids meal and a California burger. Both were pretty good. There was no line when we went and there usually never is any time I've been in the area to see it. The first window isn't in use so you go straight to the second. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Online it says they close at 11 PM, I went in at 9:08 PM and the door was open, so as one does WHEN THE DOOR IS OPENED, I walked in. I have been living in San Marcos for over 30 years and have been to EVERY CarlsJr in North county. hey all have messed up once in awhile but have ALWAYS tried to make it right.!!! The MANAGER of the Vista CJs impresses me more than ANY other manager in every one of this chain of restaurants. I say this because it is why I will come to this restaurant even though it is is farther from my home. it is always Clean . tables wiped off faster even when busy than ANY of all of them. the restrooms are clean and well stocked and if not some immediately sees that they are taken care of (restocking needed supplies). Pleasant music adds to the calming feeling I have when I get the chance to eat in. Some stores make it impossible to enjoy dining in because old ice making equipment makes EXTREMELY loud banging noise almost constantly. THIS place NEVER does THAT!!! I know how well I am treated but notice how well they treat EVERYONE..even the troubled souls who have struggles getting by everyday. I say this especially because not all of them do!!! I am an elderly person who often finds it very hard to understand what is being said because of the quick way employees who speak English as a second language speak BUT never have that problem !!!! I credit ALL of this positive feedback to the person responsible BRISEYDA.! SHE IS THE REAL DEAL. If Carls doesn't appr her as much as they should they are not recognizing the rare qualities she has. Her staff reflect her attention to customer needs, and what she wants the image of CarlsJr to be based on its founder. There is NO job she doesn't do to keep the place running as well as it does. I have NEVER written a positive review about my experiences in restaurants before. But I had to do it today because it is so rarely happens, ESPECIALLY in other CARLSJrs. Was here yesterday at about 6:30 in the morning. I was seeing clients and needed a quick breakfast after driving from Tarazana to San Diego. The man on duty was very friendly, and my egg and bacon burrito was made quickly. My reason for the 2 stars is they need to change their fryer oil! I was burping up the rancid oil the rest of the day, and my stomach was upset! I had very important meetings yesterday, and not feeling well did not help. December 4, 2020- I am not sure why the bad reviews but my son and I decided to try the monster burger at Carl's Jr and the food and service was outstanding. The crew at Carl's jr was on point! The dining room greeter Rochelle gave us such great customer service and even followed us outside to clean our table in the outdoor dining area. Service sucks. The food is inconsistent. I ordered two western bacon cheeseburgers for 5 ate the first one and it was fresh and good the sEcond was dry and been under a heat lamp. The frys I got for the kids were too salty and super dry and they didn't put cheese on my wife's burger and sadly that wasn't the first time first time shame on you second time shame on me.
