And I want to emphasize that Beyond Meat is super tasty compared to the cardboard that Burger King makes with the patty from Impossible Foods. Be warned that just because you order a Beyond Meat burger, doesn't mean the cheese or vegan nor that they will not put bacon slices in your order. Once, I ordered the Beyond Meat Western burger. Although I was relishing the crispy, thick onion rings, the bacon slices in the burger was automatically given to my dog. Anyways, the Beyond Meat burger from Carl's is really juicy. Went in the drive they to get a soda yesterday. About 4:30pm. Watched the guy working handle money from inside the store and touch the cash register. Then I picked up our soda cups and grabbed them from the inside edge. Never changed his gloves. I told him 4 different times that was unsanitary especially now during COVID. Asked him twice to change his gloves and give us new drinks. He kept saying yeah and ok but just stood there. Then he said "well I'm the only one working right now". There's a reason lots of places aren't taking money. To take money with your gloves hand, not change your gloves and touch the inside of my drink cup you just gave me all the germs that money you touched had on it. One of the worst Carl's Jr.'s I've been to as far as ordering goes. Ordered a Double Famous Star dry with no pickles at the drive-thru. Got my food and headed on my way and when I opened my burger it was smothered in mayonnaise. So, I drove back and had them remake the burger. The kid at the drive-thru window was very nice, but there must be a language barrier with the cook in the back because as I was waiting for my burger to come out, the cook had come to the window and started speaking Spanish to me. I had no idea what he was saying, so I just told him how I wanted the burger and he goes back to the kitchen. I get the burger, start driving away, open it up the check it and it was missing a patty. I pretty much gave up at that point. The cook can't speak a lick of English and I had wasted enough time. Why are these people being hired without the ability to communicate with the staff? How is the cook supposed to read the order slips and why are they getting paid $20 an hour if they can't get orders right the second time around? If the cook could speak English, he wouldn't have to come out and try to speak to me to get the order right. I don't even speak Spanish, so it was pointless for the cook to come out.. My advice is to not go to this location unless you speak Spanish, or you like all of the slop that they put on the burgers... Ridiculous. You would think that the service would get better now that they all make $20 an hour. Carl is probably spinning in his grave! I would give zero stars if that was an option. read more

I used to like Carl's Jr. Once I realized I wasn't going to live forever, I started ordering extra bacon and extra cheese on everything and Carl was always happy to accommodate me. But this place, despite the mini-mallish neighborhood, is more hood than neighborly. Two visits ago, my wife opened the entry door and some wheezy degenerate senior lobbed a loogie out the door in front of her. Now, that's class, my friends. It was a particularly painful experience for me because she was running in to order food while I read the paper in the car and I felt bad because I wasn't there to protect her. I suppose as far as fast food goes, this Carl's Jr. is a-okay. I happened to be next door getting my tires rotated and had a coupon for Carl's Jr. so I figured I'd give it a try. My coupon was for the Big Chicken Filet meal and I wanted to upgrade the regular fries to the crisscut fries. The cashier pondered how to do this and then told me that she couldn't do it because the coupon was for a small fry and the crisscut fries only come in one size. Seems like she could have just charged me the price difference then between a small fry and the crisscut fries but I didn't have the willpower to argue with her. I can't remember the last time I went to CJ's, but I'm a big fan of their charbroiled burgers. My friend decided to mess with the computerized ordering system. Since it was taking so long I decided to order at the counter. It did take a while for the employees to notice I was standing there - I was a bit annoyed. The employee took my order. Although the employee was nice, she was very soft spoken and I could barely make out what she was saying since she had a thick accent. I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said. The food was cooked to order, but it did take awhile for the food to come out. At the time, it was NOT busy. The cheese on my burger was not entirely melted, which was disappointing. This location has self-ordering during rush periods though looking at the staff I don't know if I would trust the kiosk. You walk up, use the touch screen, slide your credit card through or insert cash and your order is placed. No coupons, please - you have to use the regular register for those. The machine was not on as it was a slow time Saturday. This location feeds you but not in an exciting way. I guess you could say it gets the job done. A solid 3 star performer. read more

I went to this location about 15 minutes ago. I took the girl I am seeing to meet my mother, we saw Chappie at the movie theater, and overall had an excellent evening. However, we made the mistake of stopping at this Carls Jr. for some chicken tenders. Carls Jr. was completely empty, and we were the only customers. We had a very simple order that consisted of one item: 3 piece chicken nugget. The wait wasn't bad, but I had VERY clearly stated that I'd like buffalo sauce. We took the chicken home, and I opened my bag to find a single serving of honey mustard. Poor service and poor food quality. I went to the drive-through where the girl did not make eye contact or talk to me. I have difficulty hearing, and it is very hard to communicate with people when they don't make eye contact. My food was undercooked and she did not give me a receipt so I can't even call and ask speak with a manager. Wow the biggest attitude ever. waited in line on Sunday the 29th at 7am for a breakfast sandwich for 6 minutes behind someone else. then I get up to window and ask if they sandwich I ordered has a special for 2? she said I don't know then I said the window states 2 for $3. and she acted like I was crazy and said I will check I think that special is over and waited she rang it up and said yes it is still on. So I asked the 2 instead of one which one cost me around $328 and for two it was $3.42 or so but the little tudage was a roll of the eyes seeing how I put her out so much and there was nobody behind me.
