This is the worst Carl's Jr location. Because of this place, I actually started hating Carl's Jr -- then I realized it's just this location that's the problem. The owner or operator of this franchise should really be investigated by the company. I don't think they use official Carl's Jr products. It feels like when they run out of something, they just go to Restaurant Depot or a local store. The meat and bread taste completely different from every other Carl's Jr I've been to. This place just ripped us off! We ordered the two famous stars with cheese. At first they responded with a male garbled aggressive noise. We said, I'm sorry could you say that again. Thats when someone started stareing at us through the window of the dining area. My eight year old spotted him immediately and when we went to look, the kid at the window suddenly jumped away. Meanwhile someone else entirely began to take our order again. This time the worker was Maria, or so it says on the receipt. She is immediately aggressive and short with us. This is when we can see that the kid creeping at us at the window was an employee! He just walked in behind the register area and he looked like the only other employee. We ask for two famous stars. She says you want doubles or triples? We say, no thank you. Just two single famous stars with cheese. She asks if we want combos. We say, no thank you just the two singles please. We get charged and get handed one burger. She wants to close the window as fast a possible but we can see from the bag that it was impossible to be two cheese burgers so we call out right away. She says that we only ordered one. We say, can you just charge us for the second burger. This is when the second burger appears. They had it ready. She proceed to tell us that she needs to refund the first order and charge us again. No biggie. After handing her the card she has no evidence that the first charge was voided. She just charges us a second time throws us the food, closed the window and ran away from the front counter. There were no other customers around. read more

Every time I come here, I have a great experience. I always use drive thru and the crew members working the window are terrific- kind and courteous. My order is never wrong (and I usually have to make a special order as my husband does not eat dairy) and the food is always fresh and delicious! I've been to this Carl's Jr. drive through a few times and have always had good luck. The service and food have been good each time. Maybe it's the times I visited but the drive through was never backed up. The cashier was easy to understand and got my order right each time. They prepared my food quickly and didn't make any mistakes. I've tried their breakfast burritos a couple times. They were hot, tasty, and very filling. I recently stopped in for a burger and was please with it as well. It was hot, filling, and had fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion on it. Awesome customer service sir, the clerk was amazing will let energy run and drive through in the front counter bringing the N diner customers their items. Everything is nice and hot in the fridge like we were recalled food was nice and fresh customer service was amazing. Got a greeting since we came in access and we were ready to order. Let us know when we were ready just quick and fast we had our food we ordered. We had our food given to us less than 10 minutes, it was a very clean diner tables was wiped down. It was clean. The reviews for this Carl's Jr. seem to be all over the place, but I guess I came here with my dad and Joe K. at a satisfactory time for an early dinner. I hadn't been to a Carl's Jr in a long time and was quite pleased that they had a very nice selection of food and drink options to choose from. They had their usual popular burger choices, along with chicken, turkey, fish, salads, sides, Mexican style meals, health conscious items, breakfast and even desserts! I chose the breaded fish sandwich meal that included a large fry and drink, in which I found everything to be delicious and cooked to perfection. My dad and Joe K. enjoyed their Star Burgers also. Joe really liked his Oreo Cookie ice cream shake, that made me wish that I had ordered one too! But alas, I was stuffed with the food I already consumed. Now that I think of it, I should have ordered one to go! They always seem to have coupons out in their mailings and if you register your email address, you get special offers and discount coupons.... I can't recall them ever getting our orders incorrect. They've never told us (sorry our shake machine is down) or that they (ran out of ice cream). So long story short me and my husband spent 50 dollars on a couple meals for dinner tonight, and they forgot one of the sandwiches, accidents happen we worked fast food before we get that. So he calls and he say I just came in he repeated the order and stated that one of the burgers was missing, the woman on the phone stated he had to bring the WHOLE meal back for her to verify.. ‍ so she wanted us to drive a 50 dollar order back to verify that it was actually missing a burger for her to then give us one burger and have to eat the rest of our meal cold. Clearly they don't understand how inconvenient it is to already have to drive back for something they messed up on but now we have to go back get a refund and find something else to eat smh. Way too overpriced. They get my order wrong every other time. When they ask if I would like ketchup and I say yes I only get 3 packets. If I request extra ketchup before they ask me I get a total of 5 packets. It may sound petty but I like a lot of ketchup with my burger and fries. The stupidest of the stupid. Seriously? They always forget something when I order here. And the last time? I literally told the girl at the drive thru 4 TIMES that I wanted to add pickles and onions. Nearly everything in our order was problematic. Both milkshakes were completely watery - not the least bit thick. Fries were cold. The chicken strips were soggy rather than crispy, and they look freezer burnt. We ordered one Diet Coke a received a regular coke instead. I realize that you don't pick fast food for top quality, but you'd think they could at least strive for mediocre. Went here about a week ago through the drive thru. I was ordering for my family. But after every time i said a meal or ordered an item the employee would ask "will that complete your order?" I totally get it its just basic customer service but if I keep saying no im not done yet I think you should wait for me to say "thats alll". When i drove up to the register window I told the manager (i say manager because this lady was not in the normal black uniform the carls jr workers have) I have a coupon. She gave me a rude face and said you have to tell me before hand so i can put it in. She grunted and scratched her head. Im thinking two things 1. theres no sign where the menu is stating you need to tell the employee that you have a coupon while you order and 2. im sorry its difficult to input a 4 digit code number. She was so upset that she told another employee in a black uniform to give me my order. She was grunting at the computer and told the other employee who came to the window to give me my food to get my card. She made her wait there because she didnt want to hand me my card back. I am with some of my fellow yelpers on this one...mind of hit and miss at the Carl's Junior. I really like how spacious it is on the inside and I like the fact that there are napkin dispensers at every table, but the quality of food for me is lacking. Had the chicken club today and the chicken patty looked to be one of the patties from the $1 chicken sandwich. The food was also close to being cold rather than nice and hot. The bun on my co-workers burger did not seem fresh as it was kind of crumbling to pieces as if being really dry. This is the closest Carl's Jr to my office. So if I need a great fast food burger I am here. I always take my lunch break at 11:30 AM. This place isn't busy at all during this time but when it hits about 12:00 - 12:15 there is a line forming. Service rating: 2.5 Why you may ask? First of all they need more workers at the counter around 12:00. Maybe some workers came in late but 2 cashiers couldn't handle the line at all. I was standing off to the side waiting for someone to come and help me get a bag for some unfinished food. One of the servers gave someone's to go order and completely ignored me. Finally got her attention and she said she thought I was waiting for some food. It was understandable. The lady working the drive thru was just all over the place. She took the customer's credit card and walked around with it. I saw the customer's expression on her face and it looked like "What in the world?" Also the drive thru worker had a personal call on her cell phone and she rather answer that than serving the customer. She tried to hide in the back while answering the call. HAHAHA. They didn't give me a receipt so I can't file a complaint online, I called them to get the store number and the number they kept trying to give me wasn't in the system. They hung up on me the first time I called to which I called them back and was given more run around. They told me I could come back to the store, but given my time table that was just not feasible nor worth the effort, gas or time involved to make up for the 1 patty missing from my burger.
