Quick and correct service at the drive thru. This location offers specials and some prices that are LOWER that corporate standards. Any size drink, soda OR COFFEE!, 79 cents 2 fullsize breakfast sausage/bacon egg and cheese biscuits $2. CJ's Biscuits are surprisingly great; as good as I've had in any restaurant. Way above fast food quality, making this $1 the best breakfast value anywhere. UPDATE 10-15-14 Drinks are now $1, Breakfast deals are gone, but they still have the best $1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich anywhere. read more

Carl's Jr - the exterior of the restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Prescott Valley, Arizona

I just wanna write this because I am not sure where this business went wrong but waiting at the speaker for 15-20 minutes or at the window regardless is absurd. I'm not sure if it's just the low employment at this location or if it's strictly night shift but I think it should be dealt with. Yes the food is always hot and they apologize for the wait but still. read more

Menu has changed a bit and the onion rings are not as good as they were. Guess I won't be back. I don't know if they think we won't notice??? read more

Not sure why I got the worst 2 Big Carl's from this place. Yes, I ordered buy 1 for $ 7.00 get one free, however I've done this before multiple times in other Carls Jr's and have never had an issue. This time was however different. I should have known during the pickup the bag was lite when handed to me. Once I got home I tried to eat the 1st burger and was met with welted lettuce and way over melted cheese w/ a burger ment for a regular cheeseburger. Opened up the next " Big Carl " and got the same. read more

I'm upset over the fact that I came here for my birthday to get an old-fashioned Famous Star burger, fries and strawberry shake. Unfortunately, after all the fuss over trying to use a birthday reward code, I didn't even get my large fry It seemed the service was rushed and inexperienced. read more

Absolutely terrible food handling. Why on God's green earth do you need to put the entire sauce bottle on both sides of the bun so it's basically corroded from the sauce before you get home. read more

Excellent jalapeño poppers! The best I've ever tasted! Along with the monster breakfast sandwich.

honestly the food doesn't seem that great overall, was hoping it would be faster service,

They literally forgot that I was waiting at the drive thru widow. I waited for probably ten minutes and did not see any employees. As I left I could see my drink and food sitting on the counter by the drive thru window. Three employees outside in the parking lot socializing. read more

Why am I being asked to pull forward to wait for my food when literally no one is in line behind me? This is ridiculous and a way to cheat wait times in the system. Serve your customers at the window, like what it was made for. Upon getting our good, both sandwiches had hair mixed into the sauce read more

Carls is only 6 blocks away from home...only ordered the second time....the Carls Double....it was disappointing for sure! The bun was soggy the lettuce and tomato unlike in out burger was just a wilted mess...sorta like it was steamed and soggy. The good news is the patties were nice size so lots of protein but unappetizing for sure. The breakfast biscuits are excellent and good size.... good value. read more

Great Carls Jr restaurant! Food is hot fresh. Fried sides always crispy and tasty and steaming hot. Best Carls Ive been in Az, NV and CA.

Carl's Jr customer service is nonexistent! I have called but their number does not work! Went to their website and filed a request that asked what the policy is for "Senior Discount" in June and again in August and have yet to get a response. The manager Raul refuses to give a discount and when he give back your change - it's "short"? I think this is deplorable and that Raul needs to informed that what he is doing reflects poorly on Carl's but maybe Carl's does not care given their non-response! I would have give 0 stars if it was allowed. read more

Went thru the drive thru and ordered two 5 piece chicken strip meals large. When I got home I opened up my order to see 2 strips in one box and 3 in the second container. The fries were actually the worst I have ever had from here. They were soggy and cold. I know it is my fault for not checking order before I left however, the staff has a responsibility to get the orders correct. read more

Horrible! Went here because the Chick-fil-A next door had a long line. Waited almost 25 mins just to get food after paying. Ended up getting food poison from the Carl's star burger. It was disgusting even eating it but I was starving. Regret my decision! Don't go here! read more

Had to turn off my car while waiting for the guy in front of me at the drive-through. Then when I got to the window put in park, and should've turned off my car. So make sure you're willing to pay for your food AND gas lol. Finally got my order. But when I got to the park for a picnic with my little girl I saw no napkins and no catsup. The last asked if I wanted any sauces and I said yes EXTRA catsup please. So! No napkins, no sauces, extra extra wait time ( with only one car in front of me), and wasting my gas. All at 2pm. Slowest time of day. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would.. the little Mexican girl named iris is a HORRIBLE employee I heard her talking bad about another employees girlfriend IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! She was rude to me when I told her she shouldn't be doing that! I over heard her tell her employees that she usually disconnects the phones after a certain point in the night so she doesn't have to deal with the complaints before they close... the food was cold and gross and guess what the phones were "busy" from 9 pm to whenever they closed. The gym is really nice and comped our food but I really think they need to let that horrible girl go! read more

The staff has improved tremendously and the store is also clean including the parking lot. Whenever I go the food is always made fresh. Yum

Best fast food burgers in town. Everything is always delicious! The staff is always friendly and willing to help

Went to the drive thru at 8:50 only to be told the were closed. The Yelp app said they were open until 11:00 very disappointed.

I have not been there since March, but let me explain my experience before that. There are not that many choices in this town. If there were, this place would be out of business. They have no nearby competition, so that is the only reason they can still be operating. BTW, the location downtown is much better in just about every way. But many of their customers are not too clean if you are not hard of smelling, and they often try to hit you up for a quarter. Nevertheless, the employees put up with it, and act a cut above, especially compared to here. If the two locations are owned by the same owner, that would be hard to figure. I don't want this location to go out of business, because having something there is better than having nothing there. The empty Sam's behind it helps to give the whole area an even more depressing feeling. A bird in the hand... The people are decidely not friendly, and almost overtly unfriendly. They act like they are doing you a favor. Trying to utter couple of words of pleasant conversation (like "nice day") gets you a blank look. Seems like they have a lot of turnover, probably because this looks like an awful place to work. They are always short of employees. I have been in there several times when only one person was in sight; this person handled the cash register and the food. When I see more than one person, one of them is often outside smoking, coming in o shovel up a french fry order when needed. In the AM, they usually have to "make" coffee when I order it. Very unprofessional. How can any worthwhile place not always have boiling, fresh coffee during every single minute of service before 10AM? The drive-thru lane always takes precedence over those standing in line. This happens down the street at the best burger joint in town too, but the employees there are humping it so danged hard, smiling all the while, so it is completely easy to forgive them. The music blaring from the four televisions is irritating. They have very good (not healthy) biscuits when you luck out and get a hot one (hence, two stars -- and if you ever come back, the place deserves two stars) . This is the only thing that makes me come back. However, 80% of the time, the bacon is undercooked, and the other 20% of the time it is barely cooked. Crisp bacon is TOTALLY unknown here. I attribute this to possible employee laziness, a general don't-give-a-damn attitude that pervades the place, and the overall feeling of impending doom. It's easy to make fast work of cooking bacon when you don't cook it -- and it does save energy. If they get bacon "pre-cooked" from a supplier, they need a new supplier. The napkin/coffee/straw/soft drink section is disgusting. However, the restaurant overall generally appears clean, at least out where the customers sit. There are a couple of other choices down the road; almost all of them would be a better choice, and they do 10X the business. I don't want to give the names, because some of them are too crowded to squeeze any more customers in, and I like to eat inside. That's mainly because their employees are top notch, and mainly that they have fun while doing a good job. Which is something this location could learn from. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! i went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken strip meal. we picked it up, and drove off. i opened my box and looked at my three very small, sad, chicken strips. ok, whatever, i cant eat much anyway. i picked one up, and COLD. cold and hard! i then touched the other ones and they were ALL cold and hard. i turned around, went into the place, and very politely asked for a replacement order. the manager at the register ROLLED HIS EYES at me, and then told me it would be 15-20 minutes. ummm...ok? he took my chicken strips, slammed them on the counter next to a worker in the back who seemed very startled, and then went to put on gloves. i re-evaluated my situation and then told him i would just like a refund instead of sit there for 15-20 minutes for chicken strips. he rolled his eyes again, and then told the drive-thru worker to issue me a refund but "only for the strips" since i ate some of the sub-par fries and didnt bring in the drink. whatever. went across the way to culver's for a much better meal anyway. :) One star because yelp won't let me do zero or take any away. PS: I had this review posted to the wrong location but it is now correct. read more

OH MAN WHERE DO I EVEN START?? This place is HORRIBLE... just don't go there! Honestly how are they even open still?? I drove threw the drive threw and ordered chicken tenders and a burger and zucchini chips. Okay well I waited 35 minutes for my food in 90 degree weather outside for 1, secondly I was told I am waiting this long for me to have fresh chicken tenders. When I finally get my bag of food after 35 MINUTES!! I check it right to make sure everything is there.. oh man I was pissed when I looked in the bag, my zucchini was in a container & it was fully flipped over all my food was in the bottom of my bag, last but not least I get home to eat my food and open my chicken tenders up to be completely shocked by what I see!! MY FOOD WAS FULLY BURNT, they were the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen for $7 and there's not even the right amount as to what I ordered in there!!! I'm just done. Never again will I come back I WANT A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY BECAUSE THIS IS CARAZY... and the girls who helped me names were CHEYENNE, BEKAH! Horrible employees!!!! LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS!!! There so bad they should be ashamed out of 50 reviews 2 of them are good. DISAPPOINTING read more

Once again a big let down, 5 people inside with food already and one car in front me in drive thru. Waited over 20 mins. Management said customers purchasing $50 plus dollar orders with coupons and short staff. Well with the above customers even short staffed should not have been 20 mins. About a month prior ordered the chicken sandwich only tp get home and it was not cooked at all I. The middle and still cold, like it was just thrown in the microwave. Don't with the poor customer service and slow as a sloth wait time when virtually almost no one their definitely with chik fil LA next door going through atleast 15 cars in the same amount of time. Don't go their!atleast they do give you a military discount but it doesn't make up for everything else being horrible. read more

My boyfriend and I came here to order dinner and the person taking our Order through drive thru was very rude. We had a few questions and she was very blunt with us and when I was ordering she spoke over me then asked "What, I didn't hear you". Obviously you didn't hear me because you were too busy talking over me. We were the only car in the drive thru and you guys took FOREVER. Seems like you have a two star rating for a reason. Maybe you should look into training your employees properly and teaching them basic customer service. They aren't going to make it far in life working at a Carl's Junior at age 35 without basic customer service skills. And we asked for ketchup THREE TIME AND YOU CANT FRICKEN PUT IT IN read more

My husband and i love this location. Most people will say they are always slow. Wanted to pick up something quick so decided to try this Carl's Jr. The place looked empty so thought I would drive thru. Took a few minutes for someone get to the speaker and found 2 vehicles in front of me - should not be a big deal. Yeah right, 18 minutes later had my food. Seriously what were they doing all this time? Well if you want time to clean out your car - just jump in the drive thru here. You will have plenty of time. I was able to clean out my car console, glove box and was getting ready to go for the trunk when cars finally move out of the drive thru. This is called fast food? I don't think so...... better bring something to entertain yourself when you go to this Carl's Jr. read more

This place is a joke. Ran by a bunch of teenagers that don't know what they're doing. We drove from Dewey! 20 min drive just to get a shake cause they are the "best"! I got my shake and was shocked to see it was like 25% filled with shake and 75% whip cream. Litterally not even joking!! When I asked about it the kid tells me that's how they make them and they are all pre made that why. Sad sad won't be coming back at this locations !they are stingy! read more

Still the best burgers of all the fast food joints. A little extra moola but worth it for fresh hamburger.

I really enjoyed the fresh made buns they now make... It really made the burger tasty. Good fast good burger. Better than McDonalds in my opinion. read more

We are traveling from out of town and figured we were safe with Carls Jr for a quick dinner. We were starving so we got our food and went to the hotel room to eat it. I ordered the double cheeseburger with jalapenos. Double means 2 burgers of which I got 1!!! The burgers are small to begin with so to only serve 1 left me still hungry. Good thing I had a protein bar and some fruit in the room. I called to complain and her response was...sorry for the inconvenience we are training a new person. Not please come back and we will make it right, refund your money, etc. Are you kidding me!!! If you are training them then maybe both of you should learn simple math....a double is TWO patties! One + one = 2. Idiots!! read more

The food was cold. Food tastes bad. Smells like grease inside. The employees looked dirty. Don't go here. Very disappointed.

There was no customers in this establishment except for me. I waited for probably 5 min before I was even recognized. It took another 10 minutes for my food to arrive. The has browns were luke warm to say the least. I do believe that this will be my last time eating here. read more

I like their food and our cashier, Sedona, was warm and friendly. We don't eat at Carl's often but when we do, we enjoy it.

Terrible restaurant chain that is on borrowed time. Expensive food with awful and slow service. You are often ignored at the counter or sit at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes only to get the wrong food. Chick-Fil-et next door will hopefully put a nail in the coffin to get a better restaurant in this location. read more
