Great experience here! Super clean and friendly staff. Bathrooms and dining area were well kept. Lady who took our order was very attentive. When our order was ready she went through each bag with me making sure all items were there. That's something I wish all places would do as we usually leave and then realize something was missing or an order was wrong. She is the reason I am writing this positive review. Honestly. It hard to come by a good fast food restaurant these days considering the over priced food and angry staff. But today I came to this Carl's Jr with my son. Ordered a super star meal and a chicken star meal. Food was the best I've had in a long time. Restaurant was really clean. Stopped by for lunch with some friends. One person with us had never been to a Carl's Jr before so in was curious how it was going to go. Jorge took our complicated order. He was very polite and smiled as we ordered. He then repeated the order perfectly. I've been to many Carls Jrs, before and seen them all. This experience was the best I have had. Something about fast food employees they don't pay attention or they just don't care when you order something like no cheese extra pickles this or that they can never seem to get it right I went to this Carl's Jr. early morning boys were just Saint hanging around in the lobby so you would think that they would take the time to pay attention to what I was requesting on my order because they need to talk so much and that's around. My sis, my mom and I are on our way out of town for a family gathering and we thought in order to keep things quick and simple before we embark on a 3 hr drive let's get fast food for breakfast. My sis and mom both ordered 2 breakfast burger combos. One with a coffee and one worn an OJ both medium sizes. I ordered a bacon biscuit combo ..with an OJ Tell me why we were charged for all medium combos yet we get all small combos. Then I unravel my bacon biscuit to only fine my biscuit and bacon ...where my cheese and egg is at is unknown. I swear is it that difficult to get it right ?? I used to work at a fast food restaurant when I was 17 and I get it can get it hectic but when there are only 2 cars in your drive thru the least you could is get something right. I rarely do reviews on fast food places but this was just ridiculous. I wish I had taken a pic of my sad biscuit but we just stopped at a rest stop and my sis threw our trash away. I usually come at around 6/7 after work and there's only 3 employees. I waited in line waiting for the cashier while she helped the ladies in the back. Food is good no complaint but it'd make more sense if they hire more people instead of exploiting the ones they have. Food would go out faster and customers would be content. Managers need to be smarter and do what's best to their employees and not expect them to do a 2/3 people job. The only reason I return is the good service and good food. read more

Welp looks like this location has a bad wrap. Maybe I just got lucky in my visit? It is located in the middle of nowhere it seems... Perris doesn't have a whole lot going on to be honest. There's basically a Carl's Jr. and Del taco for fast food options right off Cajalco so options were limited. Carl's Jr. is open early hours so I stopped by here for early breakfast. But was craving a Beyond burger and hash browns. I'll admit service was slow. I was the only person in the drive through and it didn't appear that any customers were inside. And I had to pull to the side and wait 10 minutes for them to cook my hash-browns. Oddly enough the hash browns tasted like they were a day old and just re-heated. So not sure what I was waiting for. So those sucked but my burger was really good! I ordered a double Beyond burger and it was fresh and filling! It definitely hit the spot. I know I'm a weirdo eating a burger for breakfast but I went with what I was craving. Overall not horrible. Just slow service and hash was stale or freezer burned I can't really tell for sure. read more

Went thru drive up and my bad didn't check my bags to make sure correct but got home and the did not give me my full order that I paid for. Tried to call but the only number they provide is for a fax. Needless to say I have a incomplete order and was over charged for items I did not receive I didn't want to drive all the way back for $5 but it is such an inconvenience that you can't even call them on it. That sucks that everyone else has been having bad experiences, mine have always been pretty good. I don't eat meat so I always get the beyond burgers which have always been great. my only complaint honestly would be that the location is not convenient for fast food. I feel like it's on the wrong side of the street for "convenience". Just for me personally, I would stop by much more often if it weren't such a hassle to get to and from after I exit the freeway. I usually get fast food because it's, you know, "right there". So I'm end up at Del Taco because it's easier to get to. That's probably just me though. Overall I haven't had anything but positive experiences the few times I have gone, and I would go more if they were easier to get to, especially for those beyond burgers... read more

Drive thru friendly. Visited last night maybe around 10:30pm and the staff were amazingly fast. Overall great experience. Was having a rough day and the girl at the window was very sweet and understanding she asked how my day was. The guy who took my order gave me variety of options. Not Good. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger and it would have been okay except for the fact that the onion rings on it were tiny and hard as little bricks. They said i could not get double burgers with that coupon even though it clearly stated "any size"!!
