It was great even though some reviews say otherwise but the food came out hot, the fries are crispy and great! The service was great pretty quick and overall nice and respectful. Everything was clean and nice to eat at would recommend! read more

I've been coming here since I was a kid, and never had an issue. The food has always been fresh. Fries hot. And the staff have always been friendly. It's not the cheapest option, so I only come here now when I have a coupon (I prefer a low carb super star not the budget options). But just about everywhere is the same price now. I prefer to use the drive thru, but I do like that there's plenty of seating, and there's horse "parking" only a few yards away. I do recommend getting the app, so that you can gain points, the points seems better than Chikfila, I can get a freebie pretty fast here. read more

Ordered the Santa Fe chicken sandwich easy on the sauce asked for extra chili on it. This is what I got.(see photo.) nothing but a mushy mess two little drops of Ortega soggy soggy soggy! The chicken was so tough. I literally could not bite through it. Had to use a knife to cut the chicken. Just wasn't worth it! Had to trash the whole thing. Waste of hard earned good money. read more

I love this spot so much! Yesterday, I got two famous burgers, a fry, and an extra patty. No line. Super kind at the drive thru window. Easy to understand them. At the window very friendly, took care of my payment quickly and made sure the fries were fresh and pipping hot! Literally the best fries! But also, In N Out has been doing like warm fries for a few months now, but at Carls I never have to question if they'll be fresh and hot! They stay super hot until AFTER I get home. They always have specials and coupons so it doesn't have to be expensive. I don't understand the bad reviews and highly recommend giving them a shot. read more

No idea for the bad reviews, been coming here for years (about once a month), and the fries are always piping hot, staff is friendly, and rarely a line. There's lots of seating and a few TVs inside. Highly recommend their shakes, they're the best, I always get a super star without the bun and a large fry. While I don't recommend their ranch dressing, like most fast food it's not the best, but these fries need nothing! read more

Came again for breakfast, had the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich with a side of waffle fries. The sandwich was ok, a bit bland for my taste, added a lot of hot sauce to give it some taste, it was very cheesy though. I had my order through drive-thru, it was done is minimal time. Service is always great in this location honestly, staff are always smiling and friendly and that's the reason I will come back again. :) read more

Nice ladies but this is the second time I ordered from the app just to find they didn't start my order until I arrived and had to ask about my order. Not to mention all the doors were closed when I arrived at 6:24 but they open at 6:00 a.m. read more

Man, I didn't realize how bad Carl's Junior had gotten. The value for the price was sad. For over $7, we got 3 chicken tenders that amounted to what used to be one chicken tender usually. We $60 on 4 drinks, 3 sandwiches, fries, zucchini, and tenders. And while they're always a little more expensive, their quality always makes up for that.. but not anymore. We went back to return one of the drinks immediately.. the fries were terrible. The rest of it really wasn't worth the extra.. I don't know but it's just this location but wow read more

Great service and fresh hot food. Laura and Jesse Was the best thank you for your hard work. Store was nice and clean.

My daughter, grandson, and I went to this place yesterday. For a burger and fries for the grownups. Chicken Stars and fries for the little guy. I've never been a raving fan of Carls. But they always served a pretty good burger. Had that charbroiled flavor. Well, that ship has sailed no question. We ordered. It came to $34.33! What!! Oh well, my tastebuds were ready for some charbroiled yum. We waited forever. There was one customer other than ourselves. He ordered and finished his meal before we got ours. We got there first. Anyway. I was thinking that when we walked in--- I didn't smell the usual smell of Carls. You know - the smell of beef broiling. When we got our food---it was cold. But oh well. When I unwrapped mine - yikes! The cheese was just hanging off the side. Not even partially melted. Actually, not even warm. Even if it had been sitting under heat lamps. It would be semi warm. Nope. The bacon was limp and hanging off as well. It's had a weird look. The color was off. It wasn't cooked at all! The bun was hard as a rock. Since it took so long for us to get this culinary dream come true, I figured that since it had clearly been sitting, the sauce would have soaked into the bread. Making it soggy. Nope. The bread was so hard --- no soaking was going on there. I took a bite. Oh, my stars ( no pun intended)! I couldn't keep it in my mouth long enough to chew, and God forbid -- swallow. I had to spit it out into my napkin. I just couldn't do it. It had a distinctly sour taste. The fries were cold. They closely resembled strips of lard made to look like potatoes. Horrible! I was sternly scolded by the little guy 7 years old. Gramma, NO spitting out your food! Okeedokee. His stars were cold. His fries were a bit warmer than ours. He's 7 and couldn't care less. Ughhh. My daughters story was the samr. We both had the feeling that something was stuck in our throats. It was really nasty. And--- the cherry on top was that I got skewered for $34!! Clearly, I'm really not a fan of "Starmans" at all now. So much for that charbroiled flavor. The burger did have the broil lines. Drawn with Sharpie is my guess! read more

I don't go here often but the times I do, I always get a spicy chicken sandwich. And let me tell you it's always hot, tasty, and overall delicious. My order was taken relatively quickly and I went to the restroom to wash up. When I came back, my order was waiting on the table so they do get high marks for speed of service. The fries were hot and the soda tasted good. The problem for me comes when I get the Famous Star I ordered. I have a background in quality management so I tend to critique everything and this burger was no exception. When you advertise your burgers in pictures as bursting with tomatoes and onions and a juicy burger you should make sure your customers get what you're advertising. What I received was nothing of the sort and that is why they get 2 stars. I came here starving yesterday and I guess when you're starving, almost anything tastes okay. The reason why new burger places are able to break into the fast food market is because places like Carl's Jr. gets sloppy and churns out so-so burgers. A word to the management: Claim your page here on Yelp, start listening to your customers, and then start working on the quality; do this and you will see a jump in profit and revenue. read more

I'm not sure how they got an "A" health rating. We went through the drive thru, ordered, and pulled up to the window to pay. We watched the drive thru attendant grab an old dirty mop and start mopping the floors and then reached into his pocket for his cell phone. He used his phone for a few minutes before handling our food and handing it to us without washing his hands first. Didn't see his name. He was a younger kid, but maybe the Manager needs to have his employees review the food handlers course!! Disgusting! read more

I ate promo hamburger here, Double Jalapeño Cheeseburgers. The pictures showed a mouthwatering hamburger were the patties are the same size as the buns. Carl's Jr. food is always good, very large portions, really good milkshakes! When my husband and I had lunch here the restaurant was pretty empty. So I pulled up to the drive thru and it took a while for them to actually ask me what i wanted. i ordered the sandwich and they gave me the wrong type! then when they gave it to me opened it and it was basically two pieces of card bored that looked like it had been run over and a tiny cold piece of "chicken". i hated it. then after that i asked for some french fries but they said it was going to be a wait so they could make fresh ones! once they brought me the fries they were horrible. they tasted like old oil!!! they also gave me a broken straw with my drink........i do not like it anyway because when i was younger i went to the same one and i found a bug in my food! i would NOT recommend this!!!!! read more

There was only two employees working when we got there. The cashier was very apologetic about making us wait to take our order because there was a drive thru order who got there before us. Then the food arrived late, both employees brought our our and profusely apologized for the delay. In addition to giving us the food we ordered, they gave us complimentary desserts for the four of us. In the middle of us eating they came back and asked if we were missing/needed anything, and again apologized for the delay. They also offered to throw our trash away when we finished. It was the best customer we have ever received at a fast food establishment. read more

Went to go order two shakes tonight. After an extremely long wait handing the cashier the money through the drive up window he dropped all of the change. Very friendly/professional service. Food is always hot and good for what it is.

The service is consistently slow. If raw meat is dropped on the floor they just pick it up and cook it and serve it to the customers. I dropped a box of raw meat on the floor and got in trouble for throwing it in the trash. Some of the sandwiches are made ahead of time and will eventually cool off.The management and employees use profanity with in earshot of the customers. It's not uncommon for the orders to take to long to deliver. The metal pans are usually cleaned with filthy scrubbers. The soap dispenser is in constant need of repair in the dish washing area. The employees play inappropriate music during work hours. This place does not require drug testing of their employees. For part time employees their is no benefits. Usually after people receive a promotion they quit.I worked there until I found a better job.The manager told me that she did not properly train me and so I had no chance of career advancement. I'm glad I left. read more

I ate inside at this location. The service was okay, but my only issue is that they have their workers say "my pleasure" after every little thing. That's just stupid. I'd like a genuine reaction rather than some rehearsed bullshit their manager is trying since their customer service has supposedly been lacking. If I were a coworker I would hate that but that's just me. Whatever. Last time I ate here they took forever just for some small fries. SMALL FRIES BRO. read more
