Carl's Jr - Receipt - Fast Food Near Me - Murrieta, California

Typically fast food chains don't get the best reviews, but that's not the case this time. I usually come to this location when I'm craving Carl's Jr and it never disappoints. The drive thru is always empty, so we get our food pretty fast. In addition, the food is fresh and delicious. You can't go wrong with a jalapeño burger. read more

Carl's Jr - Double Guacamole Bacon Burger with jalapeños - Fast Food Near Me - Murrieta, California

Every time I go here they NEVER get my order correct. How difficult is it to give ranch with your order when you get onion rings and request ranch to dip them in, or to put mayonnaise on in place of the sauce they use when you request it? Paying these prices, you'd think you could at least get what you ask for. I'm giving 2 stars only because the fries were hot. read more

My family and I come here for the indoor playground. We really appreciate how the staff is always friendly and helpful. The restrooms are stocked and clean - every time. Parking lot is safe with plenty of shade. Great spot for a family meal and to unwind. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of many fast food restaurants, but this location really sets the bar for customer service and quality food. The crew here works hard, is always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They even have employees walking through to ask if you need anything and to clean up trash and take trays. Every time I have been here, it's been quite busy, but they all work together seamlessly and always offer amazing service with a smile. read more

we ordered five piece chicken tenders and famous star with cheese, and I was so bummed and disappointed for how it turned out. Carl's Jr. 28023 Scott Rd Open Closes 11PM Dine-in·Drive-through Hello, is it me...? Yesterday, my grandson was scheduled for an "interview" at Carl's Jr. on California Oaks (He received an email). He went & they told him to fill out an application. He did it online, which got him the interview, but was sent away afterward. Yesterday he came home and we called Carl's Jr. Closet to us (off Scott Rd). They told us it was walk-in with an open interview on-site Tues.- Sat 2-5pm. Today, I dropped my grandson & teenage daughter off for this walk-in with an open interview at 400 pm. They were greeted by a woman in black and were given another application that looked suspect, and they had no interview with the manager who they believed was present (a man in black cap). I'm upset because I don't know if this is a race issue or a continual dis-hap with fast-food restaurants who post they're hiring, but when able-bodied teens come looking... they are turned away. read more

I went in after a long day of work to get get some food for me and my family but let me tell you how much of a disappointment this place is no wonder it's only rated 3 stars we ordered two burgers and some fries and everything tasted like it had been sitting there for hours... definitely don't recommend this place at all!! read more

Forgot my syrup for my French toast sticks. How can you forget syrup for sticks? At work now so can't eat them.

store says it open at 6 am so I waited like ten minutes and they never opened. On top of that they didn't even open for the delivery truck that was also waiting on them. Why say you open at six if your never really going too. read more

waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries. they handed my food to the wrong people. didn't even offer an apology.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Looking to pick something up quickly the other evening after a long day getting close to home, and originally pulled into this shopping center for Del Taco, because my son prefers their French fries. Due to Covid Del was drive-thru only and the line was outrageous; fortunately, a friendly homeless man who walked behind the dumpster to pee saw my failed attempt to open the door and he gave me a pro tip that the inside was closed at Del, but not at Carl's, figured it was worth a shot! Carl's was seemingly less busy than Del, and while I would typically drive-thru in the comfort of my own car, I was already in the mindset of walking in to an establishment, so that's what I did. I was greeted by a friendly young woman whose name I didn't catch, and while she seemed a bit "green", she was attentive and kind. I ordered two Beyond Famous Star combos, dry (I prefer to dress them at home so they don't get soggy). They keep their iced tea behind the counter, which she gladly assisted with. Although they weren't as slammed as Del, they were busy, but there seemed to be good flow and communication behind the counter and in the kitchen, a well oiled fast food machine if you will. No more than five minutes after placing my order, my food was ready and I was headed home to enjoy my vegan feast with my family. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I came to the realization that the burgers had cheese on them, making my vegan feast seemingly impossible, and I had no other option but to return and correct the situation, which based on my experience up to that point, I was confident would be no problem. As I walked back in to Carl's, half full bag in hand (burgers only), I was greeted by a genuinely kind young man this time, who was quietly enjoying his break in the corner of the restaurant during my first trip of the evening. He patiently listened while I explained that although the receipt says cheese, that there's no way I, a vegan going on 10 years now, would have muttered the words "with cheese". I was apologetic, and he was very understanding. He politely informed me that the burger comes with cheese as-is, informing me that it was my mistake, without blatantly telling me that or making me feel bad about it. He showed compassion and happily corrected the situation, even though I was at fault. I am new to the area, and while we don't eat out much, fast food especially, there are those occasions where a quick bite I necessary, or a little fast food is a treat, and I was happily impressed with the service at this location which is no more than 5 minutes from my home. Everyone I engaged with was competent, charismatic, and genuinely friendly, the food came out hot and fresh each time, and it was even presentable! Not a hot mess that was quickly thrown together as if it were prepared by a toddler, which is sadly but understandably all too common in other establishments alike. Kudos to this Carl's Jr., 5 stars from your newest soon to be repeat customer! read more

I normally never write reviews, especially not for fast food. However, the man working there is SOO nice. I think his name is Daniel. Just excellent, kind service from him in the drive thru each time. He seems happy to be there and is very thorough. read more

The wait staff were very nice and cheerful - the 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers, zucchini, and onion rings were all pre-made, overcooked, just not good at all. Yuck! The zucchini has cross-cut fries and regular end piece fries that were overcooked in the same bag and the zucchini was underdone. We won't go back to this location. Over $30.00 for the 2 of us. Horrible! read more

I went to this location today and ordered "Onion Rings, Well Done". Paid over $4. I was the only car in line and they had the onion rings in a bag already at the window when I pulled up. I'm trying to figure out how they got them "well done" in literally fifteen seconds or so. Obviously, they didn't. The onion rings were barely warm, limp, and not good at all. They had obviously been sitting out for some time. Complete waste of money. read more

Been here three times, to get the chicken tenders, and they've been warm/cold and not even crispy every time. I don't even know why I bother. One star. And the dumb manager just smiled at you like he's done a great job when the place is Update: 8/13/2020 Eh, who cares anymore. This was seriously my last time ever coming here. And on that note. This is my last time eating at Carl's Jr. I remember the good old days where you would see Jessica Simpson commercials eating that juicy charbroil burger and to obtain those crisscut fries were to die for. I get it, it's quarantine. But this is just an update to the continuous neglect this Carl's Jr. provides its customers. Have fun going bankrupt. The food I received was cold. Period. I'm now just going to be making homemade Katsu, chicken fried rice, steamed veggies, and steak. read more

This place never fails to disappoint me. I always go to get my order for lunch and they always mess up. Today on June 23 2021, I ordered a beyond famous star with no sauce or cheese and a lettuce wrap. They took forever and when I got to my job I opened my burger and they gave me regular meat. The manager did this because I told him I was in a rush and he must have thought it was funny to give me the wrong order. Anyways I called in and I told him that I was calling because I received the wrong order and that I wanted a refund because I am unable to eat this meal since I am vegan. He told me he could replace it and I had to be arguing with him for about to minutes because I didn't want it remade I wanted a refund. Ridiculous. Don't go here they make too many errors. I don't know how he is manager. read more

Very friendly staff & never gets my order wrong. Fast service & convenient. Great location as well by the freeway.

Reviewing a fast food place like Carl's is probably the biggest waste of time but that's how angry Iam. Took my pregnant wife there and sat in the drive thru for 25min. Once we got to the window the lady took my card and handed us our food. I sat there for 5 min before she came back and held my card hostage as she explained that their card machine wasn't working. After arguments I finally felt bad for everyone behind me and paid for half of the order with cash and went for more cash from a local ATM which cost me fees and then went back and paid the rest. The poor excuse of a manager only apologized and didn't offer to comp any of my meal while Pregnant wife sat there. Also your criss cross fries tastes like they were a day old and microwaved. So ya I'll never be coming back to this place (I can hear every employee now wailing in despair at losing my business). read more

My experience was terrible here. There was only one car in front of us, we waited ten minutes to order, and another ten minutes (at least) for our food. There was no communication, and I got fries instead of the fried zucchini that I saw he put in on the screen. Overall terrible experience. Update: I accidentally went here again. I've been in the drive through for twenty five minutes. I feel like they're going for the record. He stares at the huge line every time he hands out food. He's handing out boxed burgers with no bag. Just took our money without saying anything and closed the window. Lazily handed us our change, no ranch for the zucchini I actually got this time. Cashier's name is Devin, although it doesn't say on the receipt I had to lean in to see his name tag. It's hilariously shameful it took us half an hour to get a burger in a drive through. read more

Just bought a chicken club small combo today $12.80 ridiculous and my sandwich sucked. Stoped eating my favorite fast food burger the " western bacon a couple years ago because they changed the meat after 45 years of loving this place I'm done and I hear it from everyone I talk to. read more

I have come here for years. Always bring the kids and spend a lot of $. Today I wanted to try the beyond burger as I'm a vegetarian and there's very limited choices. I asked since it was a $7 burger if I didn't like it could I exchange it for something else. (Like a side salad)He said no sorry it's the customers choice to try it. I was like oh wow ok. Now maybe this is policy here but any other restaurant I have ever been too if something isn't good they allow a switch. Just common courtesy. So I took my 5 kids and we left. So basically they lost money. Not cool Carl's Jr.! read more

My Husband picked up food from this location because we've eaten Carls Jr for years. The food we received was far below par and when I tried to complain to the manager, I was insulted on top of the bad food. Carl's Jr really should send in mystery shoppers to see just how poorly they are being represented.I'm pretty sure that if they did, there would be some serious changes. Over all Carl's Jr is decent but this location doesn't live up to their reputation or long term customers expectations. read more

4/7/18 8:50 pm. I just came home with my order. Too tired or I would have taken it back. The fries I ordered were the worst I have ever had. They were hard, cold and very dry. There were a few hard, crunchy waffle fries mixed in. No care was taken with my order. I feel I got the sloppy old leftovers that had been sitting all day. A week ago, I came and ordered a chicken tender meal for my grandchild. There were only 2 very small pieces of chicken in our order. Stopped by for breakfast and asked for the two breakfasts sandwiches for $4. I was told the don't have that deal and asked if I wanted their new burger. No, I didn't because it was 7 am in the morning. The lady taking my order was very difficult to understand and she had a lot of difficulties understanding what I wanted. I gave up and ordered one breakfast sandwich and thought no more of it. A few days later, I asked my husband to pick up breakfast. He stopped and tried to order the two breakfast sandwiches for $4, not knowing the experience I had a few days earlier. He was asked if he wanted the breakfast burger which he replied no, I want two bacon and egg biscuits and that was it. He was told his total was $12 something. He got so frustrated that he gave up and ended going into the store to try to resolve the issue. He finally got his order for the two correct breakfast sandwiches and paid the $4 something and got the sandwiches. Note that finally the $4 deal that we always order was in fact available. He got home and told me his experience and how hard the lady was to communicate with and we are certain it was the same lady. I don't like to judge someone who speaks other languages than me but it is pretty difficult to have someone you can't understand in a drive-thru. read more
