I'm only giving this location a 3 because of the staff. The woman working the front counter was doing the job of 5 people and didn't miss a beat. The food was hot and fresh and we received everything we ordered. Unfortunately they were severely understaffed and while the lobby was stocked it could use a good deep cleaning. The current staff would not have the time, they were running around and busy the entire time. You can tell the management does not care by the state of the entire restaurant, especially the bathroom. While it was surprisingly clean, one sink was broken and barely attached to the wall and the other looked like an after thought. It's such a shame because they have an amazing staff, I hope they pay them well or they find new jobs that treat them better. read more

I need to update my review for this location. They have started charging $.50 for a small water cup even if you use the drive-through. They also are not honoring most of the deals that they used to do, they don't seem to have the happy hour specials anymore, the prices have gone up for almost everything. This location is also very noisy. It's right by the freeway. And the last time I went in there and the restrooms were not really that clean. Unfortunately, I probably will not be going here much longer. I'm surprised that they charge you just to get a water that's kind of ridiculous. Also for a large soda here you're gonna pay almost 4 dollars, but you can go to Circle K, It's not that far and get a huge cup for under a buck. read more

For the amount of business this place gets with the charging stations, it was not staffed for the Memorial Day weekend. Long wait times mixed with only 1 person at register to handle both inside and drive thru. Management needs to look at better staffing. On the other hand. I pay for a double junior bacon cheeseburger, and they give me a single. I found out when I got home. The drive-through area is so loud. You can't hear them talking to you. The waffle fries are excellent but when you don't get your order, it stinks. read more

This is a good location. They always make your food to order and everything is hot and fresh. My wife had the new A1 burger and loved it. I always get some kind of burger with jalapenos on it. Delicious! The crew here is very good. They are quick, efficient and kind. The manager is a super nice guy and should be commended for running a great restaurant. I stopped in here a couple of times back in September during my trip out to and back from Flagstaff. I was here mostly to get something to eat while I wait for the car to finish charging. This Carl's Jr shares the parking lot with a Tesla Supercharger station. The food here is standard for any Carl's Jr. I still love their Famous Star with cheese. During my visits, the employees have always been nice and friendly. They keep their restrooms relatively clean. read more

I rarely review fast foods under the impression that most locations are created equal. Not the case here. Do keep in mind that this is kind of in the middle of no where and you come here more for convenience than anything else. That being said, I was not happy with my food. I ordered the chicken tenders. My food tasted microwaved (not fried), was greasy, was chewy (not crispy), and was not even evenly cooked. Yeah. The other food in our party was slightly better I think. Also, the fried zucchini was okay. Also, the service was okay. Chicken only is a definite 1 star. The location and the other food may bring it up to two stars I guess. Really 1 1/2 but I'll be generous. We had no problems with the staff or service. But my chicken was literally inedible as in I spit it out and could not eat it.
