I applied here yesterday and had an interview today. The manager was 10 mins late first of all and didnt even say hi. Handed me a employeement sheet which I already have a resume and did that online which states apply online. The 30 mins was up and it was 338 and I guess she was "busy" but I use to be manager and the manager has to stop in order to do the interview or else why even put up a "we are hiring". BAD customer service i ordered two burgers at the drive thru they have some new AI computer taking my order, that is terrible and not user friendly thinking they got my order IT gave me a total and i proceeded to the window we received our food but was missing the second burger, i told Janely that my order was wrong and that a mistake was made and would like to add my burger to it she proceeded to tell me that my order was correct when she read back one of my items only at the window we then asked twice to add my burger to the order she proceeded to give us attitude and long story short we left without getting my food... if your gonna work fast food hire people that know how to perform customer service, And dont force customers to use a non working AI ordering system that screws up your order completely on top of it. Just tried the hand battered chicken sandwich. It was disgusting. I thought the meat inside might have been some kind of fish. Poor service, I walked in to place an order to go and waited 9min for someone to take my order. I didn't even know they had this flavor of iced tea. Tea was sweet for me, but good. The meat in the burger was tasty. Burger had cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sweet pickles and onions. What a mess! The fries tasted cold and some were hot. I really didn't care for the fries. Drive thru was fast and easy. The lady who gave me my food was nice. There's plenty of parking in front. Avoid rush hours, lines are extra long and the area has nearby businesses' parking lot for the drive thru wait. They also may want to switch out their mic system because the first person taking the order could not hear the order correctly, then another person came to re-take the order, basically had to say my order several times for just a simple order. Only one window open so that takes it longer to pay and get my food; hence the long wait. I would try another location if it is during the rush. We went at 5:30 and there were 7 cars ahead of me. This is absolutely one of, if not my favorite Carl's Jr. locations. As I mentioned in my quick tips this location is not just clean but immaculate for a fast food eatery. The layout of this location seems as if there is more seating area than other locations. I am a civilian however I do have family and friends serving in the armed forces, and I appreciate that they do have a military discount on Wednesdays. I have never wait more than three minutes for my order to be brought to my table. As for customer service I feel the majority of the staff is adequate I suppose I would recommend being a little bit "friendlier". However there is a young man by the name of Daniel who deserves a shout out he is not only handsome and charming but he respectful, polite, quick on his feet, and he always provides OUTSTANDING customer service. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The guy who was working drive thru sounded like he didn't want to be there. I ordered some chicken stars for my sister, once we left the drive thru my sister bit the chicken and I was raw. When when my dad asked for a refund the manager didn't even apologize for the raw food. And the two girls working in the back were not even working and just taking about how terrible their work schedule was. Service was SLOW today. My family and I had just gotten out of church and needed to eat breakfast. We ordered 2 meals, 2 extra sandwiches and 2 extra coffees. We all got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and coffee and just shared the hash browns. We also got an order of the French Toast Sticks. First off, it took at least 10 mins for staff to refill the coffee jug. My father was so impatient and kept asking me to ask them to refill it. This was my second time at this particular location and the first time wais fine but yesterday was by far the worst experience ever. I usually get a western bacon cheese burger or a fishermens catch sandwich, well yesterday I wanted to try something new maybe go the healthy route of fast food. BIG MISTAKE, I didn't like it. My friends told me to just ask for something diffrent. I usualy just bare it but the friends convinced me to because there was never a problem when they asked for something diffrent. The Manager (Luda) at this location is super rude and talked down to us when we asked how to use a coupon that we had on our phone from T-Mobile Tuesday's. I just had to try the Captain Crunch shake while I was close to a Carl's Jr. I love milkshakes and as a kid I loved Captain Crunch so I thought it just had to be perfect and I must try it. Off I go to my old local Carl's Jr. I actually really like this Carl's Jr. because it also has a Green Burrito inside it as well. The service here is always prompt but most of the time the place needs tables wiped down and the floor swept but it is in IB after all. Anyways this visit I hit the drive thru and order one Captain Crunch shake, $3.33, I thought this better be damn good.
