Came in to buy a green burrito, but they had no green sauce so I ordered the steak and grill burrito. It had all rice and beans 6 to 8 pieces of steak cost it 1264 not worth buying. Could improve in making the burrito with more meat not just rice and beans. read more

Carl's Jr - Burgers Near Me - Chowchilla, California

I very rarely go inside any fast food place. I generally order from the drive up window. My grandson wanted to eat inside so, in we went. I was amazed at how clean and tidy this dining room and kitchen were! Behind the counter were sauces, plasticware, bags and other things lined up ever so neatly. The dining room was squeaky clean, too. read more

Overall just your average Carl's Jr. Good customer service, good people, my order was prepared in a timely matter and this Carl's Jr is located in a nice low key area. When it comes to fast food I live by the line in Naked Gun 33 1/3, Quentin Hapsburg: 'Do you gamble?' Frank Drebin: 'Every time I eat out.' read more

I will. These guys are awesome good service I was happy to have them open as a Truckdriver. It is way cool to have it open to get good food. Great location to get an adult burger instead of a McDonald's kitty crap great service. The guy on the window was a great multitasker. Very charming. Good customer service food quality is excellent. I'm totally digging this place our member coming here a couple years ago and it's always a hit. Never had a bad time here. I'll continue to buy my food here. Hopefully you guys will enjoy the same cool experience that I did. This was way fun andfast so if you are looking for something fast fun and to get you on your way, try these people read more

Good food really, the service (I had) was amazing the staff were kind and thoughtful. The area seemed like a normal restaurant but it smelled good though! read more

Went there for breakfast this morning. Took 9 minutes for car in front of us to order, tboughtcit was a big order, but then noticed the car at the window hadn't moved yet either. Finally got to speaker and placed a simple order. 2 breakfast burritos, 2 criss cut fries since they didn't have tater tots, Told they were out of medium cups and tater tots. Competed order and first car at window finally left. Vehicle in front of us moves to window. 7 mins later, they got one bag of food, so much for the big order idea. Now its our turn. 8 mins later we got our food. Very slow service. Very slow food prep. To say this is a 'fast food' location is a stretch. read more

Place is not to bad. Drive-through line was a little long. My order was messed up but they did take care of it and corrected it.

Since they make their food when ordered, you can not go wrong...my favorite is their guacamole burger with some jalapeno poppers...

The lady was amazing her name is yulianna and she is amazing like u should give her a raise tbh and make her manager of carls junior and the food was very good. Ambiance is amazing like so good read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. The meat had a funky smell & it tasted old! Do not eat here you will get sick.

I had not eaten here for maybe ten years and will not make that mistake again my fries and onion rings were cold. My burger and hot dog were cold not to mention the hotdog was not even fully cooked. My eight pieces of zucchini were hot but by the time the other food was returned and warmed the zucchini had cooled. I also asked for a lot of mustard and salt. I got two packets of mustard , no salt and about 10 packets of catsup. I also do not get the reason for the 10 minute wait in the drive thru just to get cold food. I will never be going back. Want to add. My husband knows the owner in a general sense and if you get this kind of treatment for EVERYONE. You may want to stay away until more training takes lace. I hope. I don't get any. FOOD POISONING FROM THE 1/2 hotdog I ate. Be warned. Try somewhere else. read more

Stopped here while traveling south down 99. Horrible filthy bathroom- AND they charged $2 MORE for a Beyond Burger than a Beyond Burger anywhere else I've eaten. Will NOT be back read more

My husband convinced me to give this location another try I ordered a 4 cheese quesadilla the cheese was not melted at all almost as if they didn't cook it, my spicy chicken was bland no spice at all, my sons nuggets and fries were cold. The food was not worth the $30 I spent and they didn't even want to fix it when I complained, save your money and go else where! read more

The frustration mounds with the drive thru windows of Carl's Jr. as the government now increases the pay to $22.00 per hour for fast food workers, we the general public must endure price increases for less the minimum wage service. As I requested a dipping sauce for my order of breaded zucchini, I was told they were out of ranch, but I was offered "house" dressing instead. I accepted the substitution because that's life in the US right now. "We are out." O went through the window service assured that my order was correct to the tune of $18+. I went on my way only to find out there was no such dipping sauce in the bag. I called and spoke to the manager, when she promptly asked, "are you sure you don't have any sauce and did you ask for the sauce?" When I explained I was told they were out of ranch, but only had "house sauce" she said, "Yep, that's correct." She told me I could come back and they would gladly hand me a dipping sauce. As a typical fast food worker/manager would say. When I reminder her that has was nearly $6.00 per gallon and it didn't seem reasonable to make the trip back for a dipping sauce which cost pennies. This how Carl's Jr. operates. No one working cares because they don't have too. They receive wages that would suggest caring, but since it's fast food, they don't need too. read more

I love Carl's Jr but today I ordered the grilled steak burrito and asked for no Pico in it and when I got home to eat it, it was full of Pico. I proceeded to bring back the food so they could correct the mistake that they made and as I was waiting for my new burrito, they made a big deal about having to fix their mistake. I found that to be extremely unprofessional of them. Please don't be upset at a customer because of a mistake YOU made. read more

Worst location ever. I don't mind a long wait because the food is cooked when you order, however, every time I would go, they would "ran out ranch". The first time I went they said there was a "ranch shortage", the second time, "ran out ranch completely. The final time I went, they miraculously had ranch, however, when I asked for a second ranch they said we only allow one ranch per customer because we run out all the time. I offered to pay for the second ranch and she once again repeated the same thing. I have literally never been to a Carl's Jr. that runs out of ranch or can only give one out. The dumbest thing I've ever heard. Never going back here! read more

What can you say, it's Carl's Jr. This one is clean, has plenty of parking, and usually good service.

This location sucks. I've never been more disgusted by fast food in my life. My entire family, including myself, contracted e. coli from eating burgers from here last year. If you're not familiar with it, e. Coli is something contracted by eating food that has feces or fecal particles somewhere on it. That means these employees likely don't wash their hands. If you don't want to fall ill and nearly die, go to McDonald's next door. At least you know they was their hands. Never eating here again, and if you unsure about going, please don't. read more

Great, friendly fast service. Quick with the orders and on point with customer service. Very patient (we had a large group) when takin our orders. Not to mention, the venue is very clean and modern. They have AC so it's nice and cool especially since Chowchilla is a hot, humid town. AND they bring the food to our tables. Not only do they add this service, when they brought the food the lady was very friendly asking us if we want more sauce with our food. Super plus. Most places are stingy with sauces..they don't even offer them! I will definitely be coming back. read more

This location rocks. This is a green Burrito Carls store. The friendliest, perkiest staff I have ever encountered. They cheerfully added Ortega chile to my Famous without giving me grief. The restroom was clean and fresh smelling. Plenty of parking in their clean parking lot, yeah I am a fan. read more

Best Carl's jr I've ever been to! Very clean, polite employees, and the food was better than I expected! I called in and thanked Adolfo for a real great meal and he was so nice and I could tell he really was proud of his staff! This Carl's jr is a must stop along the 99! Thank you! read more

Since there's really no place for a good burger in this town. This would be in my opinion the best spot for a decent burger. I usually order the usual #2 which in my opinion is the best burger off the menu. I recently went the other day and was pleased that they had brought back those delicious jalapeno poppers. Those things are so delicious especially when you order them fresh from the fryer. I give it a 3 star because the staff could be more friendly and the service is usually very slow but if your looking for a decent burger anytime of day or night since this place is open 24/7. This would be my go to burger joint. read more

I ordered a nine piece chicken stars and ask for some bbq sauce, the hispanic cashier (name was not written on receipt) would not give me any because he stated they were running low. Explained he didn't give me any and didn't mention there was no bbq sauce while I ordered. No signs up regarding sauces. I asked him for a refund as I could not eat dry chicken stars and he left me waiting for about 5 mins and came back with some Bbq squirted in little plastic containers. One of the tiny plastic containers had like drop of bbq sauce in it. He was very rude about the situation and wished his name would have been written on the receipt so I could have called and explained to management the issue. Very bad service. I even offered to pay for the sauce I should have gotten free. Well not be eating there again anytime soon. read more

Possibly the worst Carls around. Slow poor service and misleading prices. Dont bother. Attitude of the staff is definitely dont give a s$&@@

I only went through the drive thru so perhaps I have no place to judge. But they asked me what I want, I pulled up behind a car that was off. Waited for 20 minutes, they got their food, turned on their car and drove off. It was one bag but who knows it could have been stuffed to the brim. I pulled up handed her my money (no greeting just took my cash and closed the window) then waited 8 more minutes to get my onion rings. Got back on the road and jammed outta there. Wasn't that impressive but it could have been busy inside??? read more

This review is based on the great customer service and the food we received was good too when it comes to fast food, lol. We were visiting from San Diego and didn't get to our hotel until midnight and we were hungry. We walked in around 11:55pm (not knowing that they were getting ready to close at 12) and the woman at the register was so nice and polite. They had about 8 orders to do and it was only her and one other female cook in the back. She offered to let us stay in the restaurant even if they were closing, but we took the food to go since I felt we were already being a burden. She was so nice and had a great demeanor the whole time. read more

I stopped by for lunch on a Monday afternoon. I went through the drive thru. It literally took a few minutes before someone responded to me. I ordered a 5 dollar box. I was in a hurry to try to get back to work to get some homework done during lunch. Then I realized I was not given a straw, and the cookie that came with my meal tasted like old crusty fry oil. Definitely going to take a lunch to work more often. Overall annoying. read more

Today's biscuits and hash browns were perfect! Fresh, straight from the fryer hash browns. One of my best Carl's Jr. visits in awhile.

I am currently in the drive thru and they said the "green burrito" is closed, even though the sign clearly states it closes at 2 am. It is currently 12:24 am. So.......they got two stars because I'm feeling generous and I like this paramore song, but they are so incredibly slow I am not entirely sure what is happening inside the restaurant...besides it's obviously them not making anything from green burrito because apparently it closes here substantially earlier than 2 am. Perhaps I'm on a weird twilight zone where I lost an hour an a half. Well, your drive thru window said to "yelp you" so I did, don't false advertise and take as long as brain surgery and you would have gotten more stars. In case management is reading this, it is 12:24 on in Friday June 21st. read more

I stopped by on my way from Valley State Prison (volunteer, not resident). I thought I was just going to sit a minute to read my email and get a drink, but I spotted the Beyond Burger sign on the door. Yay! There was no Chipotle for 23 miles.
