The person who took my payment said Hello, asked me how my day was, seemed happy when I asked how her day was, and wasn't very efficient and so friendly. As the person who took my order while I was in the drive through queue asked me if I was eating in my car, the payment person gave me a place mat to "keep my car clean" - now thoughtful. And finally, the person who gave me my food gave me my drink with straw already inside, then asked if I wanted ketchup, and handed my food over with a huge genuine smile.
