I just had the most incredible lunch. My friend, Kristen V., suggested I try it. She was absolutely right about this place. It's in a really beautiful and quiet part of town. A stones throw from Chatfield Resevoir. Our server, Jesus, was incredible. He was on the ball from the time we walked until we walked out. He was attentive, friendly and funny. He even helps us clean up a glass of tea we spilled. Our meal started with free chips and homemade salsa. The salsa was incredible by the way. The cool thing is the chips and salsa also came with a bowl of warm refried beans and that was an unusual and nice touch. Jesus took our order and the meal showed up within five minutes. I was stunned it came out so fast. I had lunch combo with a cheese enchilada and a chile relleno. My date had a seafood enchilada. Both meals were served hot and fresh and tasted wonderful. For dessert we ordered friend ice cream and a flan for the road. The friend ice cream might be the best I've ever had. The flan was beautifully presented and tasted fabulous. I was extremely happy with this meal, our server and overall value. Even the bathrooms are clean and organized. They have a beautiful outdoor porch that would be great for hosting a get together with family and friends. I will be going back to have dinner in the next week or so. Thank you Jesus. You made out lunch experience incredible.

We've heard of CM but never got the chance to visit this 17 year old establishment until recently. We were very pleased with their dishes and drinks! Their big front patio is open! To see the inside pls. see my Story. My favorite was their Molcajete Guadalajara. It was loaded with really tender juicy steak, chicken and shrimp in red sauce. But everything was delicious! The Guac was prepped table side by Jesus who's a consummate professional! We tried a few things and they're featured below: DON CARLOS GLASS MARGARITA We start with fresh squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, Patrón Reposado Tequila, and Patrón Citrónge Orange Liqueur Mango and Strawberry MOJITOS An experience to enjoy of fresh mint leaves, simple syrup. BACARDI Superior Rum, and a splash of club soda. MAESTRO MICHELADA Clamato, Worchestershire, Maggie's Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Celery Salt, Lime Juice, Tabasco, garnish with a Tajin Salted Rim GUACAMOLE POLLO ASADO Grilled chicken breast marinated in fresh garlic, olive oil and seasonings. Served over a red and green bell peppers with guacamole, habanero cream sauce and Mexican rice. POLLO BORRACHO One of Carlos and Miguel's signature dishes! We start with a plump chicken breast and roll in poblano chiles, fresh mushrooms, red bell peppers and cotija cheese. We finish it with our famous spicy creamy habanero sauce, shredded cabbage and pico de gallo. Served with rice and refried beans. TAQUIZA ZAPOPAN A large platter with 5 mini corn tacos, filled with shredded beef, chicken, ground beef, pastor and carnitas, topped shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and drizzled with mexican crema, accompanied with 3 salsas, mild roasted chile de arbor and tomato, avocado jalapeno and green tomatillo serrano. TACOS DE CARNITAS Two corn tortillas filled with tender flavorful slow-cooked pork, topped with pico de gallo. Served with charros beans and Mexican rice. MOLCAJETE GUADALAJARA Tender steak, shrimp, chicken and juicy carnitas, with red sauce, whole beans and cheese in a molcajete dish. Garnished with pico de gallo, grilled green onions and roasted jalapeno pepper, accompanied with warm tortillas. CAMARONES A LA DIABLA Shrimp sautéed in onions, garlic butter and hotsauce. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans; garnished with lettuce, tomatoes and lemon. ENCHILADAS POTOSINAS Four corn tortillas pan fried with enchilada sauce and filled with carnitas, shredded chicken, ground beef and shredded beef, garnished with shredded cabbage, tomatoes, Mexican crema and queso fresco. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans. SEAFOOD ENCHILADAS A pair of enchiladas stuffed with succulent shrimp and real lump crab meat, sautéed in a white wine, fresh tomatoes, onions and cilantro; rolled with corn tortillas and topped with our tomatillo sauce, sour cream, sliced tomatoes and avocado slices. SOPAPILLAS Lightly fried pastries sweetened with sugar and cinnamon. Served with whipped cream, honey and a cherry. FLAN Homemade traditional egg custard with whipped cream and a cherry

This is a hidden gem that has been around for 16 years and counting! The service is top tier, and they even have table side guacamole! Appetizers, entrees, and desserts are all incredible. Family friendly environment or perfect for a girls night out. Nice patio space and view of the mountains too!

I ordered the quesadilla with carne asada and it came with two sides of sour cream, one mild salsa, and one hot salsa. It also came with garnish on the side of lettuce and tomatoes. The quesadilla was very good it had cheese, carne asada, onions, and some other peppers. It was not super spicy but definitely had a lot of flavor in my opinion. The cheese was extremely rich and made for a great quesadilla! The burger was very good, it came with a big side of fries that were very seasoned! The fries had a lot of salt, pepper, and other spices on it. I love salty food and thought it was perfect. But some people might think it was too much so you may want to ask light salt or no seasoning at all. The burger was very good and every bite had great flavor with the smack sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and onion. I enjoyed both items that I ordered and had plenty left over to eat later. It was a little pricey as I paid $28 for the quesadilla and burger but it was reasonably priced for the portion size and quality of the food. I just expect things to be a little cheaper when it comes to food trucks. The service was very good, I had an older Hispanic couple running the truck when I visited and they were very kind, professional, and put love into the food. The ambiance is cool, I mean it is a food truck with no seating. They have some chairs outside but no table. They also sell drinks, the options that I saw were Coke and Pepsi. I would definitely give snack daddy's a try if you are around downtown Littleton and want to support this small business. I will definitely be back to try some more of the menu.

I have determined one really can't go wrong. This time we had the pupusas and smothered breakfast burritos, yes, for supper. The pupusas have that only-mom's homemade kind of flavor. I will be craving queso-chicharrón in the future. The smothered breakfast burritos, using a nice balance of fresh potatoes, eggs, and meat of choice, had layers of flavor, topped off with a delicious blanket of green chili sauce. I was not disappointed by the bacon in mine which was even crispy. In the past we have thoroughly enjoyed street tacos, smothered burritos, and chile rellenos- all great! Our server was attentive and obviously proud of their product (rightfully so). It is a small space and the seating limited but acceptable. We moved from booth to table, as the booths were pretty uncomfortable. This is a small thing in light of the excellent food and always very friendly staff. If comfort is an issue, don't pass on takeout! It was a nice evening and I look forward to introducing other friends to this dining experience.

One thing I really appreciate is the fast service and how quickly the food comes out, even when they're busy. The service is impressively fast. Los Dos Portillos is consistently good. I've been to multiple locations, and the quality is just as good every time. Occasionally, you'll even catch a mariachi band, which adds a really fun, authentic vibe. One time they even humored me and played "Poco Loco," which thoroughly delighted me. There will almost always be a wait on Friday and Saturday nights, but honestly, it's a reflection of how popular the place is, and it's worth it. The host was welcoming and was provided with chips and salsa right away. The server was quick to welcome us, taking our drink orders, and providing us with more time with the menu due to our first visit. The menu is extensive and has the standard offerings of other local Mexican restaurants. Lunch included the Chimichanga with green chili and sides of rice and beans, and the other a combo plate of the Beef Burrito, Cheese Enchilada and Pork Tamale. The server asked if we wanted mild, medium or hot green chili, which was a nice offering. For us the hot green chili was very good, with enough heat to make us "sweat", but not overpower our taste buds. The medium was just about right for nice flavorful meal with the lingering heat. All the meals were served quickly and piping hot and had nice flavor all around. Overall, the lunch was good and service excellent, and parking was great with plenty of off-street parking. I would not hesitate to return when in the mood for some consistent and comfort Mexican food, and great service. Tips for your visit: Lunch time is a slower time for them, so both times I visited we were able to sit and visit with friends without feeling rushed.
