I would highly recommend WMC. I've worked with salesman Nick Fleming in most cases, but you will receive outstanding and respectful service from anyone on the team. They are all approachable, flexible, kind, open-minded and willing to work with you. They listen to their customers and do not apply sales pressure. (there is no need, because they are so good!) Obviously, the vehicles are always priced right, (fairly) that's why I continue to go back and will continue to do so. On May 2, 2020 I picked up a 2019 Chevy Colorado and I absolutely love it. Nick has stayed in touch with me to make sure I'm happy with everything and, of course I am! Mutual respect, trust and honesty are important characteristics in a relationship. The WMC team clearly exhibits all of these characteristics and more!

From the moment I contacted them about the vehicle to the moment I arrived to test drive Nick was super helpful. I requested some pictures of the suspension since I saw some aftermarket modifications and without one complaint Nick had gotten me all the photos requested. Every dealer I had inquired here in Chicago had ridiculous dealer fees, lot fees, etc and the asking price was already more than a grand more than what Wadsworth motors was asking. This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle. I paid their full asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car in the area. My wife and I were even talking about wanting to make future purchases from them despite the distance!

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! In April I had found the exact car I had been…read morelooking for. A used 2025 XT4 with low miles and certain specs. When I arrived I was told the vehicle was down the street at the body shop because the antenna had come loose and was being reattached. After the vehicle arrived at the dealership I inspected it thoroughly. There was no visible damage to the antenna that I could see. After purchasing the car and having it in my possession for about 2 weeks, I noticed missing paint at the end of the antenna. I took pictures to zoom in and see how much damage there was. The entire antenna had scratches and missing paint all over it. There were also scratches on the top of the vehicle around the antenna going towards the back of the roof. My guess is that they had covered the scratches with paint, but didn't prep it properly, so when I had ran it through a (brushless) car wash it took the paint off. I also noticed that they had SUPER GLUED the antenna back onto the car. There was dried glue oozing out around the antenna. That glue is now turning white. (Pictures are from 5/7) I contacted the dealership and sent them the requested pictures. I was told by Neil (manager) that he would come up with a resolution and call me back. I waited, no return call for at least 2 weeks. I called again. He was "unavailable". I asked for a return call. No call back. I called back a few more times and left voicemails for him to return my call. It has been 2 months since I originally contacted them about the damage and still haven't heard from him. Come to find out, according to the CARFAX report they were the original owners of the vehicle. Likely a demo. They know exactly what happened to the antenna and roof. They did an atrocious job of "fixing" it/covering it up and also didn't report the damage. The vehicle was sold to me in "excellent" condition according to the Kelly blue book value they gave me. They knew about the damage, they tried to cover it up. It's shady business practice. I have contacted Cadillac directly, so we'll see if that gets me anywhere.

When the dealership contacted me, I made it explicitly clear that I would only proceed if the trade-in value matched the original offer. I was assured multiple times via text that the number was fair and could be honored, pending inspection of the vehicle. That condition was completely reasonable. I arrived at the dealership fully prepared to complete the transaction at the agreed-upon value. The vehicle was accurately represented in my trade description and passed inspection as described. Despite this, the dealership significantly lowered the offer once I was on-site. I was told that online estimators sometimes struggle to reflect true market value, and I was shown Kelley Blue Book figures as justification. If the dealership had concerns about honoring the initial offer, that should have been communicated before I made the trip -- not after I arrived expecting the agreed-upon number. This experience reflects a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Transparency and integrity are fundamental in business, especially when customers make decisions based on written confirmations. Had the dealership been upfront from the beginning, this situation could have been avoided. I encourage future customers to get firm, written confirmation of all numbers and to approach trade-in negotiations here with caution. This type of practice is disappointing and unacceptable in today's marketplace.
