On day 43,I received a call saying "oh I'm going to get your title work done right now so you can come pick it up and get your plates (45 day tag)." And when I told him to just mail it because the truck is sitting in my driveway with a bad torque convertor and transmission , his response was "at least you have your old truck to drive and save miles, and at least I put a drivetrain warranty on it" When I took it to have the transmission done, it was put on a lift and found that the frame is rusted through. When I brought my van in on October 22,2024 I explained there were noises coming from underneath the van. They could not give me a ride , so I had to make arrangements to get a ride to work. They called me to say the van was ready for pickup and they found the exhaust system heat shield on the down pipe loose and rattling and they re-secured it and the noise was gone The total bill was $72.01. However, the noise persist so I took it to another mechanic. The diagnosis was the Left and Right Front Sway Bar Links needed replaced and the repair was done. Since then , the noise was eliminated. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn't have that need to "manslain" everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. Wasted money on a ride there and to home, when they said they would help , would approve me but want $6000 down. We could have done everything over the phone but they insisted i go in. I gave up until a friend of a friend told me about Buckeye so gave it a shot. Filled out the online application one night. The next day Mark called me and asked a few questions about my application. My credit is terrible but I was honest about it and why it is terrible. He said he would call me back. He called back in 20 minutes, I was approved. I went the next day. Only had to put $700 down and drove the car I wanted off the lot. Was only there for about an hour. Mark is great..makes you feel comfortable and is so funny. Also, my car needed back brakes. I called mark and he had me come in the next day and they were fixed. I didnt pay a thing. They give you a 12 months 12,000 miles warranty. That was an unexpected surprise. All the other small dealerships I went to either did not have a warranty or it was just for a couple months.
