You order at the counter, find a seat and they bring your order out to you. We were there on a Saturday night and it was packed. Seating is first come with a bar, individual tables and large communal table. It was busy so we did have to wait a short time for someone to vacate a table big enough for eight. We really wanted burgers but they informed us there was a 45 minute wait on food from them. They did tell us the pizza place was only about a 15 minute wait. We decided to stay and order pizza and weren't disappointed. The margherita pizza was very tasty with a nice amount of mozzarella cheese and their special with all the meats and hot honey was excellent. They were having a magic show on the stage side of the hall which the kids seemed to be enjoying. The only thing that was a bit confusing is you enter the room and have to walk through the room to the back to order at the windows but it's not clear how it works. Especially if it's packed and people are standing everywhere and blocking the windows. We stood at the entrance behind another party that were there before us trying to figure out if they had to wait to be seated or where to go after entering. A sign instructing you to keep walking and order at the windows would prevent people from just standing in the doorway.

Again, it doesn't bother me one bit, because I move on, but I am raised with certain values to tell what I believe. My wife felt the onion soup was too breaded and cheesy. Kids plates were also decent. I liked that you "created" their plate from 3 categories or options. Overpriced for quality and portion. Once our food arrived there was a swarm of gnats that came with it. Our table was wobbly so cutting any food shook the entire surface.
