It's a mess and if you don't live in this town there would be no way of knowing when it's last call for pizza. And for those reading this be sure to order pizzas by 4pm on Sundays to make sure they actually have pizzas available. We dined in on a Friday evening because it was the only open space dining spot in town and luckily we got our pizza within the hour (we were abruptly told the pizza would be a long wait before we were greeted) and since we had no place to be we grabbed some beers and waited. Our waitress was very nice and being that she was the only one serving I had sympathy for her but the guy making the pizza which I assume is the owner is frankly not nice. Maybe he needs to hire someone to work the front so he can focus on making the pizza's.

Everything was homemade and mouthwatering. I ordered the clam chowder and fried cod bites, both of which were splendid. The cod bites were flaky, buttery, and light, and came with some absolutely delicious homemade tartar sauce. The clam chowder was also spot on, and a good price for the amount you get. 5/5 would visit again!

LOTS of Mets memorabilia inside--the place is like a shrine to them. This isn't a criticism but the ice cream here is pre-made, from a company called Perry's, which we had never heard of. Personally, we'd rather just get something from a store at that point since the whole joy of getting ice cream at a small mom-and-pop place is that it's homemade. Anyway, nothing we had was bad: our daughter's "lightning" one was probably the best: super dark chocolate with a peppermint swirl; the cannoli was meh, and the raspberry chocolate was pretty good. Don't bother getting sprinkles here since they use a shaker and only a few will actually end up on your ice cream. The older woman working was efficient but not particularly warm and didn't seem all that pleased to be there. At the end of the day, we were happy to support a local business, but next time we'll get our frozen treats elsewhere.
