Was our pizza and pasta place to go when we were in Monticello. Even brought family there who were visiting the casino. Always pleased with our meals and service. Especially liked it when they expanded the restaurant next door. Light, fresh, airy and twice as much room for dine in. Went there today. Restaurant is now smaller than it ever was, space wise. Now you can only pretty much order take out. There are only 2 tables for dine in service. While hubby looked at the menu, I wanted to wash my hands. I asked where the restroom was and she rudely told they didn't have one. I looked at my hubby and we were both shocked. I told her that it was our go to place but not any more. She didn't care. I wish I could give a zero for professionalism. By far one of the worst businesses in the county lacking customer service. No real Italian cuisine whatsoever. The owners who I believe to be of Mexican or South American decent are very arrogant, rude and disrespectful towards other people of color. In particular black people. This is the 2 encounter for my family. Let me just tell you if you're coming there just use cash. If you spend under $10 on a debit or credit card be prepared they will rob you of a $1extra. No notice is disclosed or on display anywhere in the location. The little man there who says he's the boss will get offended because you complain about his practices all because he's been doing it for 3-4 years. And force a refund on you to get rid of you from the store. I've been in the store numerous times and never have I seen him deal with any other people the manor in which he mishandled me. Needless to say no matter what the customer is right, especially in this case you have no signage and you got offended and very egotistical because I called you out. In the middle of ordering my two pasta with Alfredo dinner meals, I asked if they could upcharge me for adding the alfredo sauce they already had to make for the two dinner meals and they said no. I asked the girl who answered the phone if I could speak to the owner and she rudely answered "They already said no." I am not from the area but happened to be out with my family and my kids wanted pizza . I stopped thinking no one can mess pizza up but I sure was wrong . I ordered a 1/2pineapple pizza and it was soggy so we only ate the cheese part and when I told the girl at the counter she said "if I didn't like her pizza I should of gave it back and she's isn't taking anything off the bill" so moral of the story is their customer service sucks just as much as the pizza . So if you glance at my recent reviews, you can guess that I'm traveling with my boss and 1 other co worker. My boss is always crunched for time and obsessed with stopping at pizzerias. I for one don't like going to just any pizza stop, as being from Long Island I have had the pleasure of amazing pizza. I could tell by looking at the slices behind the glass that theres little effort put into it. It wasn't bad, though nothing great either. Bland slices with ingredients just tossed on top, my gyro was eh (I ate it cause I eat everything), my co worker liked her cheesesteak, my boss gets the same boring thing every-time (two plain slices and garlic knots) so he doesn't count. Unaccomidating and jumping through pointless hoops! I never had an issue in the past until today.I ordered what I typically order, which is suicide wings (which are mild at best) with a request of lemon pepper sauce on the side.  This combination makes the wings hotter which I prefer. Siena made these wings for me in the past with no issue. I contacted Siennas by phone just to ensure that my order would arrive correctly since it was delivery and there site wouldn't allow me to specify that the 1.50 extra sauce fee was for lemon pepper sauce. Sienas told me they couldn't make my order this way because I did an online order, so I asked them to cancel my online order and I would phone in the order.  They then told me I needed to cancel it myself so I got off the phone with them attempted to do so, but the site wouldn't allow me. I then called them back explained the issue and so they finally canceled my online order so it could be changed to a call in order for delivery.  Ultimately at the very end of the order a gentleman got on the phone told me he could make me lemon pepper wings I explained I wanted the suicidal wings with lemon pepper sauce on the side and I was willing to pay 3xs the 1.50 extra sauce fee. He then told me No...ultimately after all the back and forth I was frustrated and upset which led to canceling my whole order with them. My business went to Giovanni's, they accommodated my sauce needs and received a nice tip. Siena, my advice...try harder with customer service or learn to make hotter wings. read more

I called and a woman picked up the phone and told me $9.00 for a pizza and she put the phone down and took forever so I hung up and called again and my call was rejected. Then they finally answered and a man picked up and I asked again and he said $10.50, so how did the price go up all of a sudden. He just completely changed the price and he had a little attitude also. the classic pizza taste with a saltier crust; definitely cant complain about the pizza. however, i'm sick of terrible customer service just about everywhere i go and this place was no different. first, the surgical masks everyone wears makes me feel sick. its like seeing people wear their dirty underwear on their face. theyre unsanitary. particularly at siennas, the customer service was borderline enraging. theres no reason why one gets the same amount of blue cheese for a dozen wings that one would for a half dozen and theres definitely no reason why one should get a snotty response to the question regarding the blue cheese. aside from the attitude about the dressing, it was watery and the wings themselves were dry, overdone, and way overpriced for their tiny size. people like wings with sauce to come with sauce and i was not satisfied with the amount of sauce whatsoever, especially because they were so overdone. with all the pizza places around here, one would think these places would be competative. tldr: crap customer service, crap wings, decent pizza, but nothing one couldnt get elsewhere read more
