This is an oddly placed caribou that's sort of tucked in the middle of a bunch of tall business buildings. You can see it from the major highway but it's a little confusing to get to the drive thru. With that being said, make sure you give yourself an extra 10 minutes if you decide to go to the drive thru. This spot is always busy with a mile long line. It's okay if you don't mind waiting. But if you got someplace to be within the next 10, you'd better keep driving. The staff here as friendly as I'd expect them to be and they seem to be working hard. The new way to redeem the perks points got me one morning and one of the employees got super frustrated cuz my order had to be rung up again... This caribou is very close to my work so I come here quite often in the mornings. Some days it is very very busy. Other days I get there and there is no line. When you have to wait, your trip here can get long, so plan for that. Other days when I am the only one in the drive thru, I am gone within 2 minutes. It just depends on the day. The drinks and food here is consistently good and I don't ever have any complaints. I always get one of the mocha drinks! The inside has some seating and it's a good place to come and get some work done. Usually it isn't super busy inside. Overall your typical Caribou. Just remember that it can be a long wait in the morning if everyone goes at the same time! read more

I am a fan of Caribou, and I really enjoyed this visit. The employees were super nice to me and made my latte exactly the way I wanted it. That's all I have to say but the review isn't long enough so I have to keep typing. So I'll just say it again: the two people working who I interacted with were great. I'd go back just because they were great. I love that Caribou still does the trivia thing. I got the answer wrong. read more

5 stars for the coffee and the occasional attempt at good service. -1 Star for the routinely slow service (they always seem understaffed), stale bagels (almost broke a tooth today!), general uncleanliness inside. I think the workers here may generally be trying, but this location is horribly managed. A typical drive thru experience: "Welcome to caribou are you a perks member?" "Yes my number is..." "Wait, hold on I need to get to my computer." I also hate the new perks program. Forget trying to use it in the drive thru because they need to scan your phone app for you to redeem your points. Today in the store the clerk had quite the challenging time trying to properly scan my phone and ring up my order. I also realize my distaste of the perks program is not unique to this store. read more

Fortunately for me, during the work week, I can make any place with an Internet connection, my office. Unfortunately for me, the coffee shops that I enter, aren't always happy when I take over a booth...for an entire day. However, whenever I enter this Caribou Coffee, it's NEVER busy, so the dirty looks from patrons looking for a place to sit, are kept to a minimum. But what's key to this place, is that I'm ALWAYS able to find an outlet. The staff is always extremely pleasant, and I'm convinced that one of the barista's doubles as a part-time babysitter, as I always see her holding someone's baby. Mildly entertaining. Save yourself a trip, they are out of oatmeal. They are always out of oatmeal. No, I don't want one of those horrible breakfast sandwiches that are either still cold or so hot I can't touch them. Good job on only taking 14 minutes for half my order, last time it was about 17 minutes. This location needs to get it together, there is a reason it's the lowest rated one in the area. read more

I tried to give this Caribou another chance because of its close proximity to my work and once again I was let down. Sarah (the cashier) greeted me with "what do you want?!" I was taken back by the greeting and said "excuse me?!" From there it didn't get much better, when my drink was ready the barista called out my order and kinda tossed it up on the counter even tho I was right there to grab it. I would strongly recommend skipping over to the Starbucks in the target right down the road. read more

Manager that works the register couldn't get a order right if his life depended on it. Horrible customer service! It's obvious why this store has very poor yelp ratings. There are multiple other locations in the nearby vicinity that will offer you much better service. Not worth the headache. read more

Just left this Caribou after spending 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my brewed coffee and bagel, only to find out as I drive away that my order is wrong. Save yourself some time and find yourself a different Caribou. read more

I put one star because I had to. I walked out before ordering. When I walked in, there was no one in line; the young lady behind the counter saw me but didn't acknowledge my presence. I waited a couple of minutes as she was trying to figure out something that was not working correctly at the drive thru register. A young man soon appeared and joined her behind the counter. He also did not acknowledge that i was waiting. He proceeded to help her. When her problem was resolved she went about taking orders from the drive thru. The young man still did not acknowledge my presence but began to push buttons on the counter register. When he turned his back to me for a third time without even bothering to greet me I decided it was time to leave since this location clearly doesn't need my business. read more

Went there at 7:21 PM today sign says open. We walked to the door. It is locked. I'm looked at the posted open hours and it is supposed to be open until 7:30 PM. People were in there, the lights were on. We thought maybe only the drive thru so we went there. But as we were waiting they just turned the lights off. And the sign it was only 7:23. Sooo understaffed in the morning with new manager. Anytime between 6am and 8:30am expect to wait 15 minutes to get in ans out. They have a nice timer board showing drivethru service time. That board usually shows it taking just as long,but obviously that is a point of focus. read more
