I came by right before closing. Inside is super cute and makes for a great spot to get some work done during the day. The service is great. I ended up ordering the fish patties and the lemon rum cake. The fish patties had about half a teaspoon of filling inside, which was disappointing since they looked so promising. The rum cake was just okay. The rum was strong, but I would have maybe preferred another flavor because the lemon was much.

Life just got more brewtiful.

Pretty open space with lots of natural light. Really nice owner too. I arrived and they were recording marketing material. They just opened about a month ago so I don't think it's widely known! There was only one other patron there. Parking is definitely tricky in the area but luckily I found parking around the corner. I ordered an Americano, beef Haitian patty and rum cake. All the baked goods are ordered from local businesses, the owner shared that she likes to support woman owned businesses. I'm here for it. Unfortunately, the rum cakes were my least favorite-- too artificial tasting for me. However, the Haitian patties were tasty and flaky! The beef was well seasoned. The coffee was OK. I know they make a lot of other specialty lattes but I like my coffee simple. Black. Nothing added. And it was too darkly roasted for me, not my favorite. I'm sure it's better with milk and sugar but that isn't my vibe. Overall, I recommend you check this out if you're in the neighborhood! Super unassuming and a perfect place to chill out and get some work done.

Lovely outside decor!

Everything about this cafe is amazing. The decor is so insanely beautiful - it truly makes you feel like you are in tropical paradise. I tried their Passionfruit Mango tart which was PERFECT! I don't enjoy sweets as much, but this tart had the perfect amount of sweetness. I drank their Iced Hibiscus Sorrel which is the best drink if you're a tea lover. My mom tried their Hot Cremas Latte and she adored it. I also tried their Chocolate Frappe Milkshake with Toasted Marshmallows on top and it was so delectable. Definitely a place you want to stop in for a quick bite or a caffeinated drink if you're in the Newark area!

This is such a gorgeous spot for a light snack with the girls. The crema latte, truffle egg sandwich, and the patty was good and the chocolate cake was REALLLY good. The owner was sooo nice. I spent my birthday here spontaneously because of certain things that happened that day, and being in this spot woth such a nice owner made my day better.

The cremas latte is the BEST in Essex County!!! This cafe is beautiful and is great for post service fellowship. They also have welcoming staff and a great music selection and a delicious Prosciutto pesto sandwich

When I walked in I immediately thought that it would be a great place to get work done. The space is open and bright. I was welcomed with a bright hello and asked if I had been on before. I decided to go with a caramel oat latte. It was delicious! The only thing I could see being a bit of an issue is parking but I just parked on the street next to autozone. I can't wait to go back.

I found about Caribbrew via Instagram and I'm so impressed with everything. I had the popular cremas latte (hot), it's so creamy and delicious. They also have some yummy desserts, we shared a guava/ cheesecake cupcake with whipped topping and I did not want it to finish at all, so moist and delectable. The young lady who served our food was so sweet and attentive. The quality of the decor, the colors, and the music (not overpowering) transports you to somewhere you would love to return, which is what we'll do.

Wonderful place! The coffee and sorrel tea were amazing! We even purchased their chocolate to make at home! I also had the coconut rum cake which was moist and delicious. I live in Florida and was in the area for the Beyoncé concert. When I found out they had a NJ location I HAD to stop by!

Cute interior.

Cute interior. Cool music. No parking. We ended up parking at Taco Bell. Overpriced coffee drinks. Not for me.

Great ambiance! Thoroughly fell in love with this place! Beautiful gem, would highly recommend!

For those who live near a Universal Studios, you will see some items here that they also sell in the theme parks. There's also a small cafe area for your pastries and drinks. My friend got a mini sized "happee birthdae harry" pink cake + pumpkin juice. I had a sip of the pumpkin juice and it tasted like thick consistency apple juice. It's not bad but it's not something I would personally order. When it comes to the food items, think novelty over quality. It's good for the 'gram, ya know? Rupsi is the owner and she is so adorable; truly passionate about providing an artistic space that promotes good energy. I love that about her. Had the pleasure of meeting her during my visit. The highlight here is the coffee (of course). You need to try the Turkish coffee. I forgot what kind of latte I got here but it was great. The friend I went with got a chai and he loved it too. The design of the cafe is so intentional... the decor shows Rupsi's desire to have a space that radiates good vibes. I'm obsessed with the fact that she has in-house DJs playing to make your coffee trip a unique and pumped up one. I had to stop myself from spending lots of money here because the jewelry and accessories that she has in store are sooooooo cute lol.

They have a few food items too, but I did not get food. I tried the Turkish coffee and an iced latte. The Iced latte was very milky. The Turkish coffee I really only got because it comes in a beautiful pot/cup. It is not something I would think I like but I was wrong. I liked it more than the Iced latte. I was shocked. Their cups they have here are cute as you can see in the pictures. It is a good vibes only place. If I am in the area I would deff come back and try out a different drink and give it another chance.

I absolutely loved the idea and the overall vibe of the cafe. That said, we came specifically for coffee and mochi donuts, and unfortunately those fell a bit short. The coffee was just okay, and the mochi donuts weren't great - ours tasted on the staler side, which was disappointing. Overall, I really think this place has a lot of potential. The service is great and the concept is very unique for this area, and with some improvements to the quality and freshness of the food and drinks, it could easily become a go-to spot. Worth checking out for the aesthetic, but I'm hoping the menu catches up to how cool the space is.
