Not only did they completely lose my records after I already paid for a diagnostic assessment, but communication has been non-existent. Now, weeks later, I am told parts are on order with absolutely zero ETA. Driving a vehicle with active water intrusion and the risk of mold is a major health and safety hazard, especially with children in the family. The lack of accountability, poor administrative tracking, and complete disregard for customer safety at this location are unacceptable. I expected far better support and communication from a certified Toyota dealership.

I found a few good deals on craigslist and decided to head over to New Westminster to see several dealerships located on 12th street. I walked thru several dealerships in search for a low priced car, with low milage, at a reasonable price. I didnt have any luck until I walked into Kabani Auto. I had a wonderful experience at Kabani Auto with a gentleman named Raj Sidhu. He was very prompt in greeting me and immediately provided me with his full attention, he was polite and very informative. He assisted me every step of the way from showing me vehicles in my price range, test driving, giving me advice on insurance and I ended up purchasing my used car from their dealership. I am very happy with everything! The car is perfect for me: nice body, nice color, low miles and inexpensive. The dealership is family owned and operated. They treat all their customers with respect and rank customer service above all. You cannot go wrong with Kabani Auto. If you need to purchase a car, then contact Raj. His cell number is 604-809-4985. Let him know you saw my review on yelp and I am sure he will take extra good care of you. Summary: Knowledgeable, Friendly, Honest, and Inexpensive. The perfect dealership if your shopping for a reliable used car. I plan to recommend everyone I know to this establishment, and highly recommend Raj Sidhu for his outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service.

I then told them that I did not want the car and would like my deposit back. I had to wait an hour or two. That was unacceptable. The sales manager--I believe--was a bald middle-aged man who did not seem to want to return my deposit and wanted to make me buy the car. Anyway, he said that he had a good deal for me. Then I responded, "what is a good deal?" He did not respond back!! I left that dealership with a bad after taste. How can you make a customer wait that long? If a customer says no, don't keep asking me to buy it. Leave me alone!! I had a disgusting and indelible aftertaste!!

Although I purchased my second-hand Subaru from one of his former customers rather than directly from the dealership, Jimmy has continuously treated me with the same care and professionalism as a long-term customer. Every time I reach out with questions or concerns, he is always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Most recently, today, I encountered a frightening situation where I could not turn off the engine of my vehicle. I was panicking and unsure what to do. When I called Jimmy, he immediately called me back and calmly instructed me step-by-step on how to solve the problem. His quick response and expertise helped me tremendously and got me out of a very stressful situation. In today's world, it is rare to encounter someone with such sincere dedication, professionalism, and deep knowledge. Jimmy's kindness and commitment have made a lasting impression on me, and I felt it was important to share my appreciation with management.
