I came 15 min earlier than what they told me. I am on anxiety. Meds and she would not refill them. I got to the office and she would not see me. She is a coward and does not care about all of her patients. The letter said she would see me forv30 days til I find a new dr. She did not. It is irresponsible to prescribe anxiety meds and then just nake a patient go cold turkey. I would not take my dog to see Cindy Hutson.

They've failed on two occasions within that last year to correctly confirm appointments (one time they claimed that my mom gave them an incorrect phone number), and just recently (~April 28th) failed to get back to my mother on test results after 10 calendar days; when we pressed them on the test results delay they responded that the results were negative and therefore it "wasn't critical or important enough" to respond more quickly.

I told the Director multiple times that I already have a follow up appointment for January and I have two refills left of which she prolly didnt hear cause she just kept cutting me off so rudly. I just needed assistance in transferring it. She again cut me off for like the 3rd time and I told her I wanted to speak with someone above her and she said "You wont be talking to no one else" and told me one last time that I had to have a follow up appointment before they will refill my medication and ENDED THE CALL. I called back 3 times to get her voicemail. Lucky for me I found help elsewhere and know what needs to be done going forward but it is disheartening to call my doctors office for help and be talked over, yelled at, and hung up on. They didn't listen to me at all and they probably could have helped me solve the issue quickly. I'm very disappointed.

The billing office just repeatedly told me they were not an urgent care and there was nothing they could do even though urgent care is in the name and every correspondence I received from them. But then they called me back for my appointment, which began with a convoluted diatribe about what's wrong with the American economy and middle management. Why? I have no idea. As I was trying to leave, the good doctor directed me to the pharmacy and then launched into a rant about "running a charity practice" because my worker's comp claim would "probably never go through" and how it's people like me bankrupting his practice. As soon as I informed him that my injury was work-related he talked about how it wouldn't matter whether or not I got better, since that was the case, and how he'd just "take a look and make up whatever he thought would be best." This was all basic insult added to the injury of my exam: Why would Dr. White need to put his hands up my shirt to examine a wrist injury? Let alone without asking or warning me first? I was mortified. All in all, a terrifying and disturbing experience. I have never been treated in such a way by any professional. This man should not be allowed to practice medicine. I feel sorry for everyone working in this office; the other employees seem skittish, bitter and vicious, and I don't blame them. I can imagine that working there must feel something akin to going down in flames on a sinking ship, and I would personally be terrified for my ability to support myself at every turn. It's only a matter of time before this practice closes. Beware.

Dr.White is what I think of as "Old School" and I LOVE that in him. He is one of the few Dr's that really make me feel at ease and so much so I feel that I can tell him everything and I hold nothing back in giving him my medical history or complaint. A very family oriented and Christian man. . . .wish more Dr's were like him.

Unfortunately I only found a handful of people who actually had experience, and they all had awesome reviews! After speaking with Relief Today a couple of times and my primary care physician, I decided to give it a try, I figured the worst thing is, it wouldn't work, and I'd be out two days of driving and expenses. My mom decided she'd go with me and participate too. She has two rods in her back and has had severe back issues for decades! I shattered my calcaneus two years ago and had a plate with twelve screws placed in my foot. I have had nothing but severe pain in that foot since I broke it! Rheumatoid arthritis set in very quickly and was crippling in the joints. End all say all, it's been nine days since my injections and my foot feels awesome! I wish I would have gone sooner. I have been off my melixiocam for two weeks and don't see a need to go back on it. We had a snow storm over the weekend and as usual my foot caused pain, but not to the usual degree. The question is, would I go back? Yes, I'll be back! The office is easy to get to off I-40, plenty of parking. If you're in a Semi or a pick up and pulling a trailer, there is parking on the side streets and they are nice and wide.

His billing practices are sketchy at best which I contribute to poorly trained staff. When I first went to him he had a 5 star rating on Google now he is at 3. I think 3 is being very generous. I will never go back to his office and I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE to trust your health with this guy. He took HEALTH andCARE out of the word Healthcare. Don't waste your money or insurance on this guy.
