I saw an advertisement about an upcoming promotion for new patients and reach out to them about an appointment. Someone started texting me about it, asking me when the best appointment time was and where my pain was. I shared that information and let them know that before I could confirm the appointment. I needed information on billing. Many chiropractors these days require a commitment up front to several months of care via a monthly payment plan before they will start seeing you. I let her know that I have a connective tissue disorder that makes me a little bit difficult to adjust. Therefore, I need to have the ability to pay per adjustment for several months in order to find out if a chiropractor works for me or not before I will make a commitment. Instead of responding to that, she simply confirmed the appointment time. I responded again that I was not able to confirm the appointment time until I heard about billing. Again. I received a tax confirming my appointment time. At that point I said I needed to cancel the appointment. Since I hadn't heard back on billing. I received a reply back asking if I wanted to reschedule. I replied not until I hear back on billing. no reply. Then I got a text message on a different phone number confirming my appointment time. I let that new number know that I'd already canceled. Reply said that I couldn't have canceled because the office was closed. So I sent a screenshot of the communication, and ask them to review it and please stop asking me to confirm an appointment that I canceled over and over again. I don't know exactly what the problem is here. Why they ignored my request for information on billing over and over and why they ignored my request to cancel over and over. But it is extremely off-putting. I have no interest in trying to set up a financial arrangement with an organization that does this poorly with patient communication. read more

The staff was warm and welcoming. Dr.V seems like he genuinely cared about me and wanted to help me with my back pain which was acute in nature and had been triggered by a weight lifting exercise I routinely perform. He first provided me with some education and performed a thorough exam. Overall my interaction was a positive one, but I was not satisfied with the end result. They shot some X-rays, which I found odd that he deemed necessary considering the certainty with which he diagnosed my problem after having examined me, and used a chiropractic gun on my back. I was then offered some ice while positioned on a table with mechanical rollers that was supposed to massage my back. I left the clinic with no change in my level of discomfort. I attended an appointment with a different chiropractor the following day who got me feeling back to normal with a "standard" chiropractic adjustment. No X-rays, no vibration gun, no smoke and mirrors. read more

I have been in the " great hands" of Dr. Visentin and his terrific staff for over 30 years. i have benefited from consistent chiropractic care; thats for sure, but even with that I Occasionally over do it a bit... Maybe strain my back from playing golf, or try to lift a bit too much weight at the gym..... its happened pretty regularly over the years, and i guess its the price i pay for the passions that i pursue... but i think its worth it. when it happens though - its painful and needs proper attention so that i can move on living my life. Well, it happened again about a month ago.... I had somehow aggravated by lower back at the gym and was basically unable to get around without significant pain. I called Didi at the clinic and was able to get in within a couple of hours. Thankfully A friend was able to drive m over to the clinic otherwise i would have had to Uber over... no way i could drive. After an exam and discussing where i was hurting, Dr Visentin adjusted my lower back using the Activator device. i left that day pretty sore but with significant improvement. I was sore but able to move with more range and less pain. I was instructed to the use Ice at home to help with inflammation and call in the morning. I visited the clinic 3 more times over the next 10 days and with each visit felt more relief. Within 2 weeks of treatment i was back to my normal overactive self and ready to go. Listen I have had lower back issues from a wreck for a decade. Only a couple times has my back completely given out where I couldn't stand or barley walk. This happened to me 6 months ago went and they did a entire work up on me. I did like ten session and hadn't felt better in ten years. I moved north and had not gone back for months. I slipped on some ice three days ago and same thing happened. I got back over here and the staff and doctor new exactly who I was when I walked in without calling. He took time to have me stretch for a exam to determine if I needed adjustment. Then proceeded to hand adjust me and ladies and gentlemen I was back and ready to attack a new day. I've been seeing Dr. V since last summer. Good chiropractic care simply makes you feel better - and that's exactly the experience I've had here. I feel stronger, more energized and better equipped to be productive with an insane work/school schedule. Recently, I was in a car accident that threw all that progress out the window. My friend Joel was homeless. He lived in a tent outside somewhere; not in the city but out somewhere. He came over to a friend's house basically unable to walk. He was in a great deal of pain. I told him, "I'll take you to Dr V; he fixed me up good." Dr V took an x-ray and discovered that my homeless friend had a broken back! Can you imagine sleeping in 5 degree weather in a tent with a broken back. Joel had been to the hospital complaining of his lack of mobility and pain. They turned him away. Dr V wrote a note for Joel explaining his condition and the hospital admitted him. It turns out he has bone cancer. Dr V's note got him the attention that he needed. Joel is now with his family in MI getting treatment. Joel would still be homeless living outside with a broken back and cancer if it wasn't for Dr. V. I am eternally grateful. read more

Some could say he is weird, but he really has a genuine enthusiasm for life and cares so much about his patients. I had high hopes for this place. After the very first adjustment, my injured hip was feeling a lot better. I began the plan where the patient comes in 3x a week. We did not take new xrays- we used old xrays I had from a year ago to begin with. I was not asked if I wanted new xrays, we just used the old ones and I was fine with that. However, new xrays should've been taken I learned after. After the 2nd adjustment, something in my neck did not feel right. It was aching pain all the way down the left side of the back and down my left shoulder and arm. I heard we can be "sore" at first so I continued. The pain lasted about a week. After doing a month of adjustments here I now have lower back pain that I did not have before. We took xrays about 3 weeks in at Care Chiropractic and Dr. V told me my neck looked better than my xray from a year prior. Something just did not feel right. I went to a different chiropractor where we took xrays, and I was able to see the xrays myself in detail. My neck xray showed injury - the chiropractor asked if I had been in an accident. The only "injury" I had was when I had my neck adjusted and I felt the pain for a week. I also had new significant bone spurs on my neck that Dr. V did not mention or identify. He stated I was getting "better." But my xrays showed the contrary. The actual experience wasn't my favorite either. The sales pitch was absolutely ridiculous at the beginning. He gives generic answers and it felt very impersonal. I only continued because the first adjustment made my hip feel better. It is definitely an "assembly line" feel there. Patients are also bribed with t-shirts to write reviews. I heard one patient be told "Do you want a t-shirt? Do you like this place? Can we help you write a review for us?" Personally, I don't think you should have to encourage people to review your business. Dr. V and the ladies at the front are very nice - by no means is this a personal criticism on them personally. However, everything combined, I would not recommend anyone come here. read more

Overall the experience was okay... I was in a lot of pain in my neck and back and the adjustment was helpful, but I did not appreciate having movies put on every time someone left the room of what was wrong with me before they even saw me. They didn't even need to look at my neck because they already had it in their head that I had Subluxation and my vertebra in the upper part of my back were straight and needed months of chiropractic appointments to fix, pretty much repeating exactly what the video said before they looked at my neck. They asked me to lean forward while taking my profile view xray, then told me my vertebra needed to be curved, not straight out (which was because I was leaning forward)... Also, when payment discussions for visits feel more like you're buying a car and haggling with your doctor, I'd rather not go to that clinic. After the 2nd visit I sent a picture of my xray's to my old chiropractor who's out of state and told him the situation and he said that that my xrays looked completely normal and that it was most likely a pulled muscle based on how I hurt my neck. He gave me some stretches to do, and told me to ice it, and it is ALREADY helping after 4 days! Overall, I believe Dr. V is a good chiropractor, but just may be more concerned with getting repeat business and setting up payment plans than he is with making sure you feel better quickly. I've been coming here for about three weeks now and I do feel improvement in my lower back pain. I see that there are a lot of negative reviews on here and I think a lot of them aren't very fair. It is obvious that Dr. Vi really cares about his practice and his patients. He does come off really old school sales pitchey which is probably what turns some people off. I agree that a minimized sales approach would make the experience better but I don't think that is a reflection on his skill as a chiropractor. I really like that you get a few minutes at every service to lay on the massage table and watch a relaxing video. The doctor and his staff also do an excellent job with follow up and reminders. This was my first ever visit to a chiropractor and Dr. V did a great job of answering my questions and making me feel comfortable about treatment. Since it was my first time seeing a chiropractor I was a bit nervous about what the treatment would be like and I had many questions for him. He took the time to answer the questions and I didn't feel rushed at all during consultation. His assistants are very nice and competent, but initially I was being moved between them without knowing their individual roles, competencies, or backgrounds. This made me a bit standoffish, but in the end I found that they knew what they were doing. Once the treatment started, Dr V was very descriptive of what he would do, what the healing process would be like, the time frame, approximate cost, and what I can do to speed up success. I felt relief almost immediately once the treatment started and continue to feel better after each visit (I have had 3 so far). The office isn't the newest and most state of the art place ever, but it's clean, friendly, and effective. I'll continue to go back and work with Dr. V and I'll give the practice 5 stars because I'm completely satisfied with the service and results so far. read more

Personally I had a bad experience. I went here twice a week and literally spent maybe 2 minutes with the chiropractor only to find out I was being charged over $100 a visit. Which is absolutely INSANE. I went for maybe a month and was charged over $2000. For what? Laying on a vibrating table and then getting a motivational talk he gives to every patient. read more

Some people are so negative.. Dr. Vicentin is awesome! Super energetic and very excited about his work. I get the feeling he genuinely wants to help people, and he's so entertaining; he's like a mixture of Daddy Warbucks and Christopher Walken.. He's got so much personality! And the massage tables are super relaxing.. I look forward to going in there and having a peaceful moment, watching some butterflies land on dew-filled leaves, waves crashing on the rocks during a sunset, or a serene creek flowing in the spring.. Dr. V is a lifesaver. I recently found Care Chiropractic because I've had a terrible time sleeping for the last 3 years due to back pain- boy am I thankful I found him. Within a couple of visits he has been able to provide a comfort and a plan to get me back to 100%. It turns out I have a compression fracture (clear in the x rays) in my vertebrae #12, something I never even considered (...and no other professional thought to consider). Very disappointed "doc", why do you have to make all these fake reviews everywhere to get people to come in? Well i fell for it but not for long at all, he charges like $40 for an adjustment if i remember correctly but he offers a "plan" where u come in 4-5 times a week for like $400 a month, he spends literally 2-3 minutes every time you come in after your first visit. Now im not an expert in chiropractic work or whatever but if you were legit you wouldn't have all these fake reviews on google, yahoo etc... i guess here all your fake reviews were filtered, i might give you 2 stars but you dont deserve it since well you have nothing but fake 5 star reviews everywhere anyway. I was using a different chiropractor all of 2013 until their pricing/contract got out of control and they lost one of the doctors and so visits were taking way too long and the level of service declined significantly. So I had the plan to see Dr V. based on a referral. Of course I let my busy life get in the way of starting a relationship with Care Chiropractic and getting on a regular plan. Then one boring Thursday night while slicing a chicken breast on the kitchen counter I felt something give way in my lower back and it literally floored me and sent my whole body into spasms. The next morning I crawled to my vehicle and drove to see Dr. V to see if he could help me. He took x-rays and did a thorough exam, but would not adjust me until he could study the x-rays to see if he was going to be able to help me or if I did something that would require a traditional doctor. Come the following Monday after an exciting weekend of laying in my bed wishing for a quick end to my misery, I went to my appointment with a traditional back doc. I left there with two prescriptions to fill, muscle relaxers and pain pills. Then I went back to Dr V. to see what he had to say. After a short chat he assured me that he could help. Dr V. adjusted me that day and three more times that week. After the first adjustment I really did feel some immediate relief. By the end of the week, which included four adjustments I was feeling pretty good. Here we are about three weeks later and I am almost back to 100% as far as this specific injury is concerned. I never did fill the prescriptions from the traditional doc because I just don't like taking drugs, and also because Dr V. made it unnecessary. I also have chronic neck and back issues that have plagued me for quite some time. I'm happy to say that I am on a 3 a week schedule and feel like I am on the road to recovery for my other back issues and I truly believe that Dr V. is going to be able to treat them successfully and get me to a healthier and happier existence. Also, Dr V's price compared to the other guys is much better. I will get a whole years worth of treatment for the same price as only 7 months at the other guy and with NO CONTRACT. All in all I am very happy to have found Dr V. and am looking forward to a healthier and less painful life. read more

These nothing bad you can say about Dr. V. My girlfriend and I went there after our car accident because we had some issues due to the accident. We learned a lot about our spines and the reaction to sublexation (hope I spelled it right). Even though she is a RN she learned more medical information from going to see him. Dr. V is always in good spirits which puts you in the same mood and Mrs. Virginia reminds me so much of my grandmaw shes great and all the ladies int he office. The only bad thing we can say is the distance from where we live in Littleton, but as you can see it was worth the trip. After he fixed our situation and we were back to our healthy selves, I really wanted to continue to go but my work hours don't allow.
