Dr. Vear is not your typical Chiropractor! I have been seeing Chiropractors since I was 10ys old and have never had adjustments like I've had at True Form. As a hairdresser and someone who has dealt with spinal issues my whole life, I need more than just a quick back crack. Dr. Vear takes a whole body approach at spinal care. When it's necessary, he uses everything from active muscle release to cupping beforehand to make the adjustments easier on the body. He gives exercises to do at home and work that have kept my spine, neck, shoulders, and hips in better alignment than they have ever been. I've had chronic back pain for many years and recently it got worse that I had to almost crawl to go to my bathroom and it was even painful to open my refrigerator to get some food. Amazing Chiropractor! I've have a neck injury from whiplash that goes back decades and I've had a lot of chiropractic adjustments over the years. Some help but most chiropractors aren't able to get my neck to adjust. Dr. Vear is the best chiropractor I've ever been to. I reached out to him when my elbow was causing me pain and I had to stop working out. He used Active Release Technique on me and within 2 weeks I was able to start working out again.
