Instead of politely explaining the process, the owner yelled at us and snapped, "You're not the only ones here!" Funny thing... we actually were the only customers there. The entire studio feels disorganized, and unfortunately, the owner's people skills are even more scattered. Her manners are almost their own form of comic relief--except no one was laughing. A little kindness, basic organization, and clear signage would go a long way. Pottery is supposed to be a relaxing, creative experience, not one where customers get scolded for not reading signs that don't exist. I won't be back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere. One star.

After a brief hiatus in 2020 due to COVID, the event returned in 2021 in a smaller format at The Backyard before expanding to larger venues like Revolution Live and the War Memorial Auditorium. I recently attended the Indie Craft Bazaar at the historic War Memorial Auditorium, which has just undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation by the Florida Panthers. The venue--flexible enough to host concerts and large-scale events--was the perfect setting. The bazaar runs from 12-5 PM and features over 95 vendors, with free admission and parking. It's also very family-friendly. I had a great time browsing a wide variety of handmade, artisan, vintage, and locally made goods. There was everything from jewelry, live plants, and clothing to crystals, candles, bath products, accessories, stickers, crochet flowers, baked goods, and stationery. One standout for me was the upcycled concert T-shirts from Backstage Trends. They also offer fun extras like free swag bags for the first 100 guests, DIY activities, and food and drinks from The Federal. Plus, you can even go ice skating next door at the Baptist Health IcePlex. It's easy to pair the Indie Craft Bazaar with other activities in Holiday Park and make a full day of it. I'm so glad I finally got to experience this unique and vibrant market!

My fault as I should have called first to double check if they still offered the canvas painting. This is the only location I knew of that did that. Oh well. There is a huge selection of pottery pieces to choose from. Prices vary pending on your selection. Came here with my daughter and she selected the cute little tea set. I almost had a heart attack when I saw the price at $54! But this is what she wanted so I cannot deny her happiness. Haha. I mean I can but I didn't know want to. It took me a while to find what I wanted to paint that was practical. We have so many pottery pieces the kids make that are just for decoration. Love when we make plates, mugs, bowls or any kitchen pieces as they are most practical. I chose the geometric vase! The vase was $37. There is also an additional $8/per person studio fee to use everything (brushes, paint, materials). This stuff can add up quickly. Our total was $117! Ouch. But fun and you can't put a price on fun experiences. Lol. Once you pick your piece, the staff will bring you a bowl of water and a paint palette. All brushes located at the tables. The you select the colors you want and put onto your palette and bring back to the table to start painting. We took our time and was here for 2 hours. But our pieces were meticulous. Ha. They also offer coffee here which is a nice bonus. Once you're done painting your piece, you can use the blow dryer to dry the paint, this prevents smearing. Give the finished pieces to the staff and they will label it for the final touch of glazing and thus completing the process. It takes about 7 days and they will call you when it's done so you can come back and pick up the finished product. Can't wait to see ours!

I got to have a lovely chat with the owner Claudia. She sells all sorts of amazing vintage items and clothing. During my visit they were having a pop up jewelry event with pieces that would look right at home in your grandmother's jewelry box. If you wear clip on earrings, she had a wonderful selection along with beautiful brooches. Some of the pieces, like a box of rings were as inexpensive a one dollar. Don't forget to look up while you are shopping and check out Claudia's shoe art installation on the ceiling. Besides all of the unique things she sells, Claudia also does art classes. She showed me some of the projects which included journals, sea glass art, and wind chimes. Follow Comfort for Chaos on Facebook for upcoming events or even better, check them out in person. Claudia got the name for her store from a invention she created called Chaos for Comfort. Most places were already ran through but Google said they might have some V-Day gifts/decor so I was desperate and made my way over. They truly had such unique items that you don't typically find in other stores. Because they have a wedding aisle, I got some miscellaneous things from that section too and curated a box for my loved one. There were a lot of items on sale too so I didn't spend over $50 on everything. Luckily, the store wasn't packed so i was in & out relatively quickly. I'll definitely be coming back for some home decor as this store is HUGE and caters to many different aesthetics.

It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and my son proudly chose a large bouquet of pink roses himself. That's why it was even more disappointing to see the quality of the flowers we received. The roses were in terrible condition -- honestly some of the worst flowers I've ever been given. Most of them never bloomed, many already looked wilted, and by the very next day the bouquet was practically dying. For the amount of money spent, the quality was unacceptable, especially for Mother's Day. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out privately before writing this review because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to make it right. I was told to send an email, which I did immediately, but weeks later we still have not received any response at all. It's disappointing that a business selling flowers for special occasions would provide such poor quality products and then completely ignore customers afterward. I would not recommend wasting your money here.
