Allison the manager sucks. Save your money and give it to some business that actually cares about it customers. They gave me a sub with meat on one side then when I complained told me it was my fault for not telling them to put the meat on the whole sub because I should as a customer know to tell them how to do their jobs. Refused to give me my money back said there was one good half of the sub! Wow.....just wow. I guess they must be doing great in Jackson to lose money. I would never go back. As a business you should be ashamed to hire a manager that treats customers that way read more

I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I came to the drive up window and the guy was on the phone for at least 10 minutes before he asked someone to take my payment. I was told to wait in the driveway and someone would bring out my order. It was just one small pizza and a sub. About 25 minutes later someone came out to ask what my order was. He came back a few minutes later and said they forgot to make note that I was waiting. Finally after close to a half hour someone wondered why I was waiting? The customer service was very bad. I will not return. There are plenty of other pizza places in Jackson where they care about the customer. I watched three cars leave the drive through line while I was waiting because it was so slow. I am a big fan of Cardo's buffet! Come hungry and be prepared to leave very, very full. They offer both a lunch and dinner buffet, and they both include a soft drink and the salad bar. I stopped in today for the dinner buffet, which started at 5:30 p.m. The salad bar was a bit slim, but there were a few veggies, meats, cheeses, and dressings to choose from. The buffet had bread sticks, cheese sticks, close to ten specialty pizzas, subs, and cinnamon sticks. The pizza is thin crust and the pieces are on the smaller side, so you're able to try many different kinds without feeling too full. My favorite pizzas are always the BLT and BBQ chicken, but they offered many options such as Mexican and chicken bacon ranch. Everything I had was super yummy. Chillville ice cream is located inside, and we almost always grab a bowl after eating. Today I had salted caramel and birthday cake, and it was a good way to finish off a great meal. Parking is easy, as they have a large parking lot and are not in a busy area of town. The atmosphere is casual, with many tables and booths to choose from. There are also a few arcade games in the back. I will continue to return! read more

Man ! I live near Columbus Ohio. We were in Jackson for the Apple festival.Seen the Cardos sign. We grew up up in the 70s and 80s in Waverly ohio. Best pizza I had ever had. I have seen Cardos in Columbus but they don't taste the same and the ingredients are much different. Let me tell you this Cardos didn't disappoint. Pizza was excellent with hot delicious toppings , just how we had remembered it !! Luckily I don't live closer or I could count on a 20 pound increase in my weight. It's been 11 years since I moved away from Jackson and there are still nights when I dream about eating Cardo's pizza and breadsticks. I've never really tasted any other pizza like it, with it's crackery crust and a sauce that really captures the tang of a tomato without overpowering the toppings. Though really to me, even the pizza is secondary when compared to the breadsticks. I know that they're just a sub bun cut up, buttered and seasoned but whatever they use is some sort of mix between rainbows and liquid crack. The cravings for it never go away. The buffet is a great deal, and it's nearly impossible to walk in the doors without seeing someone you know. All the locals eat there already, but if you're passing through Jackson and are looking for something tasty, you don't need to look any farther than Cardo's Pizza! read more

From fond high school memories to more recent urgent cravings, Cardo's does it for me every time. The ham and cheese sandwiches (extra cheese, mayo on the side, and an order of fries) were a staple of my high school days, and I'll still sometime pick one up when I'm in Jackson. The BLT pizzas are amazing: bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and the perfect amount of mayo. Delicious each time. If you're looking for a different experience, give the BBQ chicken pizza a try. I know this is by no means unique to Cardo's, but there's a certain something different about their BBQ chicken that I prefer to similar dishes I've tried elsewhere. The only thing you have to remember about Cardo's is that it's NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY. I don't know how many times I've thought "BLT pizza!" only to be depressed with my face pressed up against a giant "Closed" sign 10 minutes later. If you can rein in your cravings to the other 6 days of the week, Cardo's is pizza perfection. read more

BBQ chicken pizza and loaded fries... YUM! I travel to Jackson for work a few times and month and Cardo's is always my top choice for dinner. If you have never had Cardo's I highly recommend it. It's delicious!!! The pizza burger is also really good. read more

I love love love Cardos. I have since I was in high school and used to come here to hang out after school. So many fun memories! The food is so good--love the pizza and subs.
