Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. When you book a service and pay well over $400 you expect the basics to get done. What is worse, the people checked on their check list it was done. The last time was just before I hosted a baby shower and I am so angry about how awful that cleaning was. My formal living room was not vacuumed at all, my sunroom was vacuumed half ass, there was dirt in the corners where they should haven taken out a vacuum wand. Places weren't dusted again and it felt like my floors weren't even mopped. I had to set up for a baby shower, cook for it then I had to clean myself when I paid MaidPro. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The person I scheduled with sent me a list of items they cover and with that I scheduled. The tech arrived late, but I let it go once she arrived. I showed all the areas needing to be cleaned and once that was covered, I let her do her thing and stayed out of the way. I could tell based off the first room she was struggling as she was cussing to herself. The rest of the house seemed to go smoother. Once she was done, she notified me, and left. Once I walked around the house, I noticed the counters in the kitchen weren't cleaned, the top of the fridge wasn't cleaned, blinds were "cleaned" but not thoroughly or at all and what blinds were cleaned you could see where a quick swipe was done leaving dust behind. Fans were also left dirty. All things that were said to be addressed. I reached out to the company who called me back and said that because the tech was there the entire time, there would be no partial refund option and just because they say they will cover all these areas doesn't mean they will get to them in that amount of time. They did offer to send someone out later in the evening or Sunday, I explained my baby shower was Saturday, so cleaning Sunday wouldn't work nor would coming later in the evening as the person couldn't get it done right the first time. Ended up ending the call letting them know I wouldn't be recommending them due to poor customer service. Received a message on Yelp later letting me know the full balance would still be due. Don't waste your time if you want something done right.

The outside of the dishwasher or outside of refrigerator wasn't wiped at all. The granite in the butler's pantry not even touched for a wipe down. The sink not cleaned at all. The floor was not mopped adequately- even though I provided a Hoover wet vac cleaner- she chose not to use it because it would take too much time but instead used a dirty mop that just moved the dirt around. Super disappointed that there was no pride in doing good work. Nothing was put back in its original spot. Even the cleaner was shoved back in the closet with cord unraveled and pushed against my coats.
