    I was shopping online for a new truck. Originally I was looking at a Ford truck but when I contacted the dealership they never responded to me. When I looked at a GMC and contacted this dealership their response was outstanding. I met with sales consultant Omar Nolasco who was extremely nice and patient with me and my questions/ignorance (my last new vehicle was purchased 24 years ago) A lot has changed! The whole team at Cardinale was exceptional, everyone greeted me and said hi each time I visited the dealership. Justin, Matthew and Jorge were each very pleasant to deal with and I was very happy with my business with them and highly recommend this business. And yes, I love my new GMC Canyon AT4.

    Bought a train in April and had nothing but issues with the electrical Bluetooth. With the Google calling random people by itself. Ask the speaker manager thinking he was a level-headed nope, it is very threatening and condescending and would not hear what I had to say he kept putting his hand up at me telling me to calm down, I told him to put his hand down and stop would not they never looked at my. Car and they sent me on my way after. I came back from getting my coffee. Very bad experience I don't recommend anyone dealing with him. Especially if you are a female, Not only was it him, it was the management and the service department too. That was very condescending. They were together when they were doing this to me.

    The best coffee machine ever. Makes a huge difference have espresso within a busy day.

    My mom got the car she had always wanted. Thanks to the assistance of Ryan and new Sales Associate, Matthew. Very personable service. They were very patient as my mom was navigating both budget and logistics. We have been customers for many years. Cardinale GMC is like family.

They alerted me to things I should do very soon, ie. an oil change and tire nail fix. Luckily I knew about those things and already had an appointment at a tire store the next day, but it's nice to know they do a general quick inspection to make sure things are good. When I got back for the pickup the mechanic was test driving the vehicle, also a sign of a good mechanic shop. The bill was exactly what I was quoted and I was happy with the price. I feel like it was a good value for getting done what I could not do myself. I think some of us, like myself, have a mechanic friend, but I chose to go here because I wanted it done right and I trust they do it right. The car i took in for service was a family van and we need it to work right and to be reliable. I don't know if everyone feels like I do that these days you always have to fight to get things done right or be prepared for something wrong or to cost extra or whatever but this was simple. Tell them what I need done, drop it off, pay for it and pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised there were no hickups.

    I know this is a hit or miss shop in the area, but every experience I've had is good. My first…read morevisit was in 2017 for a flat tire - repaired quickly with fair price. 2nd visit in Oct 2025 - I sent a car owner to the shop for an independent inspection when I considered buy his car. Results were as expected with a few surprises that led the car to getting junked. This was not my local shop & the car owner had never been to it either. I made appointment via phone & left specific info about follow up so we would both get a copy of the inspection results. Piece o' cake 3rd visit in Dec 2025 - My car needed an alignment due to pothole in Salinas. City Manager's office told me that I could request reimbursement since fault was by the City. Luis, Sullivan's service agent, understood the mission & made sure that car had a suspension inspection prior to the alignment. Safety is very important for all vehicles on the road. Alignment was completed, all fees remained consistent without surprises, and customer service was the best. I was provided with documentation (txt and paper copies) for my records & to file a claim. Waiting area is clean & well-stocked with a variety of beverages to keep us hydrated during our wait. Entire property is clean & well-maintained. Staff don't just talk, they understand automotive AND human behavior.

    I took my daughter car since I was busy (big mistake of my part ) for simple oil change…read more They offered tire rotation for free lol And they did full inspection I was like wow this is a good deal (obviously not) They give me 2 pages I was like wow going need sell my daughter new car 2019 In all inspection they check my AXELS Serpentine belt (by the way charge $754 to change serpentine belt lol) Everything They never mentioned control arm NEVER THEY CALL ME CAR IS DONE my family we went small vacation never use the car into we got back My daughter drive call me right away that the car making noise when she turns The front tire rubbing the fender Never happens before also they never mentioned the control arms after they give me a huge list of problems This is the good part When I took the car they say maybe we hit the car when we was driving wow That the part is old And over anything they didn't do that to my car But that the manager assume we hit the car and have fix on a weekend lol is amazing I went for oil change They don't want take responsibility now need paid for fix something they broke And they say control arms are bad Something they never mentioned on the huge list they give me The hard part is how they treat you after they make a mistake Clearly they say F U find someone else Or take me to court The one really bather me is manager try say we hit or do something to the frame during the weekend From 75 dollars job now hundreds Thanks for nothing Now they say my frame was hit long time ago But that never that happens Into the rotation Again thanks for nothing Sullisucks
