I have called their office more than five different times and every single time they tell me the same thing: "Don't worry, the balance is cleared and you won't receive any more bills." Yet the bills keep coming. This shows a complete lack of organization and accountability. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase a medical office to fix their own billing mistakes. At this point it feels like harassment to keep sending bills that have already been paid. If the issue isn't resolved permanently, I will be forced to dispute the charges and report the billing practices to the appropriate authorities. I strongly recommend others double-check every bill they receive from this office.

My Grandfather is elderly and needs prescriptions when they run out. I can't even believe she even has her MD. My next step is to report this Doctor through the Medical Board.
