But if you are actually looking at buying a vehicle for a Christ's sake do not go here... for starters they will cheat the absolute dog sh*t out of you on your trade in and then the manager, that appears to be the same man from blues clues, will respectively tell you to go f*ck yourself and that you do not meet his standards on buying a used vehicle. Worst place I ever pledged my car purchase with. A dealership with games....Please look for another Dealership. I bought a 2011 Lexus GX 600 from the Laurel location... car delivered 3 days later wasting my kids vacation.. then I found out that only one key to the vehicle, then they went to the Dollar store to buy me floor mats for a Lexus...Traveling with my kids the same day and caught a flat and found out no jack or accessories in this vehicle at 103 degrees heat... SHAME!!! Three weeks they have been promising to help out replace some items missing via text and now no one to even answer my calls... Agent Aquib keeps saying oh items have been mailed... Terrible. I will NEVER buy from Carbiz again. I bought my vehicle in May and had ENDLESS issues. I was made promises that were never kept. Since I did a socially distant purchase and work full-time, I asked to use email mainly. I got almost exclusively phone calls. I was promised delivery to my home so I didn't lose time at work. This was reneged after I secured the purchase and it was delivered to my job. I ended up losing work time to meet them and take possession. I put down a deposit that was never refunded to me. I was sold a vehicle with an undisclosed broken windshield. I was promised a replacement but as of January (8 months later) I still have a six inch crack in my windshield. I ran out my temp plates and risked a ticket before I got my tags. I was never told they needed a copy of my licence to secure my out-of-state plates. When I called for info after 2 months I was told casually that they were just waiting on me. Terrible! read more

I have bought 9 cars in my life, and my last purchase through Sam at Carbiz was very likely the best experience I've ever had. Working with him was one of only two times I've ever felt zero pressure, like I was treated honestly by a knowledgeable sales agent, and that I also received a great car at the right price. Until the day I found my new car, I had never heard of Carbiz, but given I was buying it through my bank at a pre-negotiated price, it seemed like a low risk deal. After researching them online, I was surprised to see such a high volume of consistently exceptional reviews. Given my total time between finding a car online and driving it off the lot was roughly 5 hours - and that included driving an hour to the dealership. All in all, great, hassle-free experience. Given the opportunity to do it all over again, I wouldn't change anything. My wife and three kids played games in the lobby while Sam and I discussed the sale, a warranty, trade-in, and how to register out of state as a military member. Amazing Service Department!! We had a very nice experience in buying our car too. We found it online, went in for another car that had just been sold but found another one that had just come in. Unfortunately there were some issues that lurked in the engine and I had to take it to GMC about 4 times but they never fixed it (still under the powertrain warranty). I wish I had taken it to CarBiz from the beginning. They had my back with the GMC dealership who was so unhelpful and worked their magic to get me back in my car and dealt with the dealership so I didn't have to. The sales people are all helpful and they make an extra effort to answer your questions accurately. This sometimes means investigating and getting back to me. I appreciate this over the standard used car sales approach - which is just trying to figure out the answer I want. Also the prices are competitive and the warranty looks better than others. I also like the non negotiable prices because it makes my job easier Ultimately I had to pick a different vehicle due to the features I needed. Let me start off by saying the negative reviews here are COMPLETELY accurate. This establishment is at a minimum, subtly unprofessional and misleading. But I definitely blame myself for my experience. I am a fairly intelligent person (2 bachelors; 3 masters) degrees. And I am a retired military officer as well. I read the reviews here and still thought I was smart enough to overcome what I read.... But Javier Cuellar is an exceptional USED car salesman, so he managed to best me. Great job, Sir. I have been trained facts, not emotions, so here are the fact; When I arrived, I IMMEDIATELY informed Mr. Cuellar of my financial situation; My credit was horrible due to a recent divorce, but I make a decent amount of money. Just over 80k annually with my salary and military retirement check. I told him I wanted an older, high end vehicle. Preferably a BMW or Mercedes. Mr Cuellar immediately started showing me extremely expensive cars he knew I wouldn't be able to get based off his experience (his words) and the credit situation I INFORMED him existed. But I have been near shady used car lots my entire professional career, so I know what that's about. The bait and switch so they can run your credit. THAT after all is the goal. So I then spent 30 minutes skeptically reviewing high priced cars I knew were in my price range, but out of my credit range. The entire time, Mr Cuellar consistently tried to run my credit with all the tried and true USED car tactics(we have better financing and more banks. If we can't do it, no one else will; We back you as well, so the banks trust us; or the one that got me, so definitely go with it consistently Mr Cuellar, we bundle your loans with thousands of others, so even though your situation isn't great, the bank looks at our volume, and grants a little more flexibility. Again, great line, Mr Cuellar.) So I let him run my credit. And it was exactly where I said it was. And then came the switch I KNEW was coming. I felt like a cartoon character with an anvil above my head. I saw it but stayed there and didn't move in time. Mr Cuellar came back to the table with my credit application (after needlessly sitting back with the finance manger for 20 minutes. It doesn't take that long in the current technological age). But I understood that was to put some anxiety in my car buying experience, so there was a reason to waste my time at least. I have however been a platoon leader during OIF I, and a liaison to Russia. It takes a little more to make me nervous. Mr Cuellar's attitude completely chilled. He proceeded to show me some Chryslers and Hondas. Now I have nothing against these cars. I had an Accord and it was the best car I ever owned. But it wasn't what I wanted, or asked Mr Ceullar for when I first arrived and accurately told him my situation. I then told him I was leaving having wasted 2 hours I will never get back. He then of course told me the finance manager wanted to speak with me. Because the goal at this point is to get me in one of those Hondas, which was his endgame when I initially gave him my COMPLETE financial picture. I declined and after a couple more attempts he asked me to take his card and told me to have a nice day. The next day, I get an email from Mr Cuellar which only serves to remind me of my bad experience at his establishment. I had already chalked the experience up to stupidity and "should have known better" on my part. So I sent a reply email asking them to refrain from contacting me further. And wouldn't you know, in spite of my request, Mr Cuellar then CALLS me. And says someone else wants to speak with me. Now, I know what I asked. And my fiancee is an attorney, so I'm legally aware of what I asked. But there came the phone call anyway. And THAT's why I wrote this review on a situation I was leaving alone. I conclude this by stating even though this establishment has pretty cars on the lot, and a professional showroom, that's where it stops. This place is no different that the hundreds of thousands of lots strategically placed right off of military bases to exploit soldiers. And when I was in command I made them off-limits to my soldiers. I can't do that here, but I can inform the public. And to my military brothers and sisters, take your business somewhere else. You sacrificed too much for this country to come home and be exploited. Thank you for your time. ****UPDATE 3/8/14 Apologies for the delay in posting my update. Ten days after my post, I purchased a 2009 BMW 3- Series from NorthWest Honda(through their BMW dealership across the street), approximately 3 miles north on Reisterstown Rd. I took my car into CarBiz for an estimate, they advised me that I needed a new transmission at a cost of $4000.00 since I did not have $4000 to put into this car I had my regular mechanic install a transmission, still costs me several $thousands! He then sent it to CarBiz for programming, they have kept my car for over 5 days (at this point) trying to 'program' it. Today they said that the car NEVER needed a transmission that it had corroded wires and they want over $700.00 to fix that, they refuse to take responsibility for the fact that their incorrect diagnosis has cost me $Thousands including the rental car I have had for 10 days!! I'll never do business with this place. I have called Harvey, he was not available, I will call him again, this is outrageous!! read more

The people were nice. However, they gave me a hard time test driving cars "over $40,000". Their excuse was that the roads around the area are bad so they don't want to risk damage to the vehicle. I told them I am not buying $55,000 car without test driving it first. So either they were "profiling" me or didn't care for my business. I have never heard of a used car delaership not letting you test drive a car. When I previously purchased an X5 from another dealership, they just gave me the keys and told me to drive it a short lap. Also, when Inwant interested in checking out another vehicle, they couldn't locate it. Shady. Carbiz lost my business. I will get my next car elsewhere. read more

They sent my bank a Purchase Order so I got my own financing and said I will be there in the morning to pick up the car. So we both knew all had to do is pick up the check. I have been a Carbiz customer for years, well over 10 years. The Service department is the best I have ever experienced. They serviced my BMW 7-Series from the time I purchased it, until I had to lay it down, after almost 300,000 miles. Thank you Collin, and Harvey. Now the real fun began, I decided to move into a 2010 Mercedes S550. It seemed like every month I was in the service department for something. Now some things were covered by the service warranty, and some things were not. After 18 months, and over $5,000 in repairs, I asked a very simple question, can the sales department help in some of these repairs, offer an extended warranty or anything to alleviate the financial burden that I thought would go away by purchasing a later model vehicle. The kicker came when the Sales Manager called me, and with a chuckle in his voice say, "that is why I don't drive a Mercedes, because of the cost of the repairs". My immediate response, was you did not say that when you were trying to sell me the car. I leave you with this, I would never purchase from them again, and I will ALWAYS service my vehicles with their Service Department. I had a very mixed experience at this place. My best advice, if you have good credit, is to get preapproved for financing elsewhere and then come in to purchase a vehicle. They are all brown nosed and full of promises until you actually try to work out financing. The pluses, super nice, free first oil change after purchase. Good upfront price on vehicles. Also the internet team is super nice. The negatives, a serious hassel if you try to finance through someone else after signing the contract. Terrible interest rates, and the employeees are not accountable to the knowledge of the trade. The manager I worked with said I dont know to almost every question that I asked. read more

My experience with Carbiz was terrible. I live in NY. While car shopping yesterday, I called them from NJ about the availability of a specific car with certain features. I was put in contact with Matt who is in charge of out-of-state sales. He said the car was available and that he would hold it if I was coming to look at it. I confirmed that we were coming. We drove over 3 hours to see it. When I arrived, other purchasers were sitting in the car. Matt was apologetic, but did nothing to live up to his word as the other people proceeded to take the car for a test drive and then bought it. Matt and another salesman tried to interest us in different car which did not have the features we wanted. From my experience, Carbiz is not to be trusted to live up to its word. read more

Came to carbiz for a state car inspection, which they charge $90 for. The car failed the inspection for a myriad of listed reasons, which of course carbiz offered to repair themselves. I chose to go elsewhere to at least get replacement tires, and the mechanic there was surprised at the failing and we actually had to look at the paperwork to figure out which tires had failed the inspection for them to replace them. On their review of the failed inspection paperwork, they were surprised at the minor issues that were listed with a quote for cost of repair. This further confirmed my wish to go elsewhere for the repairs. But because the car must be re-inspected at the same place by the same mechanic within 30 days of the first inspection, some of the repairs were done at carbiz since I'd have to return anyway. On re-inspection they pointed out yet additional issues with tinting on part of the window they had failed to mention the first time (initially they said 3 of the windows need to be addressed but failed to mention the back window until after the 3 window tints were removed and I returned a second time). By the time the tinting was removed a day later, it was a Sunday and carbiz was closed - which happened to be the last day of the 30 day window. I returned there the next day, but they had to re-inspect the car given it was 1 day after the 30 day window. We could not wait the 2 hours to have it re-inspected then, but on returning a little more than two weeks later for what should have been a passed inspection, THE SAME MECHANIC who did the first inspection, and the subsequent 2 repeat inspections, found new additional issues - including a small strip of tinting on the front window that they had failed to mention the PRIOR 3 TIMES THAT SAME MECHANIC had seen the car, and a new tire issue requiring replacement. I had barely driven the car as I walk to work, go to a grocery store 5 minutes from my home (and often walk there anyway) and have no other use of the car. I don't see how a new tire issue was not seen the first time could be found again by the same mechanic who saw the car 3 previous times. DO NOT COME HERE FOR STATE INSPECTIONS. If not dishonest, they are at the very least sloppy and inconsistent and will waist your time and money, and you'll have no choice in the matter. read more

I was in need of a nice used vehicle and returned to Carbiz in Baltimore because I had previously purchased from them. They had such a nice selection of cars at great prices. The salesman was very knowledgeable and I never felt like he was being shady or dishonest. He was very helpful by asking me specific questions so that I could narrow my choices down. The other staff was so hospitable during the process, making sure my daughter and I were comfortable while we waited. I love my truck and I would recommend Carbiz to anyone who wants a quality car at a reasonable price! read more

Everyone is wary of car salesmen, but Carbiz will change your mind. My car buying experience was fantastic from the moment I received a call from the Internet sales team (Josh) to the moment I drove off the lot. I didn't feel pressured to make an appointment over the phone and when I explained I wouldn't make it in until the next business day, the original salesman was more than happy to provide me with his colleagues' names and told me they would be happy to help. The car I hoped to test drive was sold upon my arrival but my quirky, yet exceptionally "likeable" salesman Matt offered to show me something else in my price range. I respect and appreciate that he actually stayed in my price range- he didnt try to sell me a car that was $4k more than the Mazda I originally sought out. I have to say that I have never met a more laid-back, honest, hard working salesman. He really busted his butt to make the entire experience go smoothly- and boy did it! There really isn't too much negotiation with the Internet Sales Team, b/c the price on-line represents a discounted price and price was below KBB value, albeit just a tad. Also, Carbiz fairly compensated me for my trade (after a minor and expected conversation about raising my trade in allowance- which they did!). Financing was a quick as it could be and Russ, the finance employee, shopped around for an unbelievably low rate- under 2% (full disclosure, I have good credit, decent income and a average debt-income ratio). Russ explained the paperwork, page by page, so I left feeling informed. Everyone I encountered at Carbiz was pleasant, respectful and helpful. I would definitely repeat the experience when I need another new, used car. read more

Had an independent inspector out to inspect a vehicle i was thinking of purchasing. Like me, he also picked up a problem with the transmission. I said I would purchase the vehicle if they fixed the transmission. Magically the car "was sold overnight", despite it still appearing on their website over 24 hours later. $170 inspection out of pocket - but easy to see when they don't want to deal with an identified issue - just lie instead! read more

Matthew was the Russian wonder of the car selling business. He first graced us with his amazing and outstanding phone skills to tempt us into the dealership to look at a car we found online. Once we arrived at the beautiful dealership we where promptly greeted by Matthew's award winning smile. We asked to see the car and he scurried off to retrieve it for us returning in a jiffy. We were amazed by the hour long features and benefits presentation he performed for us on the car. It was as if we were at a car show learning every glorious feature of our possible new vehicle. He then offered for us to take the car for a test drive where he entertained us with his well rounded and enormous personality. Who would have thought car buying could be so fun? Then it was time to make a deal and to our disappointment Matthew told us we couldn't haggle on the price. This was a sad moment for us but we quickly got over it and went to check out their cool coffee and hot chocolate machine. After our fill of free hot chocolate we sat down to talk about financing. Matthew showed us how he was not only funny and entertaining but he could walk, boy could he walk and walk and walk. It was like watching a marathon in slow motion. After he showed us one offer from a lender we gave him a sad face and a thumb down and he was off and running again, opps I mean walking again. I told him to slow down I was getting tired and was concerned about this health and well being. Just like on Christmas morning Matthew came down from the chimney and dumped a big gift in our lap with financing we could live with. We jumped up and down, high fived everyone in the dealership and ran around like wild animals screaming "we won" "we won". Once Matthew was able to catch up to us, at a walk of course, he herded us into the F&I office to sign our lives away. Once we were finished signing paperwork Matthew put on his leather jacket and stormed out the door to find gas to put in our new cars tank. We thought he had rode into the sunset, we took a short nap since we were so tired from our laps around the dealership. Then the sun started setting, and in walked Matthew key in hand. Not keys?? Where is our spare key? Don't you know my friend is a blonde and will lose her one and only key and then we will have to call you Matthew!!! So we jumped in the car and drove into the night ....... I searched all over the Baltimore metro area for a good deal on a pre-owned BMW and located one I was interested in at Carbiz. Once arriving at the dealership I found the staff to be accommodating without being pushy and the overall "vibe" of the place to be updated and hip. Definitely not your typical used car dealership cube farm/fluorescent light setup. The associate who helped me (Nima) was great. Once I decided to purchase the car, Nima was able to assist me on getting me a great deal on my trade and a number I was comfortable with. The rate they were able to get me on financing was a point lower than offered by my credit union and 2.3% less than a competing dealership (on the exact same model/year car) who told me Carbiz was "lying to me". The only hiccup to the whole experience was that my car battery died a week after taking delivery of the car. Although this was not covered under the warranty, they didn't blink at refunding me what I paid to have the battery replaced. I consider this going over and above and my next car purchase will be from Carbiz. read more

Have not purchased a vehicle from here (yet) but needed to write to say what a wonderful experience we had. Husband and I were between two vehicles and they had both. We were able to drive both, even put them and our current vehicle side by side to see how much room we would gain. Bryan Shannon was our salesman and was the exception to almost every car salesman I've encountered. He was not pushy, let us take our time, was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately they did not have the color of the vehicle we ended up choosing. We did speak with the sales manager before we left and let him know we had specific requirements and if that vehicle was there and priced right, we would buy. We were not going to settle. He understood and Bryan has kept in touch, looking for our vehicle. I actually told him that I wish we would have bought a car from him - my husband agrees! I was in the market for a new car, and found the car I wanted listed at this Car Biz. Matt P. was who dealt with me, helping me with the financing and everything, he was incredible. The car had only recently been purchased by Car Biz, so it had not been detailed, and the rear headrests were missing. They ordered the missing parts, and had me bring in my car for a full detail, giving me a nice, non-beat up loaner. Everything about my experience was professional and awesome. it was my first purchase from a dealership and it went incredibly smooth. I left that day with the car that I've wanted for a few years. The next day, Matt called me to see how everything was with the car and if i was still happy with my purchase. that was pretty awesome. I will definitely go through Car biz, and through Matt again for my next car. he was personable, and professional, and knowledgeable. i even left something important in my old car that i traded in, and when i went in to drop my new car for detailing, had it waiting for me. that was great. i couldn't believe it. The service here is amazing. Ali Burney, the finance manager, was incredibly helpful. We got a great deal on our Saab A3, ate free pizza and hung out with the staff that works there. Ali went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She hooked us up with insurance on the new car and also explained the warranty in a way that we could understand it. Our case in particular was very complicated and confusing, it was a pleasure speaking with someone who was not only knowledgeable about cars and state tax requirements, but she was efficient, competent and was not afraid to do work that was outside of her position. She helped me find a bank nearby to get a cashier's check, she looked up tire measurement comparisons from our old and new car, she got in the car and filled it up with gas, called the maintenance guy to see if he could give me a state inspection on a Saturday AND referred us to a good place to get a car wash. She did it all. She was better than our salesman, Kelvin. He fell asleep during the test drive, left chicken crumbs in the car, turned up the stereo volume to uncomfortable levels and was constantly on his phone making personal calls. Also as two women buying a car, he made a lot of gender stereotypes, which we found to be uncomfortable at times such as "oh look it's a woman who can drive a manual car". He was a nice and fun guy, but did not seem to care about much and was unprofessional the majority of the time. Ali picked up a lot of the slack for him. HE IS THE ONLY REASON I'M NOT GIVING 5 STARS. I mean Ali essentially sold us the car, she earned 5 stars. The only thing she didn't do for us is test drive the car and wash it haha. I wish she had made commission off of it. I wanted to buy my wife a vehicle for Christmas and found a few cars that I liked across the Baltimore area. Carbiz was the last stop on my route to find a new vehicle and it blew the other dealerships out of the water. The showroom was all new and very clean. I was looking to buy just a few days before Christmas and the car I was interested in just came in so they expedited the inspection/detail process so it would be ready in time. I had an opportunity to see the car before it was cleaned and WOW they did an awesome job of getting it all cleaned up and ready to go. I was fortunate enough to work with Evan who was a great host and at no time made me feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Everyone I worked with was very nice from the receptionist to Dani, who walked me through the process of signing the papers. I also had to make special arrangements to have the car picked up by someone else and they easily accommodated my request. They even gave me a giant bow to put on the car for the surprise! Next time i'm in the market for a used car I will absolutely look to Carbiz first. read more

Overall, a decent car buying experience. This is used car sales, so you have to do your research before going in. For example, KBB prices are used as a reference on the Carbiz site, but in my case, at least, the price was not for the trim level I was buying. So, the advertised price looked better than it was. When I referenced KBB prices for my trade-in, I was told KBB prices weren't really a valid reference. When I pointed out that Carbiz was using them in advertising, we began to have a more meaningful negotiation. We got lost in the shuffle when we first arrived and had to wait for longer than I would have preferred. It wasn't until the third time that we asked about our salesman that we were shown the waiting room - comfortable seats, TV, beverages. It would have been nice to have known about that from the outset. Martin and Russ were very friendly and didn't use a lot of high pressure sales techniques. Again, overall, a good experience. I will definitely consider them again when car shopping. read more

After he tried to rip me and my wife off with his add ons and false taxes and upgrades I refused to sign the bill of sale and he threw it at me and yelled like a big fat baby. We ended up leaving then the harrassing phone calls started and they didn't end until we complained to the local Police Department. I just wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to a very reputable "stand by their product", kind of company called Carbiz of Baltimore Md. I just stumbled onto the dealership after a Long exhausting search over the internet. I'm glad that I did, from Katie (a sweetheart) the sale person that took us on a test ride and got the deal going, to Brian and Mr. Evan Berney, great leadership throughout the business. I had issues, but they stepped up and dealt with the issues in good faith, No "fake news" here. I'm a Vet and I felt like they respected that fact, I wasn't looking for an unreasonable offer or deal, but I expected them to stand by their product and they did! Not going to say it was a "cake walk" either but the leadership stood up and was accountable. They had exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. You never know if you're on the upside of a used car purchase, but you don't want to immediately feel that you're on the downside either. Thanks to those three people, I do have peace of mind with the choice I made. They didn't try to, nor have to force me to buy the product, I chose it because, it was, they had and have some quality inventory on that Lot, If you're looking, check them out, it'll be worth the look. Legitimate buyers with legitimate income and good credit BEWARE! Visited carbiz Baltimore last weekend and suffice to say 'I got the business' . I take a test drive with a guy who spends most of his time on his cell phone, providing me with info about his personal life that I could care less about and exclaiming to me " how these people pay me too much money" meanwhile after driving me around his designated route and me telling him I'm done I want to go back to the dealership and him not listening for more than 45 mins we finally arrive to make the deal. I give my bottom line and Guido who has curls and a receding hairline with his fingers in each ear ask me " are you listening" I am not gonna haggle with you over a couple hundred dollars. To which I say " this is a cash offer" and he says so what cash and bad credit are the same. To which I say. " I don't have bad credit" well needless to say I walked out feeling like I needed to get to the clinic ASAP for a STD shot... What a sleazy place. I was attempting to buy a car via the website. Asked a few question that would require a maximum of 5 minutes to answer. Waited hours for a return call after placing several unanswered calls to the sales person. Finally they called back saying the car I wanted sold. Updating my review- I stand by what I said about Sam. He was a great salesman even after the sale, but unfortunately I cannot stand behind a company that doesn't keep their word. I was told I would receive referral bonuses if I refer people. Within a month they sold TWO additional cars to people I referred, but they have refused to give me my bonus for the second person I referred. Very disappointed in them. read more

No business ethics, no business sense, no respect for customers. I went there to sell my car with the raving claims on the website about them being to able to beat CarMax prices. After waiting for 15 minutes, a salesman took down all my information(with 5 interruptions) to attend to other customers while I was waiting. Finally he takes my keys disappears for 5 minutes, barely looks at the car (forget doing a thorough evaluation). The original salesman disappears and I am now greeted by a gentleman named Brian who insults me with an offer for $3000. I show him my CarMax offer which was $6000 and he suddenly is able to offer me the same. I immediately thanked him for his time and walked out without receiving any thank you's or any acknowledgement. Never going to CarBiz again. read more

After a miserable experience at a dealer attempting to buy the car we desired, my wife and I had the good fortune of going to Carbiz. The car was as described and pictured on-line and had been totally detailed. Jason was a pleasure to work with: very helpful and knowledgable. The price was very good and the trade-in offer more than fair. We purchased our 2013 Honda Accord the same day. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience buying a car I have ever had. Walked in Sat 8/29 because I saw 2 A6 Prestige listed on cars.com. Woman at front desk had an attitude. However, she did call for a salesperson over the intercom. Waited 10 minutes in the non-busy showroom and no one appeared. That was enough for me. Mind you, I was only looking for a mid-priced car (either one would have been around 35k), but had I liked either - and this is the model I'm looking for an will buy somewhere in the next 30 days or so - I would have paid in full, 'today'. They don't want my business, that's OK - there are dealers who do. Ironically, much better treatment 3 years ago when I came *this* close to buying an M45 from them, but instead got a 5 series M sport (with the 6 speed, smile) down in VA. I bought a Lexus IS300 from them in early 2009. Aside from having electrical issues with the headlights and interior lights, after washing the carpets, they immediately started to show rust stains underneath, leading me to believe there was considerable rust. Also, after taking it to CarMax, I found out the rear bumper had been replaced and both fenders and driver side door were repainted. They mentioned how they were certain it had been in an accident prior to me purchasing it, which Carbiz never told me about. This makes sense as they did their best to hide any damage but under closer inspection was more apparent. Let me say I'm glad I no longer have this car and will NEVER buy a car there again. read more
