From the second I inquired about the cruise, I was so well advised of every step of the process. What was better, it seems all of the staff knew exactly who I was. Maureen and Danielle were my main contacts, but Adam, Eileen, and Leo were also great. I always like to put a face to the names of the people I deal with, and this was no exception. When I made payments, I opted to go there but I had my kids. Not only did they not have a problem with my kids, they played with them and showed pictures of their grandkids! It was great to see such a close knit, family atmosphere. Anyone who has dealt with Disney for the first time can understand the process is a bit overwhelming. I asked for quite a bit of advice going in, and was never turned away or made to feel like a nuisance. When I finally got to the pier and was ready to board, I found I pretty much already knew what I was doing, and the excursions onboard were a breeze. I can't thank everyone at Cruise Concepts enough for helping make such a memorable vacation for my family. I will definitely use them again, and always give their recommendation when I hear people are planning a vacation.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience…read more Our original flight to Jamaica was cancelled after they had already dropped us off at the airport, and we weren't able to get another flight for four days. This shifted our entire vacation, and they made it incredibly easy to rebook both our second ride to the airport and our return pickup for completely different days. At one point, after our original flight was cancelled around 3 AM, I texted to see if they could possibly pick us up from the airport. They responded immediately and offered to come get us. Although we ended up making other arrangements because of the wait, I was so impressed by how responsive and willing to help they were -- even at 3 AM! Our return trip brought even more delays and another cancellation, with our pickup changing from 2 AM, to 7 AM, and finally to 10 AM. There were MANY texts back and forth throughout this trip, and they were always responsive, patient, professional, and accommodating. On top of the exceptional communication, they were always on time, and all three drivers we had were wonderful -- professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. They truly went above and beyond and made a very stressful travel situation so much easier. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. Truly five-star service!

Dear Transportation Team,…read more I wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed we were with one of your drivers, Michael, who transported our students from Macopin Middle School to the Metropolitan Museum of Art yesterday. I have been teaching for 31 years and have both chaperoned and organized countless field trips during that time. Michael was truly exceptional. From the moment we boarded, he was very clear about his safety protocols and expectations. He was strict when necessary, but always fair, professional, and respectful. What stood out most was how seriously he takes the responsibility of transporting students. His commitment to safety, combined with his personable and friendly demeanor, made our trip enjoyable and stress-free. It was a genuine pleasure to ride on his bus. Please extend our sincere appreciation to Michael. He made a lasting impression on both me and our students, and he represents your company in the very best way. Thank you for providing such outstanding service. Sincerely, Erica McPartland Macopin Middle School
