In my mind if the rental deposit plus the rental fee total $594.13 which was more than enough to cover the total of $588.26. Why so much activity on my bank account? 2 hasty withdrawals, tolls fees which my EZ pass covered and a slow ass deposit fee return. The way these payments were processed was just down right wrong! I see why everyone is flocking to Turo! Turo: $230/3days Enterprise: $294.13/2days plus $300 deposit fee(if you use your debit card).

When I was at the place, I asked to speak with the 3 people who I spoke with on the phone because now I was getting contradictory information but was told they all had left for the day. I talked to 5 different people for a same day reservation. I found the experience frustrating, a waste of time, and their staff to be immature.

First of all, the shuttle to bring wedding guests from the hotel to the wedding venue arrived 30 minutes late causing us to have to start the wedding late. The excuse we were given was that the driver was "stuck in traffic." Not sure where the traffic was on a Sunday afternoon in Essex County... Secondly, the shuttle arrived for pick up 45 minutes early, which was odd, but not exactly a bad thing. He brought one load of people back to the hotel. When he came back, my friend told him we would need him to come back one more time for another group and some decorations we had. The driver said he would not be doing that because they hadn't paid for that many people...my friend had been assured by the hotel, who worked with the shuttle service, that we would be accommodated on the way back. The driver got into a literal shouting match with my friend and her husband ON THEIR WEDDING NIGHT. So unprofessional and rude. Eventually, my friend gave in and just told the man to bring the 2nd group back and we would find our way back ourselves. The manager of the venue had to call her daughter to drive a group of us back. Then, a few of us drove our own vehicles back to the venue to pick up the bride, groom, and a few others as well as the decorations. Then, my friends who did get on the second shuttle told me that the driver complained to them about the bride and groom. They immediately shut him down and told him he was in the wrong. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life, nor had the manager of the wedding venue, who has been working weddings for decades! I am still so upset on behalf of my friend and her husband.
